    My AC went out Wednesday around 4pm and my home warranty company CHOICE set an appointment for Monday 😡, so at 10pm I requested an appointment with United Air Temp Jacksonville through their web site because they gave me an excellent service in 2020 through home warranty AHS; Thursday at 7am Tim call me and set up an “on call appointment” for the same morning, Ben and another technician were in my house at 11 am and repair my A/CThis young gentleman Ben and the other technician (sorry that I do not remember the name) were absolutely amazing, they were kind, sweet with me and my husband.They were very efficient and quick, and they had the A/C up and running in no time, They took the time to explain to us what happened and gave us different options that they have available on the company for future services.We were more than happy to pay them outside of my home warranty company for their service in order to have my A/C running immediately, after this bad experience we are seriously consider to change our home warranty company.We highly recommend the work that they did as well as the fast respond from United Air Temp.

    My AC went out around 11 o’clock in the morning and I have a home warranty through American Home Shield they put me in contact with United Air Temp Jacksonville, who made every effort to try to get same-day repair done but due to My situation didn’t meet American Home Shield criteria, They were unable to do it the same day however they set me up for the very next day and the young gentleman actually arrived early. Ben was absolutely amazing. He was kind understanding very sweet very efficient and very quick. He had us up and running in no time. He also then proceeded to explain what happened what to look for and explain to me different options that I have available to me to say the least. I am extremely impressed with United Air Temp Jacksonville and their technician. I highly recommend the work that they did. I definitely hope that United Air Temp Jacksonville pays this young man what he is definitely worth and then some he is amazing and excellent at his job

    I purchased a new a/c unit in July 2023 & it was still under warranty but the person who installed it refused to service it. He did not install it correctly as I went without heat for a month & now not cooling. I went thru AHS ( home warranty) they sent United Air Temp. Tristan came out. He was professional & knowledgeable. He had to pressurize my unit & I had to go almost 2 days with no air. But the company called the next day to schedule return visit.Tristan came back out & explained every thing to me about my system. It was so nice to deal with a reputable company. I had to pay for refrigerant ( not happy because new system) but not United Air temps fault. I purchased their service contract to keep my system covered. Tristan said he would order a new coil because he could not find a leak and said they will be back to install it. Highly recommend this company. I never felt like they were trying to get over on me & just wanted to make fast money. Glad I purchased the service plan. Very pleased with the service!

    First things first, my air conditioner froze on me on Thursday. Thursday at 9:00 PM I get a call from United Air Temp telling me I am scheduled for a Friday service call (next day)! Eric showed up and not only extremely knowledgeable his customer service was off the chart. The air conditioner was not fixed same day due to a part. This however was in no way fault of Eric or United Air Temp. They came today (Monday) and fixed it. I give Eric thumbs up and Mason who is the lead. Both of them were great. Thank you for outstanding service and will be talking to you guys again.

    The HVAC tech, Eric, from United Air Temp, Eric, was incredibly professional! He knew exactly what he was doing. American Home Shield assigned them when my condenser fan motor went out. I was somewhat skeptical because of the Yelp reviews. DONT TRUST THEM! THOSE REVIEWS ARE BOGUS!!! United Air Temp was extremely timely, efficient, and professional. Eric offered me the maintenance plan. I am still under another one, but the plan with United Air Temp is MUCH better! I am sure I will go with that when my other one cycles. All in all, based on my experience, you can ALWAYS trust United Air Temp. And, if you are in the Jacksonville, FL area, ask for Eric!!!! Great job!Oh, the company needs to spend the money on small popups for your tech to work under when its raining! I offered and let Eric use mine, but I am sure hes not the only one who has had to work in the rain or the extreme heat down here! Get your techs the additional equipment they need!

    The tech was very helpful in showing what the problem was. It was negligence of tech in 2020 that installed compressor. Tech left electrical wire on top of copper tubing and some way electric wire burnt hole in copper tubing and freon cameout. I like that type of explanation of what happened.

    The technician was on time, professional and explained what he was doing. He answered questions and made suggestions. The only concern was that he didnt have a ladder to get into the attic, however, he did explain they dont normally carry them because of the size truck they drive but when I call in the future, I should request they have one with them. As it turned out, it was the outside unit that had the problem and he was able to repair it and made sure the unit was cooling before he left. Very pleased.

    Best A/C company I have ever used. I had several really bad experiences with other companies and from United Air Temp swooped in like a superhero and saved the day, and my wallet! They repaired things that others said could not be repaired, they confirmed that there was nothing wrong with things that other companies told me were bad, and they also pointed out where it appeared that someone had intentionally sabotaged my system to fail in the winter when local A/C companies need a little extra business. I eventually had them install a brand new system and continue to have a great experience under their maintenance plan. I highly recommend them!!

    The company and technician demonstrated Timeliness, Professionalism, and Problem Resolution to a high degree. After contacting American Home Shield, I was quickly contacted by United Air Temp and scheduled for the initial visit/ evaluation of the problem. On site, the technician advised me of the next steps (ordering parts) and gave me a general timeline. I didnt keep track, but I think the parts came in well on time. The follow up visit to install them and then check over the system was within a very reasonable time frame. Im very impressed with the service!

    I think in Florida anytime your AC stops working you panic. United Air has some of the best customer service Ive ever encountered. Eric the first technician came late on a Friday so they could try and help me before the weekend. He was so helpful and professional I ended up signing on for a yearly contract to make sure this company maintains my unit.     Our air upstairs went out unexpectedly and United Air Temp was able to come out the very next day even during the hot and busy July month.     Had to schedule a call through my home warranty for my AC. Brandon quickly found the problem, did a great job explaining the mechanics of it in a way I would understand. He also did a great job of explaining some of Home Shield Warrenty policies. I was unaware Home Shield only covered $10 per pound of Freon and the cost out of pocket would be $140 plus my $75 service fee. He took the time to explain why. I am glad I know for the future. He was also really nice to my dog and my son. They both kept following him around for attention. To me that is a big deal, I have had people from other service companies barely even speak to me. Brandon was very patient and gracious with my son who had his toy tool set and wanted to work with him. Overall great experience.

They are quick to respond, CLEAN/MATICULOUS, very knowledgeable problem solvers. I also purchased their $189. warranty service which guarantees me next day service & twice a year A/C cleanings & checkups. Finding any company like this through American Horror (home) shield is virtually impossible, they are the needle in a haystack!! Phillip is, 10 out of 10 stars. Check their Google ratings, nuff said.     Honestly I was really scared after reading the reviews on here (went through my home warranty, American Home Shield), but like another reviewer I also had Jean Luc who amazingly figured out why my AC wasnt working within only a matter of minutes. He was very professional and Im just super thankful that it wasnt anything serious and the whole thing was an easy/quick fix. Despite it being later at night (after 8pm) he really had a great attitude about coming out, figuring out the problem and fixing it on the same visit.

    I learned about the company through American home shieid warranty company. I reported my HVAC problem and was scheduled for a diagnosis check on my system technician Juan Morales along with trainee technician Derek. They diagnosed the problem in 30- 45 minutes. Juan said once he put inthe order for approval. I would receive a call to get the work done. I received a date for repair and they returned 5 days later to repair the system . The day of the repair Juan and Derek arrived on time and he notified me 30 minutes before arriving and once he arrived to my home he received a phone call that his Grandmother had just past away. After 15 minutes on the call. He informed me of want happened. I ask was he okay and need to reschedule. He said no he will get me taken care of. 1.5 hours later Juan Morales and Derek had my system working properly. I had a great experience with United Air Temp and Juan Morales and Derek made the difference. He even offered me extra tips to keep my system working properly and offered me a service contract, Which I took him up on his offer. Thanks Juan for professionalism and attention to detail. He was also an excellent and patient trainer to Derek who is a fast learner. Thanks Again United air temp and Juan.

    I had Philip come and fix my a/c. He was fast and knew what he was doing. He answered any questions I had for him about the A/C system, parts, and let me know all of my options. Very much saved the day!The only issue I had was with the scheduling team. I called on a Thursday and made my appointment but I found out the guy never put me on the schedules. I later got a call on Saturday from United and she told me I wasn’t on the books but the lady I spoke to on Saturday made sure she did her job correctly and sent me a confirmation for my appointment.

    Company picked up my service request from AHS.Jean Luc was here today and I felt very confident in his findings. He will however have to return Thursday with the part. Not a problem. I have always hired reputable companies to maintain our unit but Jean Luc showed me the insides of said unit and they were disgusting! I purchased their maintenance plan so I expect my unit to be working well and cleaned well enough for me to live with it. I will write another review when all is said and done.
