    Chris came to my home today. He did an amazing job. Very polite and diligent.. He knows what hes doing. I would use him again. He was able to tell me what to do with out spending money. I used this company in February and they also gave us excellent service. In February I spoke to the office manager and she was also a woman that I would recommend for any business.

    Highly recommend this business for your septic needs. I have used their services 4 times now in the last 12 years. This is a family business with excellent customer service. The lady who answers the phones is very professional and knowledgeable. Scheduling has always been a breeze. I asked for a call approx an hour before the time frame given for my appointment. I received that call as was able to make it back to my home in time. I have had 2 gentleman come to service our septic tank. Ray Jr. and Mike. They were both so professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. My parents just purchased a home on the same street so it was a no brainer to utilize them for their home. Ray Jr. came to both of our homes and was answered all my questions since both tanks were very different. I highly encourage you to use Rays Septic Service.

    I have been experiencing issues with my drains since Spring. I contacted Anderson Plumbing who sent out a crew that told me my septic is good and poked a hole in the slime that allows the water to flow out of my house to the septic. The hole was approximately the size of a fifty-cent piece, they said the water flowing out would clear the drain and I should be good. I paid them and tipped them. Long story short, I continued to have problems that gradually became worst until it was taking 2 days for the water to drain and black stuff backing up into my tubs and shower. Finally, I called Rays Septic. In the same time it took for Anderson Plumbing to do nothing, they drained my septic and cleared the line. Before they left, they had me turn on all of the hot water in the house and let it run for a while, the water ran freely and clearly. I am beyond satisfied with the service I received today. If you are experiencing problems call Rays Septic first. They are responsible and professional, not to mention they are competitively priced! THANK YOU VERY MUCH! 😍

    I’ve used Ray’s Septic two times now and both times were great experiences. The first time they got me on the schedule very fast and they arrived at my home to pump the next day! The second most recent time I started renting my house out and needed it to be pumped and looked at to diagnose any repairs that may be needed. Ray’s septic team was very helpful in explaining the system and helped me understand how to prevent repairs in the future! I highly recommend this business great team to hire for services!

    The only septic service anyone should use in this county. Great company and staff. Just having them come out, pumped everything clean, checked every port and will give you so much knowledge on your system that you didn’t know, but need to know. Great service!!

    This was the first time we used rays. We just needed our system pumped out,Very professional and informative. We learned a lot about septic systems! We never had one before so we were at a loss of where it was even located. Our tech was awesome and found it with no problem. He made the whole process easy the clean up was spotless you can’t tell where he even had to dig. I highly recommend Rays septic for all your water problems and will definitely use them again.

    Do not listen to the one star reviews!! This place was awesome! Mike came out to my home first thing this morning, and he was very professional, not to mention very respectful! He explained how everything worked, and answered every question I had. He did an outstanding job and quickly! Great company to work with by far! Definitely will be recommending their services to others. Plus spend your hard earned money with the local businesses. I made to right choice and will be using them again if needed.

    Just had Rays come out and pump our tank. Best experience with a septic company. Excellent over the phone. Paul was extremely knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. It took about 30 to 45 minutes and when he left he fixed the grass, you wouldnt even know anything was done. Great company, highly recommend.

    Even though Rays had two of their three trucks getting repairs, they still added me on at the end of the same day I called. I didnt ask it of them, but they did it anyway. As my toilets were out of order, I was sure thankful! Id also already gotten answers to two separate emails during a holiday weekend. I sure wasnt expecting that!     Absolutely painless. The service was on time with a courtesy phone call 30 minutes out. The employee was extremely courteous and willing to explain every step as he worked. Upon completion, which was less than 45 minutes, my yard looked so good I had to show my wife the receipt to prove they had been there. Rays does it quick, and they do it right. Strongly recommend for your septic service needs

    Called for service to have my septic serviced due to back up and they were booked for today but they still fit me in the same day and called me ahead of time to let me know they were on their way! The person that completed the job I believe his name is Paul, awesome and well informed worker!!He informed me of everything he was doing, what to look for and tips and tricks to care for our septic.Great customer service, hard worker and well informed. We will be sticking with Rays from now on and recommending them to our family and friends.

    Called Ray’s this morning due to a septic tank that desperately needed pumping. Service was very friendly and accommodating.     Awesome customer service from start to finish. I was having issues with my septic system, and contacted Rays for advice. They took the time over the phone to make sure I check all the basics that I could do myself, and after that I ended up needing a service call. Rays did everything they said they would and then some. I was told they would call the day prior to our appointment to confirm the appointment (Which they did) Rays said they would give a courtesy call when they were 30 minutes out (which they did) When they arrived at my house (on time) Paul was very professional, he listen to my concerns as well as the problems we had been having and was able to figure out the problem right away. What I like about this service was how informative Paul was through the process. He did his job while the explaining the whole process to us in a way we could understand. So our problem was fixed, we learned a lot from Paul, had great communication from the folks at the office... I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

    I called in the morning and let them know that the sewer was backing up and they had someone out in the afternoon. The guy that came found the septic tank in a matter of minutes and had holes dug. When he left we was looking at where he dug and he was so good that you cannot even tell. And to add the price was great. I recommend Ray’s for all septic services.

    Awesome people. Had the owners son come out and he did amazing work. Each piece of grass was taken out above the tank and placed exactly back into place to ensure my grass looked as good as before they serviced the tank. Awesome people and great service. 👍

    We had an emergency with, well just say, some nasty coming up in the yard... I reached a human on first call, 3rd ring. It has been pouring rain for nearly 2 days and yet they still arrived within at least an hour or less. With an at least 30 min. drive from the office to our home. They got right on the problem and fixed it in about 30 min.. I noticed hard work, integrity and professionalism within that short amount of time that we were doing business with them Oh, and the bill was reasonable! I know its hard to find good plumbers so these guys come highly recommended by us! Thanks Rays!

    Called five different places. No one was available to come out to find out why my downstairs toilet was flooding my downstairs floor. Ray’s came out within a couple of hours.     They were fast to get out here and actually completed the job that a similarly named company half assed. I just wish I had called them originally so I wouldnt have paid unnecessary plumbing fees and I wouldnt have had to rip my deck apart to get to my distribution box....unnecessarily.     Exceptional service and professionalism. I had dug up lid evening before and flung the dirt everywhere trying to see what was wrong. Called the next morning and they came out within 2 hours, serviced septic system and cleaned up my mess even putting sod side up which Im guessing was a nightmare since I made a mess. Hard to find service that good now a day but they definitely impressed me.

    Rays a great guy. Hes honest, friendly, and very knowledgeable in this field. He has come to my rescue a few times when my septic alarm was going off for no apparent reason. Ray not only figured it out, but ordered the parts needed for the repair. He installed them as soon as they arrived. Ray also helped our daughter with the septic licensing at her rental property. Shed already been scammed for $500 when Ray did what was needed, submitted the paperwork, and did it for an honest price. Thanks Ray!

    Outstanding service. We had septic tank issues and called Rays at 7:00 am and the receptionist was super friendly and professional. Dispatched the driver and he called and showed up within an hour. Super professional and friendly driver. Unclogged and pumped out our tank in a flash. Didn’t tear up our yard like others have in the past. Driver saw my Hurricanes shirt and told me about his family member who also is a Canes fan. Had a fun conversation about hockey. We highly recommend this company and will be using them from now on!

    I do not remember the guys names that came out today but one of them was Rays son and both of them were fantastic!!!! Very friendly and answered all of my questions.     Our septic tank needed to be pumped because it was just backed up. I called Rays on a Sunday and left a message to call me back. First thing Monday morning they called me and scheduled an appointment to come out later in the morning. I have to say I have used a few septic companies over the years and Rays is by and far the BEST. The gentleman that was driving the truck was really nice. I cant say enough good things about this company!! Highly recommend.

I called around and based on the wonderful woman in the office of Rays, I booked an appointment. Not only did they come out the same day I called, but the technician Paul was wonderful!! Paul was patient, took the time to answer all my questions and explain how it all works. Paul even had a cookie for my dog!! Rays wasnt the cheapest, but the level of service is worth it!! Dont call anyone else...youll be glad you didnt!!
