Absolutely incredible experience! From interacting with the administrative staff all the way through the operations staff—just nothing but the highest degree of professionalism, kindness, and respect. If there was an option to hit 10 stars I would.I had old pipes and valves that I wanted to try and save—and after multiple good faith efforts couldn’t be saved because of the age. The old fittings fused. On the same call (after trying to save the old valves), Ryan took out the wall, replaced the valves and even installed my new fittings! Just an incredible experience all around, and as a fellow veteran it’s great to see veteran owned businesses doing great things! Can’t thank y’all enough. I now have peace of mind because of you.

They were on time, they did it the same day, I didnt have the cash at my house to pay him, but he kindly waited for me in the driveway and let me go to the bank to get the cash. If you have any plumbing needs, this is the best place to call. We had an emergency, on a Saturday of course, and going down on line list of 24 hour emergency plumbers 4 places couldnt come until the next day or even Monday, but Wild Water Plumbing sent Luke out in less than an hour! I felt so bad that he had to go under the crawl space, but he found, explained, and fixed a gushing water pipe quickly and gave recommendations for the next step to prevent mold growth which I appreciated. Great and efficient service done quickly for a fair price🤗

They went above and beyond and put in a brand new tank the same day as well as looked at our kitchen sink as it had a crack in a pipe and caused a leak. Cannot recommend these guys enough and can’t express how thankful we are!

I called because of a busted hand gate valve. The gentleman I spoke with when I first called was so professional, polite, friendly, and helpful. He said a technician would be out within an hour (I was stunned at how fast someone could come!). Luke arrived shortly after and he was just as professional, polite, friendly, and helpful! He was super patient when explaining things, took a video to show me the problem, explained what the price range for replacement would be, explained what the process was, and got right to it. After starting the replacement, he discovered another leak with a different valve and came to update me. After going and getting that part, he kept right on working and was finished with everything in 3 hours! I will recommend Wild Water to anyone and if we ever need plumbing services again, they will be who I call! Thank yall so much for your friendliness and hard work!!

Told me he would have one of his guys come out between nine and one on Monday. They were there. They worked about an hour, had to go back discuss things with Justin. Justin and Luke showed up, long story short. “My pump is operating great“ . They are hard-working, professional, and pleasant young men we give them our highest recommendation. When Luke arrived he was nice and professional as well. He didn’t simply jump to the most expensive fix, he let me explain what was going on, what I was looking for, and then instead of just saying “ok”, he agreed and explained why it would be best to do it a certain way. He kept the area that needed work clean, and even vacuumed after. One of the best trades line of work companies I’ve dealt with in a long time, would easily recommend to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

Let me tell you about the phenomenal experience I had with Mr. Justin:We have a sump pump grinder and it stopped working last night which was causing it to back up and come out of the vent into our yard. Originally, I called Roto-Rooter to come out last night, but the man I spoke to said it would be a couple of hours (putting his show time past midnight) and suggested that I wait until the morning. This morning, I called Roto-Rooter back and they told me they wouldnt be able to get to us until tomorrow. Naturally, that wasnt going to work so I Googled plumbers in Jacksonville and Wild Water Plumbing came up. I called the number on Google and Justin answered almost immediately. I explained the situation to him, and without skipping a beat, he was here at my house in a matter of 20ish minutes (talk about timely service yall; this man was on it!). He began working on the pump and very quickly saw the problem. He gave me a quick quote, told me how long it would take, what he was going to do, and we talked about preventative measures for the future moving forward. About 40 minutes later he had the sump pump grinder back up and running smoothly just as it had when it was brand new. In total, he wasnt here longer than an hour. The pricing was more than reasonable and affordable and his work was great. Not to mention, the man behind the work, Justin, is a great conversationalist, very polite and respectful, incredibly understanding, extremely knowledgeable, and overall not afraid to get dirty to get the job done right the first time.Without a second thought, I asked for a refrigerator magnet (use to think my parents were weird for wanting contractors magnets, but I get it now) and slapped that thing on the refrigerator door for future plumbing mishaps. After obtaining and installing my water brand new water heater back in July 2020 there have been zero issues since. However, and old pipe in the house starting leaking on the new water heater and caused an issue in February 2021. Justin came out (after hours) to fix the water heater but then noticed the pipes issue which had nothing to do with his original work but offered to fix it for an extremely fair price. Fast service.Luke quickly identified the problem and worked to fix the safety valve on water heater and the broken valve at the main water line. He had to dig to locate the the main water line. I am so thankful he came so quickly. I went from a soaked garage and no water to everything being fixed and having hot water within four hours!!! Price was very reasonable. Ive already referred them to my sister and neighbor. Wild Water Plumbing is the best!!!

My experience with Wild Water Plumbing was great. On Friday I made a call to Justin the manager. He said he could have his worker Luke be at my house on Monday between 1and4pm. Luke called me at 12;30pm to say he would be at my house in about 20 minutes. Luke, told me step by step what he was going to do and the cost. He is very nice guy.
