    I recently had the pleasure of working with The Grateful Plumber to install a bidet and replace three old water heater pipes with shut-off valves. Patrick, the plumber, was exceptional. He took the time to explain every step of the process in detail. Patrick was incredibly friendly and approachable, happily answering my questions, even during the installation. The quote they offered me was well within my budget, and at no time did they try to sell me a new water heater in the quote, unlike another well-known company that provided me with my first quote. Patricks professionalism and thoroughness made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend The Grateful Plumber and Patrick for any plumbing needs!

    Harrison McDaniel is as a wonderful expert with the Greatful Plumber. He was very personable and extremely respectful. I was very impressed when he entered our home with shoe covers to help prevent any dirt tracks from coming in. He was able to give us 2 solutions. He was very thorough and was able to give us a detailed diagnostic about replacing our shower cartridge. He was very transparent about the solutions. He made sure to go through the less invasive route first before going through dry wall to access the cartridge. He was able to efficiently complete the fix and was able to give us a time stamp of when he would be done. We were so happy to know that he saved us some time and money with the less invasive option. We are very grateful! I would highly recommend him and this company! He made the experience a pleasant one! I would definitely use this company again! Make sure to ask for Harrison McDaniel!

    Harrison and Steve did an absolutely WONDERFUL job. My fiance and I had just bought this house and found out the plumbing was completely shot. Harrison came and scoped it and was professional and polite. Very insightful. Took them only TWO days to completely replace my drain system and now it works like MAGIC. You absolutely must give him a raise!!! Wonderful and professional, thank you guys SO MUCH. And we will absolutely be back if we ever need a plumber again!!!!

    This company is awesome ! If you are debating who to choose for your plumbing needs.. THIS IS THE PLACE… Ed and his whole team are amazing …. They go above and beyond and do great work at fair prices…… but whatever their price is, just pay it… they will make sure its done right and follow up with you promptly and all the other good stuff inbetween!     I called The Grateful Plumber and spoke with Twee she was so professional and kind . They got me on the schedule the same day and very fair in pricing.     Dont have photos of a job well done and it was vert needed ASAP and God answered my prayer. I just forgot to mentioned Im a VET served my country well and very proud and I for some reason just forgot because of the situation at hand. Like to always mentioned my Service just in case its a discount of some sort large or small. But yes again the services rendered were Superb! And right on time! 5 STARS to The Greatful Plumber and Ill be more than happy to spread the Word of your great services and Gardner I think his name was a complete gentleman ♥️

    Upon calling The Greatful Plumbers I reached Thuy on the phone.. she was very helpful. Later that day Eduardo came out to look at my plumbing issue and was very kind, helpful and went over what the care plan would be to start the remediation that would be needed. They sent out one of their guys today (sorry I forgot his name) and he was quite pleasant to work with and was able to get me going in the right direction of what my options would be once we realized there was roots in our plumbing pipes. From here, I will be awaiting the quotes for a few different options to remedy our bathroom situation. I feel their quotes will be fair and honest just based off of already meeting with them and working with them. If you are needing a good plumber /plumbing company I would recommend them this far, as they have fair and upfront about everything and kind, to boot.I am genuinely hoping that the actual fix we need will be done in the same manner as the last few days.. as they were pretty quick, kind and fair.     Fantastic job. I appreciate the hard work of this company to fix my problem. I had been having a backed up sink for forever. The initial visit didnt fully fix and they were quick to send another plumber out and my sink is working beautifully! Highly recommend. Joshua Miller and Erik(dont know last name) were patient and helpful in explaining everything.

    Kevin was the most responsible and respectful plumber Ive ever met he was very knowledgeable and knew just by my description what my problem was.
