    Keith did an excellent job locating and fixing our leaking pipe that was in between our master bathroom shower and our toilet room.     Keith and Bryan from Oakley Plumbing did a full re-pipe of my house. I had gotten several quotes from plumbers all over Jacksonville, and Keith was the only one to show me the actual pipe and walk me through the process, from permitting to inspection. His price was affordable and I got a good feeling right from the start when I spoke with Marie on the phone. Keith and Bryan were very professional and kind, and I’m very pleased with the work they did. Oakley Plumbing will now be my plumber forever! 5/5 stars, would give 6/5 if I could!

    Great plumbing service!     Kieth was a life saver today!I purchased a new sink and faucet along with a garbage grinder. I installed everything on my own however, the PVC pipes were a total mess from the previous sink. I was lucky when I called this morning Kieth had a cancellation and was able to come to my rescue in a few hours. In roughly 2 hours he was able to re-pipe all the PVC pipes to function correctly with my new set up. Im thoroughly impressed with his workmanship and definitely enjoyed hearing some sea stories about his time as a submariner. I highly recommend Oakley plumbing for all your plumbing needs. His hours rate is very reasonable and he also offered military and senior citizen discounts. Dont delay call today and schedule your appointment you will be glad you did!

    We have used Oakley Plumbing previously for a fixture installation; recently our shower drain started acting up and we had guests at our house so we wanted to get it fixed right away; so we called a master plumber who was mere minutes away from our house. Plumber came out and cleared the drain but the problem came back again the next day. We decided to give Oakley Plumbing and Keith a call. Problem was diagnosed and fixed for good, issue was resolved 100% and has not came back. Oakley Plumbing is the go to Plumbing stop. We are not going to bother with any other plumber going forward.

    I called Oakley Plumbing to have pipes under kitchen sink replaced. Pipes were replaced and I discovered a leak within 3 weeks. The owner came back out on a Friday evening after normal business hours to replace additional part needed to fix the leak. This is a small company who focuses on serving their customers.Pros: They backed their original work, returned my phone call after business hours, and came to fix my problem after operating business hours.Cons: none.My rating: A + +.

    My water heater just started leaking water over the weekend and I was in a need of a plumber. My realtor referred me to Oakley Plumbing and Keith called me right away to fix my leaking. He came the same day and was able to pin point the problem and replace my water electric water heater and even changed my pipes! He also cleaned up completely after the repair was done.     This is the second time Ive had the pleasure of dealing with Oakley Plumbing, and yes, despite having issues to deal with, working with them is a true pleasure. This time I got to deal with owner Keith himself and from the first contact on the phone to let me know his prior job was running a little late, to how he explained every step of the work he was doing for me, and even showing me how to clean my annoying Kohler sink traps that were driving me crazy, it was professionalism plus all the way. I only wish I could give them 10 stars. Oakley is hands down the best!

    Oakley Plumbing is an outstanding business. The owner Keith came out to repair my toilet and because the parts on the toilet were proprietary he had to go and get the right parts. I appreciate him going the extra mile. Also, please note this: the little blue tablets that we put in our toilet bowls, please dont. They cause problems for plumbers...their jobs are difficult as it is, so please refrain from using them. I would recommend him to anyone.

    Our water was not getting hot, and our hot water heater was leaking water around the bottom. We believed the heater was done and needed to be replaced. Keith noticed it was leaking from the upper element, which was shorted out also. He replaced both the upper and lower elements, as well as both thermostats. Heater is running like a champ now, plenty of hot water that afternoon. Needed rebuilding, not replacing. It pays to deal with a master plumber, and we will definitely be dealing with Oakley Plumbing in the future!

    Keith repaired all our toilets from leaking. I didn’t even realize they were leaking until I got an alert from JEA that our water use had increased drastically. On the surface all the toilets looked fine and nothing was obviously leaking but after a closer look by Keith and testing each one, all of them were leaking a little which added up to a lot which is why my water usage increased the last month. Keith even tested the system after repairing them to make sure all the leaks had stopped. He arrived when he said he would and called when he was on his way. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m referring Keith to all my family and friends.

    Weve had the pleasure of having Keith and Brian at Oakley Plumbing come to our home for two services. The first was back in August/September for a bathroom remodel we did, and he made it extremely quick and easy. We had picked up a shower head from Delta that did not come with all the parts, and Keith made an extra stop to Fergusons for a small fee to grab it, which we appreciated. They were quick and professional and installed our tub properly to ensure there wouldnt be any leaks. Fast forward to March of 2021, and still during COVID times, we needed our faulty sink pipe looked at and Keith fixed it within the hour! Thanks yall for being there when we need ya!

    I had a plumbing problem in our house, because I had extended insurance fixing things they sent me 2 technicians from different companies.The first company swore that I should change my well pump, it was strange because I sent videos to some friends who live far away and I couldnt get there and they said there was a way to fix it.So the diagnosis of the first company was about changing everything, while this wonderful company that I had already received at my house in another time managed to fix it instead of changing it. I will say Oakley Plumbing was A++++ through the entire process of submitting the claim, getting approval, scheduling replacement, and installing our new electric water heater. They were courteous, professional and had the most important characteristic you want in a plumber - committed problem solvers. Our issues were complex and needed some digging to get to the bottom of but the Owner Keith and the Technician Bryan kept at it until they resolved the problems. Definitely recommend these guys!
