    We needed immediate service because our water heater stopped working. It was a huge inconvenience, and we couldnt wait much longer. We gave Plumbers 911 a call, their operator was kind and friendly, and in less than an hour, Doug arrived to help us out. He resolved the issue fairly quickly, thanks for saving our water heater! Glad we didnt have to buy a new unit!!!
