I would highly recommend Blackberry systems for window replacement/sliding door installation. We got several quotes, and their price was very competitive. From the initial consultation to the install day, everyone we worked with was professional and communicated clearly. We ran into a few snags throughout the process (moving an electrical outlet and heat duct), but they worked with us and it did not slow them down. The exterior finish work is impeccable. Initially I was not satisfied with the interior caulk/finish work, but this company promptly responded to my concerns, and someone came out and completely fixed it. I am beyond pleased with how they responded to the situation. We had very old windows with the screens that had to be taken out and put back in, but now we have beautiful windows and a perfect sliding door to our backyard. I absolutely recommend this company.

We purchased our windows from Blackberry Systems in Sept of 23 and had them installed in Dec. of 23. On large purchases its comforting to know that you will get what you pay for based off of others experience rather than what you see in a show room. I would highly recommend Blackberry Systems. I love our windows! Over the past year, I have noticed a difference in the amount of outside noise that we can hear. I also noticed that the temperature in our home is more consistent. The the process of how they are installed is what made us choose Blackberry over the other quotes we obtained. I dont worry at all about them leaking. My most favorite feature is how easy they are to clean! The end vent sliders are not terribly heavy & the design of the track makes it easy to remove the window from inside our home, clean them and then replace them. Their sales team, office staff & installation technicians were all phenomenal! There was a small mishap when lifting a 6x6 double paned window up to the second story. They told me about it when they probably could have gotten away with it. Jillian even called our roofing company to make sure that their repairs wouldnt void our warranty. They also came back a few times to fix some minor issues that were barley noticeable. I greatly appreciate their level of communication, integrity, and professionalism. We will be contacting them again when its time to replace the doors in our home.

I had Blackberry install new windows at my house. I’m very happy with how everything looks and I’m glad I chose them and will use them for future projects. One thing I wish they wouldve done better is communicate issues to me. On two separate occasions new windows were broken and obviously not installed, but at no time did anyone reach out to me and explain that windows were broken and that’s why they didn’t replace them. After a couple weeks I had to call them to ask what was going on and when was the last windows going to be installed, I shouldn’t be the one to do the communicating. Other than that minor detail I’m very happy with their work.

This year we decided it was time to replace some doors that were way past the time for replacement and we knew we wanted to work with Blackberry on this project. When we decided to replace our siding and exterior doors we knew to call BlackBerry Home Improvement. We worked with BlackBerry years ago and had a great experience. If possible, this time was even better! Mike P went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the design and color selection for both products. We are very impressed with the doors and installation team. Custom trim was needed for one of the doors and it was completed quickly and beyond my expectations. Last, the siding team was extraordinary in dealing with unforeseen issues, weather, and respected that their workplace was our home. They were professional, no loud offensive music (we both work from home), and cleaned up daily. We will be having them back to replace our windows. I highly recommend BlackBerry Home Improvements and have already shared this wonderful, local company to my clients and friends.

BlackBerry went above and beyond in our most recent service need with them. Although we were thrilled with our new windows when they were installed 2 summers ago when the tornados hit our area and our siding was being replaced this year we ran into some concerns with installation working with different depth of siding. BlackBerry responded to our concerns and worked seamlessly with our siding company to make sure things looked and functioned properly. We have always appreciated the crews and craftsmanship and although it required a lot of extra effort and attention to detail, they have been dedicated to making our windows and wrap look stellar and function properly with the new siding.

Great work! BlackBerry was there to help me with the installation of a new appropriate bathroom window after another contractor had just replaced an old original deteriorating one from the 1950s with an inappropriate one that was single paned, not tempered glass, nor insulated, and that was smaller than the original. Blackberry took out the one he had installed and then put the right type and size in that had tempered glass and was insulated according to code. It was a big job to straightened out as a lot of the outside siding had to be removed and replaced. It was a terribly cold windy day but they worked through it even so with no complaining. Put a big smile on my face when it was done. No more wind blowing in through the sides, and I feel safe in case of a slip and fall with the tempered glass. I thank the local building inspector for being there for me as well which Backberry recommended I contact to confirm the need to replace the window improperly installed by the former carpenter.

Even with an antiquated front picture window, and the fact that the previous owner hired fly by nights to install the front window, blackberry was able to plum up the corners perfectly square like it should have been, and the eliminated the gap at the top of the window. Had to alter installation due to former install that was not up to code and therefore wood rotted. Blackberry did an excellent job st giving my wife and I a beautiful front room view of the outside. Exceptional work, and one day only to install. I and my wife are quite pleased.

Very happy with our new replacement Windows. We had previously ordered a large custom-size window & install with another company. The window arrived in wrong exterior color, broken lock and the installation was done very poorly. After nearly 6 months of waiting w/ no corrective progress, we decided to call BlackBerry. We ordered for that same window plus 4 additional. The product was better quality, installation was done far more professionally along w/ repairing of the damage done by the prior company. Additionally, with the inevitable extended order timelines & supply chain uncertainties caused by the Pandemic impacts, our sales rep Will worked with us on setting up our order & payment in a way that was scheduled to follow along w/ any unpredictable delays & waits. We paid our installments following the same progress timeline as our order.

Im really happy with the install on our slider door. The finish work and cleanliness are great.1.5 years later, when having concrete work done, we noticed some rot below the flashing of the door. I called and spoke to Cameron the manager. Blackberry had a tech (Wayne) on our property very quickly and will be done with the warranty repair within 5 hours of notification. Very happy with the customer service in a pinch. Well done!

Blackberry Systems is my go-to place of business when I need work done that they are able to do. In a single day, a tradesman removed 10 very old double hung windows in my breezeway and replaced them with 10 beautiful sliding windows and screens. (My breezeway instantly became a space where I could meet with one or two friends during this pandemic because the air flow was perfect.) The entire experience was professional, and communication was clear and courteous. I opted to pay over 18 months, interest free, which was a definite bonus.In 2015, Blackberry also installed a new roof for me, and I have been totally satisfied with that project. It was another quick and professional job.Blackberry has great products and wonderful service. I give them a big thumbs up!

Scott came out to give us an estimate this week and it was a great experience. I hope our new window installation goes just as smoothly! Knowledgeable, helpful and with up front pricing.Scott walked around the house with me, inside and out, looking at the windows and taking measurements. We chatted about the project and what we were looking for. After he had a good idea what we wanted he showed me the window brochures and windows. He had a standard form with prices and options on it, so I knew he wasnt just making up prices which is what the other company we got an estimate from did. He explained everything to me in a clear manner.On our walk around the house, he explained to me why were were have problems with some of our older replacement window sills (done before we bought the house) and how they could fix them and where to go to get another broken window I have fixed. This was above and beyond what we were initially asking about, but because they sent out someone knowledgeable who could answer all our questions, they ended up getting more work and we are extremely happy with the service we are receiving.And it still is costing 40% less then the estimate from the other company....

Several years ago I had a Blackberry Systems sliding door window replaced (the whole thing was initially installed about 21 years ago), when it developed a leak between the panes of glass. However, a leak later developed between the door and the jamb over time, allowing outside air to come in. I stopped at Blackberry, and spoke with Mike, the owner. Mike was very responsive and respectful. He arranged for someone to come out to check it out, and he was able to fix it, at no cost.I really appreciate the work - and you have great customer service. I highly recommend you!!

Six years ago Scott came out to give us a bid on eight windows for our condominium. Very professional. BlackBerry prices were a little higher than the other three companies I got estimates from. I chose to buy from BlackBerry because their installation as well as the windows were guaranteed for life! They have sent someone out to fix a window and a screen on three different occasions with no fuss or problems. Later I chose BlackBerry to install a new front door. Installers Josh, Ben, Jessie, et.al. did a very good quality job in a minimal amount of time. 15 windows and exterior wrapping in 1 1/2 days. Installation and cleanup were almost flawless - I’m fussy.
