Ive been using Mr. Plumber for a few years now for standard maintenance on my HVAC system and for a few plumbing issues beyond my skill set. Ive found them to be very professional and they do a good job at a fair price. I recently bought a new HVAC system and couldnt be more pleased with the outcome and price.No new HVAC system is cheap but they didnt push an upgrade and very up front with costs and needed repairs. Highly recommended.

Mr. Plumber is an A+ service! Booking my appointment was essential, I was booked first thing the following morning. To my surprise, I was called back 15min after booking, letting me know they were able to get someone out to me right then and there! To say the least, I was ecstatic and relieved. My problem was their problem, and my plumber was at my house 20 minutes later! I am beyond grateful for the urgency they showed. Chad was able to figure out my problem within minutes!!!! From there, he advised me on some other issues I was looking to run into sooner than later down the road. Chad then proceeded to take on all the jobs I wanted done! Efficient, clean, and a job well done indeed. I cant thank you enough for all you did for our home! God bless and take care 🙂

I thought honest-plumber was an oxymoron. Mr Plumber changed my mind. I needed a replacement bathroom faucet, I was an A.B. May Gold plan customer and they denied my coverage saying damage from hard water caused my issue. (like who in Joco doesn’t have hard water) They suggested buying their water softener system and would only charge me $860 to replace my faucet. A friend referred me to Mr Plumber and they were amazing. They recommended buying my replacement faucet at a hardware store and showed up and installed it quickly and efficiently. Hats off to Chad for a job well done and making a new lifelong customer.

I had the best experience with Jeremy, Chris, and another man I didnt catch their name of. The customer service and genuine care of making sure we were taken care of is top notch. Not only did they help fix our issues, they gave us thorough advice on important information that ensures you can keep everything well maintained. Really down to earth guys. I called Mr. Plumbers emergency line on a Friday night at 8:40 PM for a busted water pipe and they had someone at my house an hour later and the problem fixed with my water turned back on 45 minutes after they arrived. The technician that came to my house was extremely knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Mr. Plumber and will use them for all my plumbing, heating and cooling needs going forward.

Weve used Mr. Plumber at home and work and are so pleased!Background: We had a bad experience with another company who did not finish clearing our line, resetting one toilet and fixing another pipe. They would come and work some, leave and we had to ask multiple times for a return visit. There was no respect for our female employees.Fed up, we called Mr. Plumber and got to work with Jeremy. As expected from great service at home, Jeremy delivered a free estimate at work in our old building. He returned for the service appointment and finished in a few hours the same day, fixing everything effortlessly, and was a gentleman. Were so happy, and the price was reasonable and less than the first company! Thank you Mr. Plumber for great service, rates, and hiring respectable employees who care!!

Cant recommend them enough!! Fast, honest, responsive. Our AC went out and after someone else telling me I needed a whole new unit, I called Mr plumber for a second opinion. 2 hours and less than $300 later my AC was back up and running and no issues since!! Jessie was great to work with and will now always be my first call for all my HVAC needs.

They did a great job fixing our heating for our pool. We even had a pipe come off that wasnt related to the gas line or what he was working on and the technician fixed it without batting an eye.. Additionally, my husband asked the technician to look into an additional repair outside of the original scope of the visit and the technician fixed it with a very reasonable price. This is the first contractor that we have had that we felt that the service was 5 star and we didnt have to spend an arm and a leg!! Would definitely recommend!.. thank you Mr. Plumber!!

Just had a sump pump replaced by Vance from Mr Plumber. He was outstanding. Excellent customer service, friendly and very helpful and professional. The price was very fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend Mr Plumber and Vance. Also wanted to say that we had Jesse install hot water tanks at our house at an earlier date. He was the nicest guy. Did outstanding work, courteous, friendly, answered all our questions, spent time with us going over everything and WOW did he spend time cleaning everything up. Left it spotless. From the time I called and spoke with the person that answered the phone until their tech left it made a frantic experience into a huge relief.I had Vance over at the house today to replace the water heater. Great guy! He even caught another issue with low hot water pressure in our kitchen faucet after living here nearly 5 years!I have had LBA, A Anthony, and several others tell me that I needed to replace lines to make it flow with pressure. He knew it was the valve, and replaced it to make it like new!Upfront and honest pricing for the exact same unit I was quoted on for for $500 more.Thank you for being a great company!There is only one service for me from now on!

Main line back up that required going down to the crawl space to get this cleared. Mr. Plumber was able to fit me in their schedule last minute. Tony spent over an hour explaining/showing me what needed to be done. Jeremy worked for almost 3 hours in the cold and did a great job. Everyone at Mr. Plumber was incredibly helpful and friendly. Everything was reasonably priced. I will be using them again for all my future plumbing issues.

I had called another company to unclog the main drain at my house. They came out and said there was an object in the drain causing the backup and the only way to remove it was to jack hammer the concrete in the basement, cut the pipe to remove object and replace everything. $4400 quote to do this. I then talked to Sydney and Steve at Mr. Plumber and Steve told me he would send Tom out and hed get it done without all that crazy demolition of my floor. Tom came out and was an absolute master of this craft as well as a super professional. An hour later....done!!! And at the cost of a drain cleaning. Bravo Mr. Plumber, thank you and you have a customer for life!

Our AC stopped working at 10:30pm on a Wednesday. We figured it would be a couple days to get someone out, since the its been the hottest week weve had so far. I called Mr. Plumber, since we have used them several times in the past for AC and plumbing repairs. We were put on an emergency list with the hopes of having them come the next day. Sure enough, Edward was out late afternoon and had the issue fixed in under an hour! We were without AC for under 24hrs! Thank you so much! Edward had the best attitude. Never complained, even though he was dripping with sweat, said it was no problem. Weve always had great, fast, affordable service from Mr. Plumber and have always been impressed with the techs that have come out to help. Mr. Plumber and their crew are amazing. From the first call to their office, Sydney was very helpful with all my questions and setting up an appt. We were doing a kitchen remodel for my dad and working with several sub contractors. Sydney was very accommodating with our schedule and understood our situation. Tom was our technician and i cant speak highly enough of his quality of work and professionalism. When we had issues with our counter installers and had to cancel and reschedule with him, He was more than understanding and moved his schedule around to work with us. His customer service skills go above and beyond what you experience these days! I would highly recommend Mr. Plumber and Tom to anyone who is looking for reliable, customer service oriented and professional work. We really cant thank Tom enough for his outstanding work. Being that this was the first plumber Ive ever hired I wasnt sure what to expect, but couldnt have been any happier with my experience. Tony called me 20 minutes before his arrival to inform me he was on his way. He was extremely polite right from the start. As he was performing his work he invited me to watch what he was doing, which I took him up on. He provided thorough explanations of everything he was doing and it was apparent he was extremely knowledgeable about his craft. He used the proper equipment and cleaned up any messes that were made from unclogging my drains. We used Mr Plumber to replace our AC and Furnace unit. It was our last attempt for our house to stay comfortable during the hot summer days. Now, we have a comfortable house during even 100 deg days! I can’t believe what a difference the new AC made! Additionally, our energy bill is lower than it was last year for days that weren’t as hot. We have used Mr. Plumber in the past for all of our plumbing services with 100% satisfaction, and now I can say the same for their HVAC service! They are a wonderful and honest local company that we would highly recommend to anyone!!

Just wanted to take a moment to say how awesome Mr Plumber is to do business with. We own rental property and have used them several times for plumbing needs as well as heating/cooling. They have always fixed our issues in a timely and professional manner, and at a fair price. I want to especially acknowledge Jesse and his co-worker, Edward. They recently replaced our furnace and A/C. They are always very courteous and professional. Everything was done to code, paying attention to detail. You can be sure that they will do the job right. We love our new A/C unit they recommended. It even keeps the 2nd floor cool - the old one never did that! If you need any plumbing, heating or cooling work, these are the people to call!

They recently fixed a clog, and explained everything. No mystery or jargon. These guys are amazing!

Save yourself time and money, and call Mr. Plumber first. Mr. Plumber came out next day, and was able to clear my main line within minutes after fixing the other plumbers mistakes. They were very professional, had the proper equipment, and clean up after themselves. Pricing was very reasonable, and would have saved me a lot of hassle if I would have called them first. Dont make my mistake, and just call Mr. Plumber first. I called two other companies to clear my mainline to the sewer. The first plumber cleared it for a week, the second (Major sponsor of everything in Kansas) tried to clear it, then ended up making the situation worse and tried to get me to buy a whole new pipe to the main. Mr. Plumber didnt try to up sell. They used their sewer camera to find the problem, and then used their robust rooter to clear the line. Compared to the other two plumber this rooter looked professional grade. Thank you Mr. Plumber for fixing our problem in a timely manner!

I just want to start off by saying I only call Mr. Plumber for any of my Plumbing issues. So when I was having furnace trouble I decided to call them. They came out the same day I called, they advised me that it needed to be replaced. I was so worried about the cost of a new furnace but it was so reasonably priced. So reasonablee that it was hard to believe. Jesse was the installer and he was so knowledgeable and professional. He made sure I knew everything that was going on and that I understood. I will not go to anybody else for any Plumbing or HVAC issues that I have. Words cant express how thankful I am that there are still companies out there that do good business. Today I had a gentleman by the name of Tony come and snake my main line. He was a True professional! He took the time to explain everything in great detail. He is very knowledgeable very respectful and he knows exactly what hes doing. I have to have this done about once a year at my home and I have used other plumbing companies like A-1 and nothing against them but I learned more today from him then I have in the past 3 visits from other companies combined. Im not sure who owns the company Mr.Plumber but they are very lucky to have a great worker like Tony! I dont know what he makes but whatever it is give that man a raise or supervisor position or something. I have to have some more work done in my basement and Tony is the one I want to do the work. I dont care how long I have to wait. If you need any Plumbing work done trust me and take my personal advice ask for Tony! Thank you!

I had a main sewer line that was fully blocked by roots. I called a well-known plumbing, heating and cooling company to snake the line and not only were they unable to unblock the line, but they broke off the auger bit in the sewer line and left it there which would have caused an even bigger block. He then said it was likely that the line collapsed and had to be replaced.I called Mr. Plumber the next business day for a second opinion and their receptionist, Sydney, was extremely nice, answered all of my questions and was even able to get me an appointment the same day. Tom was the tech that came out and was extremely helpful, professional, and was able to remove the roots that were causing the block and remove the auger bit that was left by the previous companys technician. He left behind no mess and was also able to repair a washing machine drain tube before he left.I cannot recommend Mr. Plumber enough and will be using them moving forward.

Outstanding job by these guys and highly recommended. My wife wanted to make sure I recognized Jeremy Bridgewater, the plumber who did the work at our house. He fixed our kitchen sink and overall water pressure issues and was very professional about it. To quote my wife: He was clean and didnt grunt at me. Jeremy was late for the scheduled appointment but had called ahead to warn us so it wasnt a big deal. Price was also very reasonable. Just an overall good experience.

I cancelled my AB Warranty today after a decade of BS. There Platinum Warranty is extremely misleading and there price gouging is unreal. Mr. Plumber has my business now!!! It was so nice to have the worker come out do exactly what they said they were doing tell me the price up front and it was still cheaper than the cost of just two months of this “ warranty “ AB May has to allegedly save money. I don’t even want to think about the money I threw away on that warranty or all of the unnecessary work ie money that company has conned me out of. In this day of so many gimmicks and schemes it is so nice to find a company that is just straight to the point with a good work ethic... thanks Tony you are a Rock Star and thanks Mr. Plumber for renewing my faith in good people and quality companies/ employees !!!

Lesson learned...when you have leftovers in the fridge, put them in the trash! I just took the trash out and didnt want it to stink. So I put a ton of leftover shredded chicken down my disposal and 20 min later I had a big clogged, watery mess! I plunged it, with no luck and my boyfriend used a hand snake, with no success. It was just too far in. I called Mr. Plumber and spoke with Laura. She was super friendly and understanding. She got me on their schedule that day (and this was a Friday, at 1pm). She said they would be here between 4-6. At 410, I got a call from the plumber, Vance, to let me know he was 35 minutes out and arrived exactly 35 minutes later. Vance was very professional and friendly. He didnt mind me being nosy and watching, as he did his work. Thank you Mr. Plumber for fixing my mess and educating me!!! I wont put that much food in there again!

Awesome job!! We have a warranty with ABMay and it has been nothing but bs and a waste of money. They come up with every excuse in the book to not cover stuff and overcharge and oversell. We needed some simple plumbing work done and ABMay quoted us an insanely high amount and wanted to do it over multiple visits. Called Mr Plumber and had Tyson come out and fixed everything that day! He was very friendly and helpful, their dispatch/customer service was super nice, didn’t try to sell us any unnecessary repairs like ABMay, and was over half of the cost! We definitely found our new go to company and will be referring as many people as we can to you! Thanks again for the excellent service!

Put 90 yr old mother on emergency response list when we called for air conditioner not cooling house. Showed up same day late and identified low Freon. Charged Freon, checked unit over and charged very reasonable rate for service call. Mom was overjoyed after being afraid she would be taken advantage of And told she would need a new AC. This company is a family owned business and they try to be responsive for people who are in danger due to hot weather and no AC. Will be using them in the future to do annual PM on mom’s AC and Furnace for my peace of mind.

He could have easily taken advantage of my lack of knowledge and tried to sell me services that I didn’t need. Instead he educated me and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. There are very few reviews on here and thats because Mr. Plumber Inc doesnt advertise. They rely on their work by word of mouth. Well, I have to say, I am going to reccommend them to everyone I know.I had a clogged drain and my water heater stopped working. I called them and Tyson showed up the same day. He quickly determined that I needed to replace the water heater as it was leaking water on the inside(the water heater lasted 18 years so it was time). I decided to go with the new water heater and stated it would $875 for the water heater and the install. VERY fair price! The water heater also comes with a 6 year warrenty that they cover.Tyson even ran a line and unclogged the drain, free of charge that evening.As this was all later in the day, they had to come back and install the new water heater. Tyson showed up first thing in the morning and had everything done in under a couple of hours. While showing me the new water heater he noticed some leaking coming from the water heater. He was concerned that the unit had a crack. He called Steve, whom I assume is the owner or manager, and he came out an hour later with another unit. Upon further review it was determined that the unit was perfectly fine.Now, I know some people may be a little peeved at this but the way I look at it, I was very pleased that they took the time to take another look at this to make sure it got done right. It only took another hour or so to complete but that one hour could have been the difference between me having to go through all this again in a short period of time. Well worth the wait in my opinion.Steve and Tyson were very friendly and professional and they got the job done right, in a timely manner and for a FAIR PRICE. As they dont advertise I assume, they pass these savings along to their customers. I will be posting this review on other social media sites so everyone I know can see what a great job these guys did.If anyone from Mr. Plumber, Inc reads then, then THANK YOU. I will be using your for all my future Plumbing/HVAC needs!

Mr. Plumber came out and flushed our main line with their high-pressure jet. Got it unclogged in less than an hour. Would give 5 stars, but the cost of the procedure is very high at $500 for less than an hours work.

Trevor came out, determined the problem, and repaired three different items quickly and effectively. The solution needed an HVAC pro, too, so his co-worker came soon after and proposed a cost-effective solution (re-routing air supply). Highest possible recommendation. Honest, competent, fast, and efficient (and really nice guys).

My sewer line backed up late on a Friday night. The next day snowed heavily and there was a lot of ice. I called several plumbing companies and Mr Plumber was the only one able to help me the same day.I was expecting to pay dearly for the emergency service during bad weather but their rates were reasonable and the plumber they sent was pleasant to deal with. He let me know up front what my options were and how they would affect pricing. He also let me know what kind of maintenance would be required in the future to mitigate the risk of such a major issue happening again.They also offered suggestions for a couple things they could do in the future to make my sewer line easier to work with. They get extra business and future calls cost me less money. They didnt try to pitch any kind of long term service contracts or anything like that. Ill definitely be using them again in the future.

I cannot say enough good about this company. Jeremy arrived within a few hours of my call. The leaking in my ceiling turned out to not be a plumbing problem, but he went above and beyond in his effort to determine what was happening and what my next steps should be.
