He promptly arrived around 8 AM and had finished removing the old water heater and installed the new one with upgrades to City code compliancy by noon. Dan Blair and inception plumbing did a fantastic job for me today. We had a main sewer line clog this morning and inception was able to get Dan out to us in just a few hours. He diagnosed the issue and resolved it quickly and at considerably less expense than the big national chain drain cleaners. We could not be more pleased with the professionalism and level of service Dan and the inception team provided.

Dan was fabulous. This company experience was fabulous. Dan was very quick to clear the clog. He protected the flooring with drop cloths, it was very mindful of the new paint in the bathroom. He was super friendly and fun to talk to. Will be using them again for future needs.

Dan did an amazing job! I had another company tell me that I needed a Hydro jet cleaning in order to fix it and Dan was able to fix it with just a snake. He saved me over $1000. I am very impressed with this company and will call them next time I have another drain issue.

Dan was super friendly and helpful, laid out he’s thoughts on the issue and recommendations for fixing the issue. Once agrees upon got to work and completed the job. He was also very tidy and ensured he didnt damage or make a mess of my place. Would highly recommend for plumping services.Update: had them come back out to hydrojet the sewer line, scoped it at the same time and saw a large amount of roots have grown up, was able to get it cleaned up and came up with options moving forward. Staff is super friendly and understands your needs. Highly recommend for any plumbing service.

Since the last review on 9/5/24 I have received additional sewer line work. All I can say is Inception plumbing has been wonderful to work with. I cannot say enough good things about them. I am unable to comment on pricing as I did not do a price comparison. I was recommended Inception, I called them, and they were immediately available and on their way. Very professional. Very competent. Have now done 2 jobs for me in the $1.5K - 2.5K range: Upgrading the drainage piping for my washer and repairing a sewer leak. Replacing outdoor faucets and installing a pressure valve. I highly recommend them and will use them again if and when I need work done.

Chris and another fellow can out to hydro jet our sewer line. They found an issue with the line and James Royals, the manager, came out to assist. They are all very nice and service level is the best I have seen from a lot of companies. James was able to tell us our options an explained it in a way we understood exactly what needed to be done. Thank you and I will never use another plumbing company. Inception is the BEST!

The reason for my call was due to a flange that broke in my bathroom and I also got a garbage disposal installed all in one day! They clean up everything before they leave! Second time this year I have had to call Inception - not a call one wants to me making too often of course! This time our technician was Matt and I had a leaky mixer valve on a shower unit that I had correctly diagnosed myself but the cartridge I needed broke inside the unit so I couldnt get it out without special tools. Matt was very helpful and personable and my dogs thought so too and he was able to fix the problem quickly. Inception are my go to plumbing service - they can help you same day, explain what they are doing and the costs upfront. Highly professional and recommended

Wonderful company. We needed an estimate for a sump pump and drain tiles in our basement. Bryce Lehman gave us a comprehensive estimate with several options. Two days later Andrew Petelin and Chris Mitchel did a fantastic job installing our pump and drain tiles. Their fast service and cleanup saved us, because after the one day installation, we recieved another heavy rain. The pump worked great and did its job. We were very grateful for their quick excellent service, and would highly recommend Inception.

We were referred to Inception after finding problems with clogged downspouts and drainage. Inception was out within two days and Dan, their technician was excellent. He showed me the problem and had a plan for resolution. He worked all day in very hot outdoor conditions and always had a smile and was courteous. For what was an unexpected and frustrating problem both he and Inception did all they could to make it a positive experience.

Recently purchased my home with a known cracked cast-iron pipe that couldnt be repaired before closing. Reached out to Inception Plumbing due to proximity and good reviews. They offered me 2 quotes for repairing the cracked section or replacing the cast iron completely. After receiving other bids for similar work in the same cost range, I decided to use Inception.Quality was excellent, minimal holes in the wall (which were necessary). Explained up front before work that they do not do dry-wall repair, so expectation was set. Was charged exactly what I was quoted for the bid, no attempt to raise price or upsell anything. Nobody wants to pay for plumbing repair, but if you have to, Id recommend Inception Plumbing. My serviceman James was great.

Just had Matthew Toll with Inception Plumbing come out to repair two leaky outside faucets. Mat repaired both outside faucets and repaired faulty sink drain. This would appear not to be so big a deal, but I had already had another highly advertised plumbing company in KC who looked at both leaky faucets and said we will just keep an eye on them in case the leak got worse. Then charged me over $250.00 for the service. Faucets still leaking.Very happy to have these leaks fixed. Mat is my new go-to plumber from now on.

He was polite, respectful of our time and space, and not only made the repair quickly, he also diagnosed and fixed a long standing issue we have had with a sink that drains slowly and often smells bad.The owner of Inception, Darrell Whitaker, and his crew are excellent! Their customer service is the best. Would absolutely use them again, any time I need plumbing at all, especially on short notice. Josh did a very thorough job of defining the issue, providing optimal options for short and long term ways to fix the issue, and went out of his way to help me with a couple of other questions at the same time. This has been an ongoing issue that Ive been aware of the options for quite some time, and Josh was honest, straightforward, and knowledgeable.Will update the review once the work is done for the final repair, but short term fix from Chris was exactly what was needed and Josh was on top of the long term options and Inception was very responsive about getting both out to take care of the issue. No other company was able to send anybody out capable of fixing my problem. Inception Plumbing sent out no other than Chris and Josh, the plumbing experts, to save the day! Weve used Inception Plumbing for a few small things since my wife and I purchased our Brookiside-era home in 2020. A few weeks ago we noticed mold on the basement floor. Once the active leak was identified by the insurance-issued mitigation team, Inception was out the same day to diagnose the issue. They presented us with 3 quotes, progressing in scope and price. Each option was well-explained and digestible for the average homeowner. We decided on the repair option and the guys were out the next morning. Repairs were completed, including unforeseen costs not captured in the original estimate, for the price presented at the service call.We hope not to have any more plumbing needs at our home, but if we do well use Inception and recommend them to our friends and neighbors as well. Their services are truly first-class.
