Anthony did a wonderful job installing a new kitchen sink and faucet in our home. He was very prompt and helpful with a couple of other recommendations. We then had a need for a large plumbing repair a few days later. A different Anthony was able to arrive quickly and assess the issue. The big job was completed a few days later and he did a wonderful job and left everything in great condition upon finishing up. I highly recommend!

This is a plumbing company that is run the right way and I am so glad to have found them! Anthony repaired an under mount kitchen sink that had come loose from the countertop. Prompt and professional service. I called at 7pm on the Friday evening before Christmas as my kids at messed up the handle in the tub and it was constantly trickling water. This company is wonderful. I bought my first home and it has had so many plumbing issues. This company is reasonable and quick. All the employees I have had interactions with are very kind as well. A year ago they replaced my entire sewer line for 1/4 of the cost compared to all other companies in the kc metro area. My sub pump just went out and they had it done within 5 days and again affordable. I recommend them to everyone know. Thank you so much !

Was able to book a same day appointment to assess a main sewage line back up. Anthony was on time and professional. Assessed what was in front of him and presented me with pricing before performing the work. They cleaned out 30 foot of pipe until they hit a hard stop. They said they would be back first thing in the morning with a camera to assess further. They were on time the next morning and described the issue to me along with video evidence. Basically had clay piping that appeared to be disjointed due to a tree root. Anthony was very generous enough to wave the original $500 clean out fee and only charged me with the $350 camera fee. He presented me with a $6000 quote to dig and replace the clay piping. Obviously shocked by the pricing I looked to another plumbing company for a second opinion. In the end, I went with the second company. Pricing was the same however they were very thorough in my opinion and confirmed the same with their camera free of charge. They performed hydro jetting not only on the main sewage line but also on the backed up line under my house. Ultimately, Anthony did me a solid by not charging me for the clean out but just wish he was a little more thorough and presented other options to me first.

I had another company look at my sewer line due to a back up in my basement drain, who ended up suggesting tearing up my floor to replace a section of my sewer line at a steep price. Thankfully Quick Relief was able to fit me into their schedule quickly for a second opinion, & Anthony brought so much relief while quickly building trust!They were able to remove an old sewer cap that fell into the line WITHOUT tearing up my floor & at less than half the cost of the other company all in a matter of 2 days within me calling. We did everything we could to avoid a burst pipe in this horrible cold snap over the end of December 2022. We left the doors open. We turned the heat up. We ran a small space heater. Unfortunately the faucet we have does not allow you to keep the water running for any more than a couple of hours before it shuts itself off. We thought we had done enough, but clearly we had not. After the pipe burst at 7:30 in the morning, I called them at about 7:40 and they actually answered the phone. They were kind. They were helpful. They were understanding. They squeezed us into a very busy day full of other frozen pipes. They arrived half an hour before they said they would. They were in and out so quickly and the repair price was more than fair in the middle of winter when everyone else was needing them as well. So, dont hesitate to use these guys. Hundreds of five-star reviews are absolutely not wrong. From the first time they answered the phone until they walked out the door, everything was five star and perfect. I love that theyre locally owned, and they are friendly, helpful, and did a great job. If I could give them 10 stars I would do it. They earned it.

We had pressure regulator valve (PRV) for our home that broke which they replaced and added a gauge this time so we could tell if PRV working or broken in future. We had several toilets leaks and a kitchen faucet leak possibility due to the PRV being broken which they fixed. They where easy to get a hold of and communicated their plans well. We will use them again in the future.
