Jasen arrived on time, surveyed what needed to be done, provided prices for doing the work and proceeded with what needed to be done. He corrected a problem created by our ceramic floor installation in our bathroom and made it better than the original installation. All of the other work was completed in a professional manner. Jasen came out on 9/10/24 and assessed problem (Jasen was also here around Christmas last year). Since it was not an emergency we mutually agreed to his gathering items needed to fix problem a little later. On 9/12/24 arrived and within 30-45 minutes replaced valve and also eliminated the splice KC water had inserted to replace the gap where the old meter had been two years ago. I am a very happy about the job they did and at a reasonable price. I will recommend RoyalTee exclusive to any other plumbing service.

They came out yesterday to look at my water heater because my old one died and was sounding off my carbon monoxide detectors. Great job by Daevin of RoyalTee Plumbing. Mine was not an emergency, but they scheduled me pretty quickly for the plumbing jobs I wanted done. I think the estimate was fair, maybe a lot cheaper than fair, but I chose them based on recommendations and reviews, versus getting other bids, and would definitely choose/use them again. Daevin thoroughly explained everything and my options, including telling me things I didn’t need to have done. We needed a follow-up call because of a minor adjustment that needed to be made, but that was done quickly.Another necessary follow-up call was handled quickly. The metal handles on the MOEN tub/shower faucets are quite heavy, and if it’s too well lubricated, gravity will pull the handles downward so you can’t maintain a constant temperature. Replacing it with a plastic handle/knob fixed the problem.—-08-06-2024: Another great fix by RoyalTee, this time replacing the leaking copper line running from our waterline to our refrigerator icemaker.

Turns out, they forgot to install an item that flooded my bathroom as well as a toilet seat that fit perfectly but wasnt installed correctly.I said cheaper because Rotaltee service to fix everything was very well priced and fixed everything for roughly the cost I paid the other people.Absolutely phenomenal work and even fixed a small leak in a separate shower!!!
