I am a Realtor but this review is based on my personal home. I work with a variety of vendors and companies so giving 5 stars is big to me! A real person answered when I called first thing on a Monday morning. No automated system or outsourced call center. They got me on the schedule for that afternoon and the guys showed up on time. They worked quickly but efficiently and were friendly! They had to cut into the brick but did a great job at blending the area it right in.

I have a plumbing issue and called Quick fix told me would be 3 to 4 hours and was worried being on Friday would not make it. Called another company told me would be 1 hour, 4 hours later still have not seen other company. I should have stayed with Quick fix kept to their time frame and now more concerned and really unsure other company will not show.

Kwik Fix has been our plumber for 30+ years. Yesterday afternoon my daughter broke a pipe replacing a spigot. We called last night, but we waited until today. Less than $250 later, they fixed the spigot, anchored it properly to the wall AND showed my daughter how to turn the water off at the street!

Keith and Bryan were my plumbers today, I had a slab leak under my guest bathroom. They were out here prior to todays work along with another company to isolate the leak- they had the leak isolated in a matter of minutes. They came back today, and fixed the pipe promptly, keeping me updated as they made progress.The guys themselves were great, hard working, and here to get the job done without taking any extra time. At the end of the job they were able to give me a better deal on the price than originally expected. I would recommend these guys for slab leaks and leak detection, well worth the time and money.

My wife and I have called Workmans Kwik Fix plumbing for help with several residential plumbing projects and problems, and we have been very impressed with the quality of work and the friendly, courteous plumbers who came to help us. By random chance, we have been helped by one of their plumbers named Curtis twice so far. Both times, Curtis was thorough, explained what he was doing and answered our questions, and completed the job promptly and for a reasonable charge. Thank you, Kwik Fix Plumbing!

WOW! And thank you for literally bailing us out - and on a late Sunday afternoon as well. We had a broken pipe under the kitchen sink with water flowing rapidly. I was able to turn off water to entire house and called Workman Kwik-Fix plumbers. My first action was to arrange service first thing Monday AM, knowing there would be no water until then. Was surprised to learn they would send someone quickly Kwikly! We had a crew of Curtis and Corey at our door later in the afternoon. They calmly took over, repaired the damage and on their way. These were two technicians who were so pleasant we could invite them into our home as guests - anytime. Thank you, Kwik Fix for coming to our rescue!!!

I had two of your associates here today for a few minor issues. Curtis and Brian were both professional, personable, and wasted no time getting to it. That’s not the main reason for my review. Curtis said he’d been doing this for 25ish years and it showed. He took the time while working to question his apprentice on different parts and the purpose they serve, letting him work it out as they went. His teaching and leadership skills really impressed me and I hope you view him as an asset. Good work.

QUICK and AMAZING work!!!! They had our water back on in ONE HOUR AND (this is the best part) it was less than $300!! That is 1/3 less than the national plumbing company quoted us!! So glad friends suggested we look local! Professional job and friendly plumbers! I cannot possibly recommend them high enough!!!!!2023 Update - We called Kwik Fix again when my husband accidentally broke our shower valve. Just a day and a half later and we have a functioning shower again! Truly, I just cannot recommend Kwik Fix highly enough! Quick service and reasonable pricing! What a blessing!

I called Kwik Fix plumbing on a heavy rain day because of my propertys backyard water issues. The Customer Service picked up the call, she was quite not sure and didnt understand the issue I described, she passed my call to the technician - Mr. George Fenwick for assisting me, I sent him videos and he was the very fast response and did professional work. He came onsite on the same day and in an hour for the inspection.He is so professional and honest and took the time to explain there was nothing wrong with the pipes or the Plumbing and how it should be fixed the problem, it is a drainage issue that needs landscaping work instead of plumbing. Moreover, he volunteered to help us to dig the hole all the way from the backyard to the front to let the water out, it was heavy rains, he went above and beyond and work tirelessly towards a solution outcome. Thank you, George Fenwick, for being dedicated, thoughtful, and compassionate.Kwik Fix Plumbing – George Fenwick is definitely my to-do list.

Weve had plumbing issues for years and to say the hubby is tired of snaking it out. We called KF plumbing on a Wednesday and they had JEA out within an hour to mark the lines & to our surprise KF was here first thing the next day to replace our old sewer lines. They were vercareful not to damage our sprinkler lines and replace the grass back down to almost perfect!! Everyone at the company was very professional, the quote was fair and the workers were very friendly. I will definitely recommend them to everyone who needs plumbing done. Thank You

We moved into our new home 5 months ago and our water heater stopped heating water on Friday the 13th! We called to report the problem at noon and the two technicians arrived at our home later in the day about 4:15 p.m. Both Keith and Jason were very polite and efficient and provided information that was helpful. The bottom heating element was bad. The gentlemen replaced both elements to prevent us from having any problems in the future. Also, the office assistant was very pleasant and helpful. She said she would call when the gentlemen were on the way to our home and she did in fact do that which was very much appreciated. We would highly recommend Kwik Fix, Inc. Thanks for the great service.
