    Both visits were very informative with the final result being positive. A cool home! Prior to repair my home had gotten to 98-99 degree’s inside causing chest pain, nausea and diarrhea. The only regret is that I had to spent a 2 week window at different hotels while waiting for the ordered parts, which became very costly, but over all I was able to return to a comfortable and cool home. The guys were professional and kind: THANKS!!!

    Amazing service! The tech Dionete was very informative educational and kind. Dionete also showed me what was going on inside my A/C and explained how he could help.     Very quick and professional. The tech diagnosed the problem with our mini split, ordered the parts and then installed everything and filled the refrigerant as soon as the parts came in. We liked them so much we signed up for their maintenance program! Super happy!!

    Helped my Aunt arrange service through her home warranty and was incredibly impressed with Dionete, our technician for the day. She had not had her unit serviced for at least a decade, and it had no power in at least a year as she would not call for repairs. With this history, I fully expected a full replacement as the system was manufactured in 1984! Not only was Dionete prompt and incredibly professional, he performed a serious miracle and got the unit cooling in under three hours with only two inexpensive parts. It bears repeating - this is a unit manufactured in 1984, people!! He could have easily pushed a new system sale since she has a 40-year-old system, but he was honorable and fixed it instead. Will definitely request him in future when a replacement is needed!

    The technician came on Tuesday, but said he needed to order a part. He was supposed to come back first thing on Wednesday, (This was our agreement not handled through management). He did not show up so I called the store and said he had not showed up (11:00). So he contacted the technician and said I was assigned meaning he would show up when he could. I hung around the house all day- without a/c and miserable. I had to go to work at 6:00.He called while I was at work 7:43 PM. This was the first time I heard from the technician. I wasnt home. He called me about 8:20 on my way home from work and my roommate let him in. He was going to come back the next day to put the part in because he did have the tool to put it in.You make a call and make your own opinion.
