From the first call made by me to the call center of Roto Rooter at 8:00 pm on a Thursday night to paying the final bill all within 24 hours, my experience was PERFECT! I felt valued and was made to feel a priority from beginning to end! Dallas my tech was outstanding from knowledge, efficiency, speed, explaining step by step the progression of my job never mind his technical experience. The only negative is the speed with which the clean up and restoration team is evidencing. Still waiting for a much needed follow up from them😫

Zachary was a true professional! He was courteous, knowledgeable, and most importantly, he gave me peace of mind! As a single woman, I have had horrible experiences with technicians attempting to inflate repair costs and take advantage of my lack of experience pertaining to home repairs. Zachary did not use a lot of jargon and he explained both the problem and the repairs needed in a clear, concise manner that was easy for me to understand. The cost for the repairs was reasonable and actually less than I expected. I will definitely refer friends and family to use Roto-Rooter.

Was very pleased with the quick service. Brendan was able to come out within 30 minutes on a Sunday night to help my tenant with a leak from the water heater. We knew it would not be able to be replaced that night but he was able to drain it and set it up enough so we wouldn’t incur more damage. He then advised exactly what we would need to do the following day and what time he would be there. He completed the job quickly and without finding any further issues. I was able to schedule online and had a call to confirm in just a few minutes. We can schedule late if need be so we would not have to take off from work. They never disappoint.

Fast and friendly service. They were able to come out quickly and Zachary explained what was going on with the plumbing in my home and yard. I thought we had a leak but didn’t thankfully, and he explained why what was happening was happening. He also told me what to look out for that would be cause for concern. Now I know what to look out for if I ever suspect a leak again. We will absolutely be using this company again should the need arise. You should use them too!

Tristen was fantastic. He came the night before Thanksgiving and stayed for over an hour. We were previously told we had a blockage that would have to be fixed by getting the septic tank fully pumped out, but he stayed and pulled out all the debris that we had until the problem was solved. He saved us hundreds of dollars and was extremely professional.

This is the second time we’ve used Roto Rooter in a two year time frame. They responded to our call for help within hours and rapidly accessed and identified the issue without having to enter our home or disassemble any toilets. Our technician, Zachary resolved the issue within minutes and got us back in service. Zachary allowed me to watch the camera going through the pipes which was cool. We discussed prevention methods and ways to check and correct issues. Our technicians were super cool and I highly recommend using them. Although, the cost was a little much, it was well worth it for emergency response, tips, and a 6 month guarantee. And for answering my wife’s questions to her liking, you made a friend and she knows your name now, Zachary. Lol

Jose cant to our home last evening after a huge water leak/toilet issue and he was awesome. i am a nurse and had worked all weekend and to come home at 8pm to the mess that was here was overwhelming to say the least .. Jose communicated with us on the way to our house to update on time of arrival and getting details about the issue we were having.. he was professional, funny (which lowered our stress level immensely) and so respectful of our home , not wanting to create extra mess, making sure what doors to come in, lol ..even though I told him with the mess that we had there was absolutely nothing he could do to make it any worse. He went over pricing and plans and when he saw, we were getting a little anxious he immediately stopped and reassured us, and we felt very comfortable . He took extra time to go over what would happen afterwards and show us the bill and all of that as well. I hope your company knows what a wonderful employee you have in him!!
