My extremely old water heater finally stopped working so I made about 10 calls to business in my area asking about estimates and availability. Roto-Rooter was the only company that was able to get someone out that day and the new water heater was installed in about 3 hours. Jonny was so quick and thorough! He was incredibly nice; and if you can ask for him, I would highly recommend. I had some issues with disconnecting and re-connecting my water hoses for my washer. He made sure there were no leaks, and resolved the issue efficiently!

Called Roto-Rooter to investigate a grey water issue coming out of all faucets in the house. I suspected it was a water heater issue since I havent had it serviced since I moved into the house in early 2002. Travis and Sam showed up to investigate what was going on. They checked on the property and found a puddle in between mine and the neighbors house. After checking thr water meter, Travis said the puddle wasnt coming from my property...if theres a leak there, chances are good its coming from the neighbors house. Travis suggested the water softener was likely the cause of the discolored water...likely needs servicing or replacing. While they were here though, I had them flush the water heater anyway. It had a bunch of sediment in the bottom that did flush out. Travis recommended I have the water heater replaced at some point since it was over 20 years old. All on all, great service and would call for service again. I took a business card to refer my neighbor in case she needs it. Thanks guys!

He took the time to show me how he was clearing the main line drainage where it went from no water coming thru due to blockage to the black water coming thru when the snake was run thru to the clear water running thru the pipe after all the blockage was gone. He was very thorough in explaining the process. Forgot to mention he showed up about 1 hour after I put in the call for service. Overall, my first experience using Roto-Rooter was great! The day after returning from vacation, I went to take a shower and it immediately started backing up. After trying my hand at clearing the clogged line myself. I called Roto-Rooter. With exception of the cost of the service, the entire experience was 5 stars. But when you can’t flush your toilet or use your shower on a Sunday… what are you going to do?

Had another company come out previously about 3 weeks before and the men didnt listen and didnt fix the problem, he wouldnt even take the time to find our clean out, pulled the wrong toliets, left his black rubber gloves on our brand new metal roof. This company charged by the hour and then charged us for the guy pulling the wrong toliets. Called Roto-Rooter on a Saturday morning and they had someone out by 10Am. The gentleman was extremely nice, he listened to everything we said and went above and beyond. Cleared our clog then sent another tech out several hours later and sent a camera up into the pipes to make sure the lines were clear. All included in the price ( which was by the job) and half the price if the other company; ON A SATURDAY. Top notch. Thank you!

Travis was great to deal with and made the circumstances much easier to deal with based on his attitude and professionalism. I would recommend him highly.The dispatch messed up and sent someone to an address that’s about 3 hours from us after I’d already been waiting a couple hours for someone. The bigger problem is that I had to move my staff out of the office because sewer was backing up into the office and I could not attend to my customers since I was waiting for the plumber to show up.However, when it was realized that this happened they quickly and professionally got Travis to our office to help resolve our issues.
