    Dave addressed a very difficult situation with professionalism and great care. A large window had been damaged in my living room and was waiting to be replaced in several days. Unfortunately a gust of wind caused the tempered glass to lose its integrity and collapse in my living room. Dave was able to cover the window with plastic under difficult conditions, including rain and wind, without further damage.

    We have had Turner come out to the house on multiple occasions for plumbing help. They are always extremely professional and get the job done quickly and efficiently! George and his helper came out today to clear a stopped up drain. The job was done quickly and they even snaked further than required. We will definitely use Turner in the future for our plumbing needs.

    I found Turner Plumbing online for my Roman Tub repair and I have to tell you that I will never use any other company for any of my plumbing needs.     Turner replaced our hot water heater within 24 hours of when we found the leak. The replacement went well, no issues. We were eligible for partial warranty refund and Junior worked tirelessly to make that happen. I was ready to give up, but not Junior! Thanks to his efforts, we received the refund. This was not an easy process, but he persevered, even though he had nothing to gain. Thank you, Junior and Turner Plumbing. Highly recommend.

    Editing to update: Nick reached out to me to confirm I was overcharged! They charge by the half hour and I was charged for a full hour. They made it right by refunding me the extra half hour!I genuinely hate leaving not so good reviews, and I hate making myself look like a Karen. But the only term that comes to mind is highway robbery. I gave two stars because the technician was polite and informative. He arrived at my home at 11:27AM and was creating my invoice by 11:48AM (timestamped by cameras), 21 minutes cost me $209 for zero repairs, as none were necessary. $45 dispatch fee, and $164 in labor. That’s all the invoice stated with no additional information listed. They use Service Titan as their platform, which I am familiar with from previous work, so I know there is the capacity to list the work performed for the customer and detail the charges a bit better.My initial concern was hearing a dripping sound from my attic when using hot water in my kitchen sink. I was worried about a leak and scheduled an appointment to have it checked. When he arrived he checked under the kitchen sink, no leak, then checked my outdoor meter for signs of usage, there was none. He informed me it was likely just the pipe expanding with the hot water but he’d go in the attic to be sure. After confirming no leak, he politely swept the mess from the floor that came from the attic and went on his way.$209?!?!As someone who worked in accounting for numerous service fields (Pool Cleaning, HVAC, Appliance Repair) I have tons of experience with what a typical service call price is. I was expecting no more than $100. I guess this is my fault for not confirming their pricing before I booked.Definitely steer clear, as I do not believe this to be a fair price point.

    I gave 5 stars to Tyler because he was polite & professional but Turner should be more realistic and fair in how they charge customers. The visit was $45, plus $82 per 1/2 hr of work. I had used a sulfuric acid solution overnight and per instructions, flushed it in the morning but the water didnt go down. Tyler used a plunger and the water immediately went down, so there was less than 5 mins of work. Best Practices would be to prorate that time & charge accordingly.

    I hired Turner Plumbing to replace a hot water heater and install a tankless unit and I could not be more pleased. The guys were friendly, prompt, courteous, respectful of my home, and overall a joy to have at the house. They made sure everything was working perfectly and then cleaned up as well. The office staff was responsive and prompt as well. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing a plumbing service !!!!

    I worked with them on a major bath renovation. Their employees are very professional and always prompt. The end result was beautiful.There was a minor problem with small drywall damage. They came back and resecured the hand held shower housing which was loose causing water intrusion and a small amount of water moving down over time and out to the drywall abutting the shower. They have yet to fix the drywall. I am sure that will happen shortly.

    I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with these plumbers! They are prompt, professional and courteous. More importantly they’re fair and unlike the other company I received a quote from, they aren’t out here trying to gouge people. They repaired a slab leak for me for half of what another company quoted me. The came back for a simple draining issue which was pretty minor and the techs didn’t make me seem like an idiot for not being able to figure it out. Based on their service and price the 2 times I’ve used them, Turner is my plumber! Would highly recommend to everyone.

    I had a really positive experience with Turner. They came within a few hours, the day after Christmas. My garbage disposal seemed to have kicked the bucket. They thought so too and were in the process of ordering me a new one. But then the technician decided to try one more thing, and discovered that a tiny spoon had become lodged in the works. It was almost invisible, because I looked in there myself at length. They could have easily lied and made $600+ off of me. But instead they were honest and did the right thing and only charged me the initial service call. They have my respect and my business in the future.

After explaining the problem to Nicole, she was able to help with a same-day appointment - she didnt want us to go without our washing machine for any longer than we had to! Pricing was explained up front, so there were no surprises. When Kyle and Ellis arrived, they were friendly and professional.     DJ and his crew mate (red haired guy, not sure of name) are very awesome. They quickly got the clog out of my main line and showed me where I should have them install a clean out. DJ was the only technician working today, the 23rd of December a couple days before Christmas, and our family is very grateful for that, as we had a plumbing emergency that couldn’t wait.     Turner Plumbing was sent out by my warranty company. Alex K And Lu came out and they were wonderful. They were able to fix the shower valve quickly and cleaned up after. They did not try to make the repair more than what it was so they could charge more. This is the 2nd time they have come out to my house and both times they were awesome!

    Absolutely first class!! I am now enjoying a brand new Master Bathroom and a totally remodeled Laundry Room thanks to these professionals. It was as if Kendal and Carla initially climbed into my head, saw my vision, and turned it into reality! I have worked with many contractors over the years, but none as good as Turner. Kendal, my Project Manger, kept me informed daily of what was taking place, and what would be taking place the next day, she never missed a beat. She came to the house every day, sometimes more than once, to check with the workers and with me. If she said something was going to happen at a certain time, it did. It was wonderful having a Project Manager so invested in my job satisfaction.I want to personally thank, Eric, James, Ben, and David (hope I havent forgotten anyone); always on time, professional, pleasant, and perpetual positive attitudes about the job. Whatever they did, it was right the first time, and always done with a smile. And, they are the cleanest contractors I have ever worked with!!     Excellent service, very professional, fast and efficient.I had 3 prices for a water heater replacement, most of the local plumbers had a fixed price over the phone which is is ok and convenient, while Turner had a price for the unit and an hourly rate to install. So going into it I had no idea what the final cost would be, but they are so good it was the best price out there, hundreds less than the any of the others.the work was excellent quality and the men were very professional.Turner will always be my first stop for plumbing services.

They have re-piped five residences, installed hot water heaters, dish washers, shower fixtures as well as different types of sinks/faucets for the kitchen and bathroom. They have been very good about working us in on short notice. Re-piping always requires drywall repairs and Turner provided this as well which no other company did. This too was done with the same on time, professional, clean and quality work.     I highly recommend Turner Plumbing. They came within an hour of me calling. They knew what they were doing. It ended up the sewer line to the house was clogged with roots.     My family and I moved to Jacksonville about three months ago. We have had several plumbing issues in our home including 2 sewer main clogs and a slab leak. Turner Plumbing was quick to respond in each situation providing friendly and quality work in our home. Most recently, we noticed water coming in under my daughters room and in the bathroom. Of course, this happened on a Sunday. After calling Turner, they arrived at my home an hour later diagnosing the problem and giving us a couple of different solutions for repair. We opted to replumb the entire home through the attic, rather than waiting for another copper pipe under the slab to burst, and flood. Luli and multiple other team members got started bright and early Tuesday morning, and had our water back on by Thursday afternoon. They really did a terrific job and explained everything they were doing as they went along. After having to make multiple holes in walls and tile throughout the house to reroute pipes, Turner had those repairs done quickly, so that our home was back to normal by Saturday. I would wholeheartedly recommend Turner Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs. They are quick, efficient, reliable and do great work. Terrific company!!

    Recently bought a house and noticed a leak that our inspector said was no longer an issue. I called Turner Plumbing as soon as they opened and spoke to the young lady who informed me that they may be able to fit me in the late afternoon. Slightly discouraged I agreed to the appointment. About an hour later she called me back and said that they had an opening and could have someone there within a half hour. I was ecstatic and quickly obliged to the new time. Right on time, Mac showed up and quickly started examining the issue. He was able to address the problem within the first 10 minutes and devised a plan for the fix. As he worked on the original issue I noticed a leak from my kitchen sink. Again, he quickly identified the issue as being a poorly removed reverse osmosis system and refitted my under sink plumbing.While in the kitchen Mac noticed a second water line running to the refrigerator hook up. He had an idea that the reason for this is because the house was plumbed backwards. He checked the water heater and confirmed his suspicions. He then walked every faucet in my house to verify that they were at least working in the proper fashion. In addition to this, Mac gave me some amazing information about the irrigation system and the associated check valve. He explained why it was there and the upcoming testing requirements from JEA. Mac was extremely knowledgeable, professional and went above and beyond the call of duty. Not only will I call Turner Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs but I WILL be requesting they send Mac.

    We are going through a process here. Maybe we have a slab leak, maybe we do not and it is something else. Only reason for the 4 Star rating, because all we actually know its there is a problem.Today, the new toilet to replace the ,60+ year original version was installed and the MB sliding toilet problem addressed. We were happy with the work and solutions proposed. Hall bath has a functional fixture, MB fixed up probably as much as possible. Pleased with the care and workmanship.Estimator came out on the slab leak issue. I think every other company would be talking slab jackhammer and massive destruction, not to mention the $$$. He spent over an hour trying to figure out what is actually happening. We will be continuing this process with them.I have to say that this business impresses me on multiple levels. There is no sense of anyone trying to jack up charges. The plumbers and helpers try diligently​ to complete work within the hourly rate. For us, this means we get some little bonus fixes such as a leaky faucet if they finish the original problem quickly. Everyone we have had here has been sweet, competent, and willing to have the little old lady in residence saying, well, since you are here....Works for me!Edit. The company sent one of their technicians out, to further diagnose the issue. He pulled the MB toilet, and discovered the flange was broken. Since this toilet was repaired just a couple months ago, he seemed to think the original plumber may have missed something. Flange and service call were completed at no charge to us and the leaking issue appears to be completely resolved.So, again, I highly recommend these guys. If they dont get it right the first time, they fix it.
