After explaining the repair process again, he proceeded to fix the issue. He also took care of the backfilling for the hole he had to dig - which was probably the most challenging part of the job. When he was done, it was as if he had never been there! His work was of excellent quality, and I would endorse them for any plumbing repair needs.

On a lazy sunday afternoon, i found myself dealing with a backed up kitchen sink filled with standing water. i jumped online and dialed up 10 different plumbers, knowing that finding one to come out on a sunday would be a challenge. even though Burke Brothers Plumbing & Water Heaters was officially closed, leonard did answer his phone. he was straightforward about not being able to come until the next day due to it being his off day. however, leonard didnt leave me high and dry. he took the time to 1) recommend other plumbers who he knew worked on sundays 2) provide me with contact details for plumbers who charge by the hour and might be willing to make a sunday house call 3) patiently listen to my sink issue and provide suggestions on how i could possibly fix it myself, despite my lack of any DIY skills. before reaching out to his suggested plumbers, i decided to try one of leonards tips and to my surprise, i managed to fix the blocked sink on my own! this saved me time, as i no longer had to wait for a plumber to show up at my place. it also saved me money, as i avoided paying a hefty service fee just for a plumber to inspect the problem, not to mention the actual repair costs. i found the service from leonard to be reliable and friendly, and he definitely knows his stuff. not only does he charge a reasonable and fair price, but he also provides top-notch service. ill definitely be turning to him for all my future plumbing needs. totally recommend him – five stars!

When we purchased our home 15 years back, it came with a Laars Endurance combination unit (baseboard heat and hot water) installed by the former owners. In the past, Ive had experiences where plumbers declined to service the boiler because it wasnt a brand they were familiar with. Even on the web, the original Laars Endurance unit isnt always the top pick among plumbers. We reached out to Burke Brothers Plumbing & Water Heaters when we were without heat, but still had hot water. Leonard arrived and showed familiarity with the Laars boiler. He quickly diagnosed the problem - a faulty transformer - within mere minutes. What I valued most was Leonards approach. He took the time to explain how the system functioned, as well as demonstrating the test he ran that identified the malfunctioning transformer. Throughout the entire process, I never felt that Leonard was rushing or trying to upsell any additional services. However, due to his excellent service and workmanship, I did ask for an estimate for a potential boiler replacement. Switched out a broken sprinkler pipe and a leaking valve. Richard was professional and and restored both pipes and valves. I would use them again in the future.
