I had a pipe that got loose in my garage and was spitting out water like a fountain. I was freaking out thinking it was going to be a huge mess. Michael offered to come by to turn my water off while I waited for service to arrive. He ended up fixing the issue completely and was SO kind. He absolutely saved my day!! Thank you so so much! -
