Matt, was an absolute lifesaver, arriving at my home in less than 30 minutes after my initial call. He quickly assessed the situation and made sure my home was safe to stay in for the night, while also sealing up the affected area to prevent further damage. and put my worry at easeThe rest of the team was equally impressive, answering all of my questions and explaining the next steps in the process. They arrived promptly when they said they would and worked tirelessly to dry out the affected areas and restore my home.Overall, I cannot recommend Matt and his team enough. My Wife and I found a leak and called All Dry, my appointment was scheduled right away and met with Matt. Matt was excellent from step 1! Personable, professional and upfront. He placed my wife at ease right away. When the Team came over to begin the work, Will B, Garrett were on point! Going above and beyond to assist since I recently had back surgery. Will M, Dylan and Kenny were also there to to make this a pleasant experience all the way through. The Customer Service and professionalism is good to go! I am writing this review for All Dry USA in Jacksonville, NC. Our home was damaged during Hurricane Florence and we had to have extensive work done to include replacing the subflooring and flooring in our home. The professionals at All Dry USA were amazing from start to finish. They consulted with me about my insurance claim and called and spoke with the claim adjuster to discuss our situation. They walked us through the entire process and told us how everything would work, which drastically reduced the anxiety of the extensive work that had to be completed. Once the work began, the crew completing the work were truly amazing. Their work was of the highest quality and their attention to detail dramatically improved the aesthetics of our home. We cannot say enough about the true professionals of All Dry USA and would recommend them for any renovations or restoration work.The Supervisor, Project Manager, & Technicians have excellent communication, prompt responses, addressed every issue, concern, great work ethic, patience, and excellent time management. The entire process was seamless & efficient.We are hiring them to do additional work on our home separate from the mold and rebuild. Great company & great people. Highly recommend!

Garrett and Will Brown were the main mitigaters of my home when my flooring had accrued water damage. Both of them went above and beyond what I believe should have been required of them on the job site, ensuring everything was comfortable, moving furniture carefully and placing neatly and double checking to make sure the job was done right and efficiently. More than their workmanship, it was as if I had my own buddies here with me, very personable and friendly during the duration of their time here. Highly recommend this company, and if you luck out and get these gentlemen in your home, you can be rest assured youre taken care of.

This is the best company for restoration in NC!After being flooded I was scammed by two repair companies... When I contacted Kurt from All Dry USA, we assured me that they will do everything fast and with quality. He worked on weekends, making sure pumps are working properly and adjusted them as needed. He then managed a team of great workers who replaced joists, flooring etc in the property, he even asked them to redo one little thing because it was not done up to his standards. Communication with Kurt was excellent and he never stopped expressing care for the work being done.I can only ask one thing: Kurt, please remain the great manager you are! There isnt even room for improvement! :)I highly recommend All Dry USA!

So we had an issue with a pipe leaking behind one of our wall and ended up with a bad mold problem. After doing some research I reached out to ADU and was put in touch with David who was super responsive and great to work with. He showed up ready to work and went above and beyond to identify the problems and get it rectified and his communication from start to finish was top notch.He had a crew show up next day for the mold mitigation and removal and they were amazing, respectful, professional, hard working, the list goes on. They came to work and it showed.William Brown, Matthew Kenny, William Melton, and Garrett Konecny, if these guys show up you know the job is going to get done right!Even after the mold mitigation, they contracted Eric from to come out and rebuild the shower and repair the dry wall and damn....the job was done right this go around. I didnt realize how wrong the original shower install was until I saw the work he did.Absolutely incredible work from start to finish and Im so grateful I went with ADU, I feel like it would have been a mistake if I had called another company.

We had water damage and mold in our closet from a pipe that got nailed into by a closet company. Kurt came out right away to assess the issue and was by far the best we had quotes from. He had proper equipment to pinpoint exactly where/what the issue was and even helped walk us through next steps insurance wise (first-time home owners). Through the repair process Kurt was always responsive and on-time; all the of the workers who came were professional and clean. Communication was amazing from all fronts- I really can not say enough good things about this company. I recommend them 10x over!

Had massive unexpected water damage and the extent was much worse than anticipated. These guys worked fast and hard to get the homeowners insurance company to cover the repairs in a timely manner. They did absolutely beautiful, stunning tile work in our kitchen, and both bathrooms beyond what we had imagined. Super happy with the work they completed. Will recommend 👌 it was so nice being able to have 1 company come in and do ann the repairs and work and not multiple ones which delays the completion of the repairs. They definitely made a massively stressful job fast and relatively seamless considering all the moving parts of this project!

Will B, Will M and Dylan did a great job of tearing out the drywall and setting up the containment last week. Very professional and cleaned up as they went along. Today, Will B and Dylan came back to remove the containment and prep for drywall. Once again they were very professional and clean. I would recommend these guys any day!

My family has had nothing but an extremely positive experience from All Dry. After a water pipe to the spigot broke and flooded a room, All Dry came over to assess the damage within a couple hours of our call and had a team out to set up the next day. Curt and his crew were professional and kind, really respectful of the fact that we were selling our home and were there over the weekend. They also use state-of-the-art tools to detect water damage without having to cut open walls or pull up carpet. I always recommend this company to anyone who has water damage in their home.

This year hasnt been easy on anybody and it seems like everything that can go wrong, does go wrong. But thankfully, the team at All Dry, USA hasnt been one of those things. I was skeptical at first, due to all of the negative connotations regarding the contractors/businesses here in Onslow County, but I can honestly say that they have made everything so much easier and I trust them to go above and beyond in their work. From rapid responses for mitigating my water damages to helping guide me through the insurance claim process, Kurt has been with me every step. This past weekend, my kitchen sink plumbing decided to plummet and break. I contacted them and they came right over to help and get it fixed, once again exceeding my expectations. Everything that was wrong was fixed and they even took the initiative to replace parts that would be projected to falter in the future. Thank you to Will Melton, Garrett, and Kurt for the wonderful work, the professionalism, and most of all, the kindness and consideration youve shown me through the trials and tribulations of 2020.

I’m reviewing AllDryUSA in Jacksonville, NC. Our HVAC stopped working over the summer and left our house without A/C for the better part of a month. I recently found mold and mildew in several areas of the house and reached out to this company. Both Kirk, who inspected my house, and Garrett, Will, and Will, who cleaned the house, were friendly, professional, and patiently answered all my questions. The three who cleaned went out of their way to be incredibly thorough in not only fogging the house, but scrubbing all the nooks and crannies. They even swept my porch before they left, going that extra step to be kind to their customers. Easy company to work with, high quality work, and the price was very reasonable.

I called All Dry USA after 11:30pm and within an hour, Kurt had already contacted my Tenant and arrived on site to investigate the sound of running water inside the house and a huge pool against the front of the house (slab). The Tenant was unable to turn off the main supply line at the water meter. Kurts availability and responsiveness at such a late hour shows that theres Truth in Advertising the 24 hour service! All Dry USA came out promptly after our sink leaked. Kurt Walsleben was very informative on what our options were as far as getting the damage assessed and addressed. Once we decide to move forward with the mitigation their team was at our house ASAP. Our home warranty company stated they fixed the problem but that was not the case. Luckily the employees of All Dry USA helped us find the actual problem and helped us fix it. Garrett and Will Melton(sp?) we’re very kind and courteous and answered all of our questions.
