    What a great name for a plumbing company. They really are superior. Dylan and Dakota did excellent work at my house in Mandarin. They showed up on time and explained every step of their process in detail. They have the highest standards and told me no job is complete until the end result meets the highest standards. That was incredibly refreshing. Theyre honest, transparent, and have really competitive pricing. They gave me a great estimate on a water softener as well (which I accepted), and Im having them come back out to install the water softener. Dakota, Dylan, and the entire Superior Plumbing & Pipelining team deserve my highest recommendation.

    Superior Plumbing did a total replumb on our house, which we found had been leaking 200 gal/hr! The work went as smooth as Spencer, the owner, assured us.     True professional service. Cody and Larry and his team are great to work with and the liner they installed in our main sewer drain has a 50 guarantee. They got us up and running in just a few days without having to break the concrete slab. At the end of each work day we were able to use our water. For me this is much more cost effective and less invasive that replacing the drain. Call Superior Plumbing for the win!

    Cody was straightforward and helpful in every step. Assessed the problem, gave honest feedback on solutions and reasonable pricing. Also, Superior supplied the best videos and information across the other vendors we shopped. Others felt like high pressure sales mattered most (and I cannot stress that enough).The job crew was Larry, Travis and Jack. From the moment they entered our home and detected a broken/separated drain line until the final remodel was complete, Cody and his crew were excellent.     I had a leaky shower head that another company said they needed to cut a hole in my wall to fix it. I called Superior Plumbing, and the next day came out to my place. Spencer looked at the problem and moved appointments around just to have a crew come out and fix the problem that day. They are very professional and very clean.     On my neighbor’s recommendation, I hired Superior Plumbing to re-line my 52-year old galvanized steel sewage pipes running underneath my home’s concrete slab and tiled floors. I dealt with Cody as my sales guy and project manager. His team, headed by Larry, were prompt, professional , and proficient. I had a few problem areas show up during the process, and these guys remained cool, calm, and flexible in handling everything. Most of the work was done from the roof, in the front yard, and in the bathrooms. However, they wound up having to remove floor tiles and cut through concrete to dig out my pipes in three areas. At the end of the day, no matter how many side issues cropped up, the team left me with at least one bathroom and the use of my kitchen. I was very impressed. In other hands, I would have been totally freaked out, but I trusted Superior Plumbing to ensure I was able to function with minimal inconvenience each day. They saw the project through to the very end, including bringing in specialists as needed. Saved me tens of thousands from the Roto Rooter and other estimates! Impressive. Efficient. Professional to the max. Highly recommend .

    Superior Plumbing is one of the best companies we have ever hired!!! Cody Marxmiller of Superior Plumbing came out to give us an estimate for a big job. He was able to send Larry and Travis over to camera our lines. They had good news for us after a previous company had told us a different and alarming story. Both Travis and Larry were so polite, knowledgeable, kind, reassuring, and had a plan to formulate with Cody to best address our plumbing problem. Cody worked up a fair estimate for lining our cast iron pipes. The work included a video inspection of the pipes before the lining, and another video after the installation of the CIPP lining. During the work, there was very little intrusion into our home. Almost all of the work was done from the outside of our home by four wonderful men: Larry, Travis, Dylan, and Jack. These four men worked extremely hard and finished our big job in three full days. They carried out their own garbage and left no sign of being here except for that our pipes are now lined and warrantied (transferable) for 50 years. To have this peace of mind is invaluable.     Cody responded promptly to my email about pricing a CIP pipe lining for a cast iron sanitary, scheduled an inspection, and wrote a detailed estimate. Work started on schedule with a knowledgeable Superintendent named Eric. Finished up right on time with a nice TV inspection of the line after it was done. Superior did everything I wanted done and didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need. Even handled an excellent change order for a new utility sink. Very happy with the work and the crew, will be recommending to everyone I know. Don’t waste your time getting price gouged elsewhere.

    So I moved into my house in 2019. I knew the house had a lot of plumbing issues when I moved in I thought we got it all fixed before we moved in but I didn’t know about the drain pipes. These were old cast iron drain pipes that I thought were really bad when I hired superior plumbing but it was a lot worse than what I originally thought. The crew that did most of the work was Chris, Shawn and Malachi and then Eric and his crew finished up. Cody is in charge and everyone was awesome to work with they went the extra mile in making sure my disaster drain pipes were all fixed, and the price was a lot lower than other estimates that came in. I highly recommend them to anyone who has cast iron drain pipes and it’s a lot less hassle than having someone open your slab and replace the pipes. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

    I purchased my home six years ago, and everything in it had been redone except for the plumbing. I have no crawl space and only a sliver of an attic so Im pretty certain the investor who flipped it avoided doing the plumbing because it was such a complex job.Since my purchase Ive spent years putting a bandaid on things whenever an issue would arise. I had no water pressure, had experienced several leaks including a recent one apparently in the slab and even discovered that hot water has been dumping into my toilet tank all of these years. I finally had enough, and called Superior.Spencer and his crew are so far above and beyond the industry standard of what you typically experience in the construction industry these days where oftentimes people show up late if they even show up at all, and you never know the quality of work youll get. These are truly the guys whos number youll want to keep handy for whenever you have an issue, they will assess the situation, come up with a game plan, work tirelessly to make sure the job is done right, and do things at a fair and reasonable price.My whole house was replumbed and the crew who showed up was extremely hard working, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. They answered my questions, addressed my concerns and left my home clean which was challenging considering the weather we were having.     My house was previously owned by a slum lord and the sewer/drain line was completely illegal and non functional, with zero fall (it actually looked like a roller coaster) and missing pipe cement at joints. I looked specifically for a small family owned company and Superior Plumbing stepped up. Cody sent Joe on a Saturday to investigate, and Joe and his helper Lester arrived first thing Monday. I went under the house after and it’s like night and day…professional work, perfect fall, and no more backups. Superior is def a legit company. Highly recommend them. I’ll be getting them back here soon to re-line some cast iron and install my ice maker line.

    Rate Us *: 5 StarsReview Us *: Our cast-iron pipes in our 60-year-old house began to cause us serious plumbing issues a few weeks ago. We called Roto Rooter, who came out and said they could line our old pipes, but first we needed a procedure to clear out the lines so they could do the work. The procedure was 2,500 dollars. Once they finished the procedure, and charged us, RR determined our pipes were in too bad a condition and they couldnt line them, and that theyd have to completely tear up our floors in our house and install brand new pipes in the whole house. With the initial fees RR charged us for unclogging our drains, the total came up to over 3,000 dollars for the work theyd done so far, and nothing had been solved. My wife and I were devastated, as we are both older and not wealthy. We prepared for the worst and began planning to move somewhere while our house was being torn up.My wife had seen a yard sign for Superior Plumbing at a house in our neighborhood, so I gave Superior a call and explained our issues to them. One of the company owners assured me that Superior would very likely be able to help us with alternatives other than tearing our house up for new pipes. The very next morning, Cody from Superior Plumbing came to our house, ran the camera through our old iron pipes, and then gave us the GREAT NEWS that Superior could indeed line our pipes and there was no need to tear up our house. My wife and I were so relieved, and our depression immediately lifted! Cody sent us a proposal for the price of the work, and it was very reasonable. We agreed to let Superior do the work. Within a couple days, the Superior crew showed up at our house and began the work. It was a big job. It only took three days to complete the lining of our pipes. The crew was very respectful of our home. The crew foreman was Eric, and he was so easy to work with, explaining each step of the process to me and informing me of issues that came up as the work progressed. As things turned out, each issue had a solution that Superior could solve, and they never added any additional charges to the initial estimate, although the job required them to do more work than initially planned. How often does that happen these days? I give this company and all workers involved the highest recommendation possible. Now we have plumbing that will last us the rest of our lives. It is such a relief. We are so thankful to Superior Plumbing.If youve been given bad news about your pipes under your house and if youve been told your house would have to be torn up to repipe your home, GIVE SUPERIOR A CALL! They will probably have good news for you, like they did for us. They are pipe lining specialists and tackle tough jobs that other plumbing companies cant handle. THANK YOU SUPERIOR PLUMBING.     We have had trouble with three different sinks not draining properly or at all, since moving into our home eight+ years ago. We thought we were going to need to replumb our older home, as two other plumbing companies had previously attempted to correct the problem with zero results. However, Cody provided an estimate for descaling/cleaning our pipes instead. He felt this would solve our plumbing problems. I have to admit that my husband and I werent completely convinced but we decided it was worth a shot. Larry and crew (Dylan, Jack, Travis) came out a few days later and these guys worked and worked until they resolved our issues. I am so impressed.     I contacted superior plumbing to reline my sewer pipes and replumb my bathroom and pipe to my septic tank. Cody, the project manager, anwered all of my questions and explained the process. The crew was very polite and helpful. My mom stayed with the crew while i had to work. She said they were the best contractors she ever worked with. I would definitely work with Cody and Superior again. If youre thinking about pipe relinning, they will definitely save you time and money. The cost was about half of what I was quoted to replumb my sewer lines by other companies in jax.

    I had less than a month to move my business before my lease was up and needed to be into my new space working. I contacted Superior Plumbing and had someone come to my space same day to check it out and had a quote the very next day. Even started that next Monday. They have great customer service and their work was just as awesome. I appreciate everything that they did.You would not be sorry that you chose them to do any of your plumbing needs!

    Had a plumbing emergency. They sent Preston and Casson out the same day. They did a wonderful job. Were very knowledgeable and professional. If I need a plumber again, I will definitely call Superior and ask for Preston and Casson again.
