Dalton, his dad and the rest of their team were so great to work with. We had a really awful situation with our grinder pump that other plumbing companies refused to work on and just left us stranded. Dalton came out same day and came up with a plan that allowed us to stay in our house while we were having a new pump manufactured. His pricing was straight forward and fair and he even went above and beyond to talk to our insurance company, which got us a reimbursement. I would highly recommend Drains N More for any big or small plumbing issue.

Dalton is amazing! I suspected a frozen pipe and he came over quickly on a freakishly cold Saturday, investigated thoroughly and explained everything to me. He checked that nothing in my basement was frozen and told me how to setup a heater & tent to get heat into an interior wall where there likely are frozen pipes, not reachable without tearing out a wall. Sometimes a 100 year old house can be a real challenge. Advised me to turn the water back on, and now I know risk of a burst pipe is low, whew!Dalton explained things really well, gave great advice, and refused payment since the visit didnt entail a plumbing fix. Told me to text him if I spot any leaks or if this doesnt resolve.Thats how ya get loyal customers! Highly recommend Dalton!

Dalton was able to set up a work around for a broken underground drain pipe. I think it is a much better solution than what the big plumbing companies suggested. He was also able to attach a line and drain for a washer. The drain stack had been closed previously. The work was done quickly and conveniently. He is very proficient and worked within my budget. Definitely recommend!

We learned more about our situation during the visit than we got from the two previous plumbers and one even ghosted us during this terrible time. Dalton Teegarden was phenomenal! Our sump pump had given out with a recent storm we had so we called our home warranty service. The home warranty service assigned Drains N More and Dalton had called us within 5 minutes to discuss the issue. This was around 9:15 P.M. He immediately went to Home Depot to get the required supplies and was to our home installing a new sump pump within an hour and was finished before another had passed! We were amazed at how quick he had gotten out to our home and fixed the problem. Even at 10:45 P.M. he was willing to show us how everything was working, explain how the sump pump worked as well as the battery back up, and show us the sump pump working outside. Excellent service! I would highly recommend Dalton Teegarden at Drains N More!

My warranty people sent Mr. Dalton out on Jan 9,2023 Monday. He tried to repair our hot water heater that is 7 years old. My hubby could not deal with the warranty company dragging their feet and not giving us the service we pay for. Dalton returned on Jan11,2023, Wednesday at 10:45 am took out old tank and installed the new tank by 1pm. Thank God for Dalton. We highly recommend.

Simon came from Drains and More to replace our water heater. He was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and very aware of bringing things through the house on the floors. I also dealt with Ashley on the phone and she was so kind and knowledgeable also. Dalton replaced a lot of ancient iron pipe with new pipe and installed two faucets and a shower valve. He also cleaned out a vent pipe connection. Great job! I asked him if he knew of any reglazers in the area and he said no but he did not forget, and sent me a pic of a reglazers truck. I used them to reglaze a sink.I would use Drains and More again when needed.

On Tuesday morning I had woke up for work and turned on my water to frozen pipes, we had no water. With Kansas City getting hit with one of its worst winters it was hard to get anyone out here. We are so beyond happy that we went with drains N more! We had dalton teegarden come out to our house and he has went extremely out of his way to make sure our water was back to normal. He was on call and was there to walk us through everything and made us feel more comfortable about what we were going through & on top of that he even took the time to fix a minor problem underneath our crawl space. There is truly great people out there and Dalton is definitely one them! So thank you again Dalton & drains N more for your amazing service!! Highly recommend!!!
