Kim and Dave B.We had our bar and grill install today with plumbing and gas hookup. Top of the Line Plumbing did the hookups for both water and gas. Did a wonderful job. We also had a utility sink put in our garage and Gavin did a great job hooking up the plumbing for that as well. Very professional and courteous. I will definitely be using them in the future for all our plumbing. I highly recommend them. I cant say enough good things!!!

We have worked with Top of the Line Plumbing on many projects from big to small over the years. Gavin and his company have been one of the best companies I’ve worked with over the years (and Ive worked with many after house renovations etc) as he is always professional, great communication, clean, and provides great work. He has fixed two plumbing issues in our house another company didn’t know how to fix and came right in and knew what was the issue right away. Above and beyond service 👍🏼 We highly recomend them 100% . My wife and i had an unexpected plumbing issue where we had 18k gallons of water used and couldnt tell you where it went …we were stressing least to say .Gavin with his team came out immediately and went through every inch of piping we had to locate the issue that 2 other company’s could not locate or give any solid answers and Gavin had it all completed in a day with new and improved piping for us as well.The pricing was well worth the service and we will only use Top of The Line Plumbing .If I had to relate Gavin’s company to a fast food branch , they would be chick fil A .. their service is top notch compared to everyone else .

Gavin and his helper did a wonderful job as always. Both of my bathroom sink drains needed to be replaced due to clogs and rusting. The new drains and under the sink pipes they replaced, are working great. I don’t know how they do what they do, getting into those tight spaces. I tried and failed. 😊

Well where should I start. First of my maid broke water line in house had problems s turning the water main off. Other plumbers didn’t have time for me. Called Gavin with top of line plumbing. The were at my house within 20 minute. From another job. Came in my house with all the equipment Matt’s at front door shoe footie for cleaner no dirt on my new tile fixed the problem then left and went backbiting the house the came from. Only one plumber in town to stopped to come get my water turned off and fixed the water leak. Then 2 weeks later need 3 .5 bathrooms remodeled. Got est. from others then called Gavin with top of line. Gave me price. They were in the ball park with others and they proceeded to do the work very clean picked up all the tools all the time. No messes in and out every day no messes Can’t ask for a better company to do my plumbing work. It’s hard to refer people now days. But I’ll refer Gavin and the top of line to everyone. Which I have and the last 3 referrals everyone said the same thing I’m saying . One awesome company to go business with. Ten star company all day long. Gavin is wonderful! We woke up one day with water rushing through the pipes in the walls. Gavin made sure to make it by that same day, did a temporary fix and then the next day was there doing a permanent fix! Then he came by the next week to repipe another area before we get our new driveway! Awesome service! Highly recommend for all your plumbing needs!

Will use them in the future and have already told some friends about them. Stumbled across Top of the Line Plumbing looking for a replacement water heater...so glad I did! Spoke to Gavin over the phone and he thoroughly explained all my options. When Scott came to do the work, he was on time, professional and VERY efficient. Gavin was in the are so he even dropped by to check on us and make sure everything was ok! So happy with it, I had them some and correct some mistakes a previous plumbing company had made. EXTREMELY happy with that service call as well!Plumbing work is not inexpensive...but with dont hesitate to call Top of the Line. They will get the job quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable price! Now, I know who to call when I need something done right AND who to recommend to friends if they need a plumber!

I hired Top of the Line Plumbing to install a Rinnai RU 199 IP tankless water heater. They did an excellent job and they are now the plumbers I will use going forward for all my plumbing needs. If you want a professional quality plumbing repair then Top of the Line Plumbing is the place to call. Our waste drain line in our ceiling broke and let the water from the upstairs laundry and bath pour out into the ceiling. I called late on Monday night and got a voicemail and I placed a request for a service call. I was called back after hours to make sure it wasnt an emergency and they scheduled a service call to come out the next morning. They showed up on time and quickly found the issue and provided an estimate. I approved the estimate and scheduled the repair for Thursday. Gavin, Ryan and Chris showed up on time and quickly went to work. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after the repair and tested the system before they left. They did a great job and were very professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Gavin is great. Clean, experienced and professional..but seriously he unclogged what 2 other Companies couldnt. I heard solutions from jackhammering my tile floor removing kitchen cabinets, to building a new laundry room elsewhere on the property!!. This one Company spent several hours to tell me this. Top of the line not only figured out its just the P trap at the laundy line IN GARAGE!, but Gavin got everything flowing fine in an hour. Then we were able to get proper 2 hr repair scheduled a few days later. Thanksgiving was spent without a working kitchen sink from me making the wrong call.. Top of the Line gets my first call every-time!!Thanks again Gavin your the man!

These guys really know what they are doing. They were on time very professional and kept me informed of everything that they were doing. The job that they did for me turned out to be quite a bit more involved than it was first thought to be but we were able to work out the details and they did the job for me at a very affordable price. (Relocate and install a new water heater). They were all very courteous and unlike other contractors I have dealt with kept the work area very clean and took the time to pay attention to even the smallest of details. Gavin even addressed another issue that I was having with my water pressure and was able to take care of it for me while completing the task at they were there to do ( Bonus for me). I would highly recommend TOP OF ThE LINE PLUMBING for any of your plumbing needs. And as always, remember you get what you pay for. I did find some other lower priced contractors but they wanted to use off name brand equipment and were not going to give me the same warranty could not work on my schedule and I doubt I would have been any where near as satisfied with the quality of workmanship I received from Gavin and his guys.

Came out to repair/clean a main waste line. They showed me the issue (see pic) with their impressive pipe inspection technology and remedied the situation using a partial pipe replacement and pipe cleaning approach. Really enjoyed working with the team and appreciated their service. They also enlighten me to the layout of the piping underneath the house which will be helpful intel for future remodel considerations.

My drains have been backing up at least once a year for the last 19 years I’ve lived here. These gentlemen came to my house within about 15 minutes of calling and within less than an hour they had my drains running properly and told me what the issue was that constantly cost at old pipes of course and will be getting me a quote as to what needs to be done and the charge was very very reasonable. I’ve had others quote me and they were 234 times more than these people

I have used Top Of the Line services several times.. Their work is outstanding and price is fair.. They replaced my water heater when I first got townhouse. Then redid my powder room with new Toto toilet install also picked up vanity I had ordered at Lowe’s. Last week came to verify where leak was coming and determined very quickly it wasn’t the shower but my AC. They are very knowledgeable and have the tools to do diagnostic. Highly recommend

Had a flexible slot at 10am immediately. I took it. They showed up 15 min. early (!!) and did superior work -- narrating what needed to be done step by step. Proactive communications. Gavin, the owner of Top of The Line Plumbing is remarkable! I had the pleasure of meeting him several years ago when my washing machine pipe was totally blocked due to pesky squirrels dropping acorns off the roof. The original plumbers I called could not solve the issue. Gavin came in & within an hour diagnosed/solved the issue. Since then, he has been to my home on multiple occasionsand made necessary repairs. We know we can trust Gavin exclusively. He is very punctual, courteous & will answer any & all questions.Today, he came to my daughter & her husbands home to repair a kitchen sink issue that had been done poorly (home is old & was a “ flip). Not only did he install a new PVC pipe, he diagnosed & repaired a hot water heater issue they were not yet aware of.That’s what I call exceptional service!!
