Royal Flush is hands down our best experience with ANY plumber. We have used Loren for many different jobs...replacing our toilet with a low flush model. Turns out, the sewer pipe was misaligned, and the discovery was only because Loren took the time to explore the connection in the basement before doing the work. Thats the mark of a conscientious professional!! We recently installed a water filtration system in our kitchen. Loren was efficient, and even checked out our water softener only to find it was malfunctioning too! He explained everything to us,showed us settings ,water levels and the best softener for our system and where to get it. He also told us how often we should be adding the maintenance cleaner to our unit. Weve never had a plumber take time to explain and to show us all the important things to maintain our units. I give him the full 5 stars 🌟 !

I just used Royal Flush Plumbing to unclog one of our toilets. My grandson and I worked on the toilet for 2 days with no luck. Loren Nichols, the owner of Royal Flush, showed up on time and had the toilet unclogged and cleaned in about 10 minutes. Loren was extremely professional, and quick to respond!I woke up this morning to find that my main drain in my basement had clogged, and backed up spilling quite a bit of water out of the floor drain.I called Royal Flush right away, and they were nice enough to work me in at the end of their schedule today knowing that I wouldn’t be able to use any of the plumbing in my house until that drain was cleared.I had actually had another company come out two weeks ago for the same issue, and after they spent 5 minutes at my house, they told me they had fixed the issue only about 8’ into the line.When Loren and his helper came out, they found that the original company had only partially cleared a small clog 8’ into the line, but completely failed to check further into the drain. Loren was thorough enough to check the drain line all the way to the city sewer line (about 100’ away from the clean out), and was able to find and clear out 3 more partial clogs.My drains are flowing much better now, and I have no doubt they will continue to do so!The best part is, Royal Flush even charged less than the other company, and did a far better job! I will always use them from now on, and I hope anyone reading this would do the same!

We have a home warranty and discovered a leak in the pipes that connect to our water heater. The damage caused makes it a near certainty the heater will need to be replaced. Our warranty company assigned a different plumbing company to address the issue but we had no water and they couldn’t be out until tomorrow morning. We were forced to shut off the water to the house and were facing freezing temperatures that night.
