After calling other plumbing companies about installing a shower grab bar, they dont. I called Brian about installing one in my shower. He said he could come the next morning and did. The price he quoted was fair. He showed up on time. As I have very old tile walls, he explained what he would do to mount the bar. Hes very efficient, professional, and thorough.This is the second time Ive had him out for a problem. Hes been there both times when I needed him. In both cases, his work is excellent and very well done.I will recommend him and his company to anyone who has plumbing issues. Marc Kopacz.

Great job on the install of the new 1/2 bath and wastewater plumbing! To me, this is a work of art. Took about a day to do, and it all looks and works perfectly! Were talking about cutting out cast iron pipe from 1953 an replacing it with new--and adding the new plumbing for the addition--and making it look good and accessible, too. You cant go wrong with this company. Owner is a friendly and knowledgeable master plumber with over 40 years experience. Best investment youll make if youve got room for a bath addition.

I am not generally trusting of people I dont know. I had a major problem with kitchen plumbing under the sink. Brian diagnosed the problem, also recommended other repairs and upgrades needed in other to prevent future issues. He explained everything before work began. We made a handshake deal. Brian rebuilt my stack from roof to basement replacing all the old pipes with new PVC throughout. He also replaced a leaking garbage disposal. Brian was highly respectful and resourceful through the entire process and determined the best design for the new installation. I couldnt be happier with the results. If youre needing the help of a real professional, call Brian. You wont be disappointed!

Brian has not even left our house yet, but let me tell you the knowledge and skill this man has made him worth the money.He spent hours to get a test plug piece out of my stack before replacing it. He was kind, he was understanding, and he was transparent about everything he was doing. He offered to show me, explained how the pipe bent and where the problem was. Once everything was said and done, the new stack piece looks and works great!Not only that, but he cleaned up after himself as well, which I appreciated. Did all the hard work, but still didnt want to leave anything extra for me.

Brian is the utmost in professionalism! He answered my call on the first ring and told me he’d try to fit us in today after his first job. Within hours, he was at my door, with a clean mask and gloves on! He was super polite, and very informative as to what each step he wanted to take was for. He offered several options for each problem (we had a backed up floor drain in our utility room, and the washer drain was not working). He noticed our basement toilet was running and offered to fix it today, too. He offered several options for fixing everything and gave costs right up front. He fixed everything in less than an hour and made sure everything was in place and cleaned up and working perfectly before leaving. I can’t recommend Brian and Raytown Plumbing enough! He is honest, kind, professional and truly knows what he’s doing - he has 40 years’ service under his tool belt!

After the runaround from Roto Rooter, we were beyond frustrated. We found Brian through a google search. He was very pleasant on the phone and was able to work around our schedule. He arrived when he said he would and was very considerate, not only of our home, but of the pandemic. We had a previous diagnosis of what we were dealing with, that Brian was able to see had been a false claim. He was able to fix our issue within an hour for a great price compared to what Roto Rooter had wanted. I can’t say enough good things. We absolutely will be using him again.
