After not having much luck finding anyone to do drywall and carpentry work for my basement, I reached out to Dennis. Everyone I talked to before was unwilling to even get us an estimate because I wouldn’t be hiring them to do all aspects of my basement finishing job since I didn’t need electrical or painting work done. Dennis was happy to accommodate my job. He was timely with an estimate and quote and lined up a good sub-contractor to do the job. From the time I reached out to Dennis to the end everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend him for your constructive needs and will be using him again if needed. Thanks Dennis!

Dennis built a pole barn at my home recently. I have nothing but good things to say about the experience.Key points of note:1) Dennis was very patient with my difficulty in deciding exactly what I wanted in basic design as well as in finish details.2) Dennis insisted upon nothing but very high quality. I watched him insist that his sub-contractor re-position one of the corner posts because the building wasnt perfectly square.3) Schedule was a bit of a challenge, but the few delays that we incurred were understandably due to the tight labor market (difficulty finding qualified subcontractors) and Michigan weather.I am very satisfied with the outcome - super nice building!
