Julian was fantastic!!!!! We had our hot water supply pipe break on a late Saturday afternoon. Called to 8 different companies and finally we got a hold of Rooter Express of Jax, Julian answered right away and was at our house in half an hour. He had our broken pipe replaced and back up on in just over an hour and the price was good and the quality was second to none! I cant say enough good things about Julian and his company! We will definitely be keeping Rooter Express of Jax number for our plumbing needs. Thank you, Mr. Julian! -

Called Julian with Rooter Express of Jax around 5am with a backed up toilet that would not plunge. He answered promptly and arrived at 7am. His knowledge with snaking the line all the way to the outside clean out sewer line did the trick . Had to remove toilet and run snake through. The guy knows what he is doing and was fair and reasonable for what he charges. Highly recommend -

He proceeded to complete the job professionally and to my satisfaction. He is my go-to plumber. Highly recommended.Requested plumber from Angis on a Saturday evening for sink at kitchen slowly draining. He called Sat afternoon/evening, asked if he needed to come out immediately. We set an appointment for Monday morning. He showed up 15 min early, professional and polite. Examined the problem, worked through several soluti9ns until the grease clog was gone. On time and knew what was needed, charged a reasonable price; what else could you ask for in a tradesman. HIGHLY recommended. -

Great service and positive attitude. Julian helped me out of some real jams--went up on my roof in a downpour to help me with an urgent problem, and he did not even complain about getting drenched. Rooter Express was there for me when the big guys were either too pricey or unavailable. My only regret was not calling him sooner. If I ever need a plumber again, this is the only business I will call. -

One of the most best plumber I ever dealt with in my life. I’ve been a home owner for over 20 years and never in my life how I experience someone was so kind and so honest before. So I had an emergency Friday night. I had a severe leak in my front yard that I had nobody to come out and help me.
