    I recently had Hometown Plumbing come out to give me an estimate on some work on my outside faucets. The technician, Michael, was punctual and knowledgeable. He explained the various costs and repairs that might be needed. I will definitely use this company again.

    Mick just left after working from 4:15 to 8:30 pm installing a new hotwater heater. He had to take back the 50 gallon heater and get a 40 gallon since there was not room for the larger one. He was so polite and always careful to not make a mess. You have an excellent employee and we just wanted you to know.

    Lamar Jackson installed a new electric hot water heater for me. Excellent workmanship & answered my questions. Hometown Plumbing Smithville/NKC sold me the exact same water heater for $500 less than my previous plumbing contractor. I am a 10 year long customer, so will be switching to Hometown for future plumbing needs!

    Aydin L was on time, very respectful, hard working, and very efficient. He explained everything. Cleaned up. Tested all faucets and did the automated paperwork with a systematic approach. I never used Hometown Plumbing and Drain, but thanks to Aydin I will when need help again!

Mr.Dickson explained each part of the process that was about to happen with the install of my water heather.He was very informative,knowledgeable, and professional.l was rather impressed with his concern about making sure that my home was protected from any damages. He answer my many question about the new codes with my water Heather and the function of getting it turned on. He asked me he would not leave until he made sure I was satisfied. He also made sure the area was clean and took all the left over trash with him.That impressed me my contractors always leavea mess forme to clean.     Having intermittent water damage below our primary shower. Michael came out next day to diagnose — didn’t feel it was plumbing issue but rather cracks in grout / tile, recommended sealing these before anything else. Thorough and professional, didn’t charge for the visit, would highly recommend.

    I was having water line issues and they were able to come out on the same day I called and got my lines flowing again. They also went ahead and checked my hot water heater as it is on the older side and provided me a fair quote. Will use them moving forward when my older home has issues.

    Great service! The team showed up on time and went straight to work to resolve the drain issue.
