This was our first time using Snyder. We had a few concerns about our homes electrical system. Travis was dispatched out to our home and he did an outstanding job from beginning to end. He showed up when he said he was going to. He was prepared when he got here and answered all of our concerns after checking and verifying the safety of our homes electrical system. He provided additional insight which we always appreciate. He was friendly, personable, and relatable. I wouldnt think twice of calling anyone but Snyder again and definitely would ask for Travis!

John was on time. He tested everything and fixed what needed to be fixed. My kitchen light needed a starter and led bulbs which brightened up the kitchen so much. Vinnie and Vinnie Falcone did a fantastic and job on my plumbing. No BS either, got the straight answer and felt comfortable with making the decision for a full plumbing replacement to include a water heater and water softener. He did an amazing job, not only fixing the issue but also providing a thorough overview of what’s involved in replacing my control panel. On top of his expertise, he was incredibly personable and professional—an all-around nice guy who made me feel completely at ease. Cant thank Snyder enough!! The Technician came out (100.00) did a trouble shoot with my system and determined that the controller on my motor was shot.... He said he had one on his truck for 1,000.00 I said nah. I purchased the part for 275.00 put it on the motor and my AC unit runs like a champ (talk about mark-up). I was interested in replacing the unit Snyder gave me an estimate for 12K for 1.5 TON. all I can say is OUCH!!! I had the main house unit replaced 2 months ago with a higher end unit, and it was a 3 TON for that much.... I know its getting close to Christmas... but Daaaang... anyway, got it done!!! thanks Snyder!!!

This is additional from work done by Snyder on August 6, 2024. First, I’m thankful Snyder gave an immediate response after contacting them about my water heater yesterday. They sent a plumbing expert, Chris, to evaluate it and its condition was worse than expected. Chris was extremely thorough and knowledgeable about the condition and risks of not replacing this water heater. It was also 22 years in service. I thought I would have to wait a few days but Chris said it could be done today. Yep! I signed the bottom line with no regrets. Chris left for a bit and came back to the house with the new water heater and it took around two hours to get the job completed, with no setbacks. Chris cares about the customer and in watching him, he’s very thorough on each step in the project. Our conversations were great and I was very happy with the job when it was completed. Snyder is blessed to have this excellent plumber on their team.I’ll join the many who give five star reviews to Snyder ACPE. Having an entire system replacement, new duct work (along with new installation to come, all four of my engagements with Snyder representatives and technicians have been outstanding thus far. The team that worked on my house included the team leader Curtis, followed by Joe, Dominic and Kyle. They got the entire job to which they were assigned (removing and replacing the air intake and main HVAC system, along with tearing out and installing the duct work in the attic) completed same-day. We only had one glitch during the day that set things back a little but it was no fault of the team. Still have the installation to be installed but thus far it’s been a very good experience to work with Snyder. Along with Curtis and his crew, I do want to mention Forrest and Amy who both did initial inspections and helped plan the operation to fix the system. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. It was great to engage with service reps explain things clearly to you and listen closely to your questions - and the tech installers didn’t seem to mind being bugged in the middle of their work - just don’t do that too often! It was a good day and so far all systems running soundly and smoothly!I’m adding to a job two days later from Devin and Justin. Their work on the insulation and concern and respect for me as a customer was outstanding. I appreciate that they made me aware of their concerns in my attic- things that may need attention down the road. Appreciate all their support and effort.

We called Snyder to come out and give us an estimate on our broken pipe line in our 1946 home. Ronald came out within the time they told us. I called kind of late in the day around 2:30. He got here around 3:30. He was very knowledgeable and immediately got to work climbing under our house. He found the problem that the house flippers did not do right. We bought this house in 2016 and just a few weeks after we moved in our toilets backed up. It was a mess. They supposedly fixed it since their work was still under warranty. They just patched it up and now we have this problem. We appreciate Ronalds honesty explaining what he could do. Its a lot of work. They will be out next week to fix it the right way. I will be giving an update. Thank you, Ronald 😊 Ronald and his team came yesterday Wednesday May 29th At 8 oclock and worked tirelessly in the heat. They immediately started cutting the concrete, went under the house and started working. Then digging out the drain line. Everything they did was professional. They worked constantly until late evening, cleaned up and returned Thursday the 30th of May at 8 and got to work finishing up the job until late evening. It was a lot of work in the heat. Shawn was wonderful. Hes kind and courteous. Hes professional and doesnt mind taking you every step of the way with him. He answers questions with ease and you dont feel like youre bothering him. He handles everything like a Boss and he checks on you after to make sure everything is to your liking and there are no issues. Would definitely recommend Shawn as your plumbing needs. We had four days of plumbing work, redoing the entire house and outside pump and bladder tank . He deserves a huge raise.

Hunter was great! Very professional and knowledgeable. His work even impressed our facilities manager, who is notoriously hard to impress. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the price. There was definitely some sticker shock, but the work was impressive. We didnt have to send our janitorial staff in after the work was completed because he left the space immaculate. We have very clean restrooms so him leaving it better than how he found it was outstanding!

Also I like the fact that once the install was completed they bring in an electrician to check for possible issues in the breaker box. Dominick beyond exceeded expectations! He was professional, efficient and great at communicating what was needed and what was happening. He completely replaced my breaker box and threw a 50 amp line to my backyard. He stood within his projected timeframe. My only complaint would be he works too hard and I don’t think I even saw him blink or take a break. He thoroughly explained what everything was in a way I could understand without feeling dumb. He even cleaned up after himself, I expected dust or residue left because it was a large job and there was no clean up. I would not only recommend Snyder I would enthusiastically recommend him.

Lindsey E is the best technician, hands down!! She is polite when she comes to the door and puts the little booties on when she comes in. She explains what she is going to do and pulls me in to show what she is looking at if there is an issue. She always leaves me replacement filters (the last guys didnt leave any at all) and goes over the maintenance that was done. She made some suggestions/estimates on items I may need but wasnt forceful at all and let me think about it and get back to her. You can tell that she likes her job and takes pride in it. She is very thorough with her job and takes it seriously. She is easy to talk to and I feel like I can ask questions, without feeling like I am being judged. I 100% want Lindsey to be my main technician all the time, she is awesome!

My house is 40 years old, and I had a serious plumbing issue a month ago, tree roots had entered into the bathtub and stool, which occurred on a Friday. Since it was on a Friday, prior to the weekend, I contacted a couple of other companies in case one couldnt get to me before Monday, but after I explained the condition, it was Snyder Plumbing who readily availed themselves to my urgent need. Yes, they were busy too. The service tech was Dakota, a very nice soft spoken individual, professional conduct, knowledgeable, good listener, and answered all of my questions/carefully explained every detail of of the work needed to be performed. In addition, he didnt mind if I observed as he worked, which I did. I was very pleased with the outcome, and certainly do plan to use Snyder for any future plumbing issues and certainly would request Dakota as the service technician.

While Snyder is the more expensive option compared to other companies, the 0% interest and urgency to get the work done really sold it for me. Im really excited to have them back next week and look forward to seeing their quality of work and repairs!Update: I received repairs on my entire duct work system in less than 3 hours. There were 4 gentleman that came to do the work and they were very professional, speedy, and efficient. The only downside to getting work done this time of year is how prevalent mosquito activity is, and about 3-4 dozen got in the house from the door being propped open. This isn’t a fault on the crew, but more of a warning to others getting similar work done in mid-September! Be prepared to deal with the critters that get inside while work is being done. I so appreciate how quick they were and that my home never went over 75 degrees. I was expecting the house to get hot and the unit to be off. I was very pleased with my comfortability while they worked. Excellent job Snyder!

This is the first time I used their service (electrical). I was very pleased and impressed. The day for the electrician to arrive, I received a text message, that included a picture of the electrician, to advise me that he was in his way. About 20 minutes later, I received a telephone call from the electrician advising the approximate time if his arrival to my home. When he arrived, he covered his shoes so he would not soil my carpet. The electrician had a very good attitude, identified my problem and clearly explained to me what needed to be done. Clearly explained all the other services the company provides. I just had my Electrical Panel replaced in my home. From the time that I inquired about an estimate to the installation completion was about a week. Unbelievable! Very professional, very knowledgeable, Great quality. Went from a 16 breaker panel to 40 breaker panel with surge protection and 50A generator hookup with lockout switch. Dustin showed up when promised on Tuesday and was very knowledgeable answering all my questions during the estimate and Mikey was there on Friday for the install. Our AC/Heat Pump recently failed on a very warm Wednesday afternoon. We called Snyder (we have a service agreement with them), a service call was scheduled for Thursday a.m. On Thursday, it was determined a new unit was warranted.Bright and early Friday a.m., Gentorris and J arrived at our home. They arrived slightly early (a great thing when one is waiting for air conditioning on a hot day!), and went straight to work. They were extremely pleasant, hard-working and meticulous. They checked in with us several times to understand our preferences, and worked hard to ensure we were happy. My wife and I wanted to take a moment to thank Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Electric for the amazing work on our three bathrooms. The shower in our master bathroom experienced a pan failure which resulted in a leak. Our initial plan was to have the shower repaired as we couldn’t use it. Amos Riley visited our home to assess the scope of the project and provided an initial estimate which we felt was fair and competitive compared to other local businesses. We signed the letter of intent, and two weeks later, Amos and his team arrived on-time as promised.We decided early in the demolition process to do a complete revamp of all three bathrooms starting by expanding the overall footprint of the master shower, converting the remaining two bathrooms into walk-in showers, and updating the vanities and toilets. As the project progressed, Amos and his team identified issues that had been plaguing our bathrooms since our home’s construction in 2006. Plumbing lines were moved, rotted studs from the initial leak were replaced, lighting and electrical were updated, and a new vision of our bathrooms were slowly coming together.As each bathroom came together, Amos referred the flooring and tile work to Rafael Rocha; owner of Rocha Finish Flooring Inc. A waterfall effect was precisely implemented in the master shower making it a focal point that stands out. The shower niches that Amos recommended, along with the penny mosaic tile that Rafael installed, provides a beautiful accent in all three showers. Rafael also installed flooring in all bathrooms, as well as our first floor, and later came back out to install a backsplash above all three bathroom vanities.The final piece to the remodel were showers glass doors which was referred to A&M Hydroseal of Jacksonville. Each door was custom fitted and installed. Overall the frameless glass doors and hardware have premium finish which adds to the character to our bathrooms.What started as bathroom repair turned into a full blown remodel. We were very fortunate to have Amos and the Snyder Team to lead this project as we now have a full spa in our home. The team was very attentive to our questions, provided immediate feedback, and ensured resources were lined up through each phase of the project. We would recommend Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Electric for any repairs and remodels.
