I cannot believe how incredibly awesome the folks at Honey Do Service in Jacksonville are to deal with. Our old wrought iron railing gave way and we needed it replaced. Scott sent Mitch and Sean out and they did an amazing job. In one day they removed the old railing, including anchors, installed a gorgeous and sturdy wooden railing in its place. They completely cleaned the work area and took the old damaged metal away! I WILL be using Honey Do Service for future projects and have given their contact information to everyone I have spoken to about this wonderful experience. The staff at Honey Do is personable and professional. They took and old ugly situation and made it much better than it had been. Our entire family is impressed with the workmanship. Great job Honey Do!

Had what we thought was a small leak from the window above our slider, but after opening it up to fix noticed the framing was done so poorly (former homeowners) and was covering up some previous damage. So the project ended up being bigger and taking longer than we thought. BUT Cliff and Mitchell from Honey Do did such a diligent and high quality job that now this is certainly the most stable wall in my whole house. You can tell they take pride in their work and are very friendly and knowledgeable. They happily explained each step of the repair, now I know more about building a wall than I ever planned to! Overall I would absolutely recommend and trust them with anything that could possibly go wrong in my house! I put some during and after pics to show how they literally had to rebuild the whole wall! Now it looks even better than new.

I hired Honey Do Service to replace my two sets of shutters and to paint the shingles around the window and the section above. They were on time and had the correct equipment to paint the upper section of shingles. Mitchell and Bob were polite and cleaned up. I would hire them again.

The Honey Do Service was a great choice. They are on time professional and do good work. Aaron and Sean removed, replaced, and painted a large section of drywall that had peeling paint and crumbling plaster due to water damage. Both Aaron and Shawn were easy to communicate with and clearly explained the repairs they made. They maintained a very clean work space. Now that the contracted work is completed you cant even tell that there were any repairs done on my wall. All and all a very excellent experience. I would not hesitate hiring them to do future projects.

We needed a closet removed in our entryway that used to house the air handler (which is now in the garage). We also wanted new tile since we did not have enough of the old tile to cover the new space, and the existing tile had been discontinued.Aaron arrived promptly every morning and did a wonderful job on every step of the project. He was personable, professional, meticulous, and made sure we knew what was happening at every step. He did a great job at keeping the dust relegated to the area and cleaned whenever it got into our living room. Sean came from the company to fix some damages caused by the cable installer company. He was very polite and funny, but most important of all he did an excellent job. I had a fantastic experience with Honey Do! I had some mold removed from my wall by a mold removal company, which then required the drywall to be completely rebuilt from scratch. Josh from HoneyDo came out to my home and did an absolutely amazing job rebuilding the drywall from scratch! His skills are fantastic. You cant even tell that there were any repairs done on my wall! Even better, Josh was lightning fast at the repairs, he showed up right on time, and he had a great personality as well! I really enjoyed chatting with Josh! These guys are the real deal! I wanted two metal louvered roof pergolas installed over my patio and already had one handyman turn down the project because he never worked with them before. Called Honeydo and they were ready to tackle it fromthe start! Their technicians are professional and experienced. They sent Sean out the first day to lay concrete and set everything up, he envisioned the whole project and adjusted his original plan to fit what he knew needed to happen. He brought Mitch out to assemble finish the project with perfect execution! The porches are beautiful and work perfectly!! Now we can use our backyard as actual living space! It was my first time using Honey Do Services and my experience was wonderful. Aaron came out to patch sheetrock on a fairly large wall where we took a mounted mirror down. He not only patched my wall but took his time cleaning up the entire surrounding area. (this is the work that I request)This is where top notch honest service came in..... He mentioned that there was still 20 min left on my hourly service call and asked if I had the wall paint and that he would paint the wall as well. He did paint my wall and cleaned up!! Most people today would not care to do the extra task. He cared about the detail of my wall and detail creates excellence in my eyes.This made my experience with Honey Do EXCELLENT

Boy are we happy customers. Dino and Clifford installed tile, flooring and trim in our rental house bathroom and trim in the laundry room. They did exactly what I asked, installed it expertly, quickly and then cleaned it all up when they left, as if they were never there. Except I have a beautiful subway tile tub surround and a finished bathroom my last contractor left undone. Dino took the time to square the window so the subway tile stayed straight as well as their trim work and caulk lines. Nancy in the office contacted me when she said she would and followed up with me to schedule as promised. Overall an excellent job and a pleasure dealing with professional employees. I will be calling them again and have already given them a referral.

Our front door has had wood rot for years & the transition piece had come undone. It would never stay in place & it allowed many creatures to sneak into our home. Sean D came out and went above and beyond. He not only repaired the wood rot, transition piece & painted all the trim but he also installed new weatherstrip that I had without hesitation. The final thing he did (without me even asking) was help move my strike plate so that when the door shuts it’s truly sealed shut. He was super friendly & professional. I highly recommend this company! I initially called requesting a unique job. I needed to find someone who could design a movable, yet sturdy, wall for my office to act as both a partition and a “photo wall.” Within a few days, Stephen came out to the office to see the space and discuss options in detail. Then Cliff built the structure, and his final design far exceeded my expectations. Cliff not only completed the work quickly, but he personally listened to me explain my plan/use for the structure and added additional features to it that he thought would best meet my needs. I was very impressed with the final product! I also quickly want to add that Nancy was always kind and helpful throughout the scheduling and payment process - those small details make a big difference. Overall, the entire team was fantastic to work with! I will definitely use them again!

Upon receiving my online request, a very warm and friendly Michelle Wilson, followed up via phone to discuss. She listened intently and with empathy to make sure she could offer me the best plan of action.She scheduled Mason to come by within 24-48 hours to provide an estimate for the work. Mason was professional, genuine and friendly. He carefully listened to my animated stories of my wish list. He repeated the list and asked pertinent questions to ensure we were on the same page. Therefore ensuring I could be provided the best scenario for completion.Within 24 hours, Scott Wilson called to arrange a date for my wish list of “honey do” items. Scott spoke very highly of his team and wanted me to ensure I felt confident they would handle my needs with the best of care. One week later, Joey was scheduled and arrived to complete the list. He too was professional, diligent, friendly and a good steward of his time. I noticed the extra care he applied to even the menial items on my list.I could not be more pleased with every aspect and employee I dealt with. Job consisted of rot repairs outside the home, cleaning gutters from this two story house, removed shutters from second story, trimmed a small tree, installed large cumbersome blinds on large picture windows, finished off paint job in spot that was too high for us to reach. He didnt have to, but Aaron removed wasp nests and cleaned storm refuse off the roof. Thorough clean up afterward. Aaron, Mitch and Dino were a well coordinated team. Our home was flooded when a workman broke a pipe in our ceiling. Terrible damage that took weeks to repair. Our lsrge chandelier was ruined in our front hall. The company responsible for the repairs could not find any company to take on fixing the flooded chandelier. Honey Do was hired finally and sent an amazing man to do the work. His name is Osvaldo. All of the chandelier cups were still filled with water; he very carefully and gently cleared and cleaned each one. Should any cup get broken the chandelier would have been a total loss. But he saved the day. He was professional, and skilled and thorough. We thank him and Honey Do for this recover...and their great service.We will be using them often and soon.BFH

We contacted several businesses to get a quote on a tub to shower conversion to make our small sized bathroom more accessible. It had a hideous refinished, flaking cast iron tub. We scheduled a time to discuss what we wanted to do. The quote from Honey Do was reasonable, and slightly less than I anticipated. Upon agreeing to the work, we paid half and the work was scheduled. It took a bit longer to finish the job, but there were no surprises. The bathroom is so much nicer and much more usable for a family member in a wheelchair. The quality of workmanship was great. Much attention was paid to the details. We are very pleased. Will certainly use them again for our next project.

02/09/24 this is the second time I’ve used honeydo services. The experience was excellent from start to finish. Osvaldo was on time, and A fantastic worker. He helped my husband disassemble a large shed, load it onto a trailer and then unload it at our other house. He also helped my husband (who is older), move several heavy things onto the trailer with our dolly. Osvaldo Took direction very well. We only had to let him know once what we needed done and he did it. He helped put together an entertainment center which required two people to lift some of the wood pieces. The list goes on. He did everything we asked him to do, was pleasant, kind, courteous, and above all very professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. you don’t find this kind of service all the time every day. The first time we used honeydo Service, we had a different crew who was equally kind, considerate, professional, and technically knowledgeable. I love this company and I love their workers. And I would ask for Osvaldo again. Prices are reasonable also.2023 - 1st time using honeydo services. absolutely fantastic experience. I called Tuesday after the original company who wed contracted with backed out because he forgot he was double booked. ugh. I needed a pavilion roof lifted up and installed on or before Saturday. they were able to schedule me for Friday afternoon. They called to confirm the time the day before. the men who arrived (on time) were knowledgeable, professional, courteous and really knew what they were were doing. they were very nice also. price was very reasonable also. we will definitely call them again. I have to give them a five star, as well as Sean. They have done a few jobs for my over the years and I should written up a review sooner but I cant pass this one up. I had a set of high end metal cabinets to install in my garage, uppers and lower and a metal pegboard. The gave me an estimate, set up an appointment and when they had a guy call out sick the young lady in the office called ahead of time and kept me informed as they moved around their schedule and they showed up. Sean is the bomb, make sure you request him. I even had one more cabinet, rearranged everything, and had to redo the wood table tops to make everything work. He even extend the outlet to lay flush with the pegboard and when it didnt match (it was white and the pegboard was black) Sean stopped by HomeDepot and picked up a black outlet and cover. And they didnt raise the price, except for charging me for the extra materials which is normal. They never let me down and now we have two more projects for them to do. Highly, highly recommend them and of course Sean.
