He also noticed a completely separate issue that could have caused Carbon Monoxide poisoning and repaired that as well. He was prompt, professional, friendly and loved our puppy. He patiently explained the details of his findings and delved into the likely cause of the failure. Top notched, A+++ service.Eddie replaced our broken water heater. He was able to fit us in the same day and did a great job. Premier Plumbing is our go to plumber for all our plumbing needs. We’ve never had a bad experience. Wouldnt it be nice to have a plumber in the family? Well you can...call the Dempsey brothers, Beau and Eddie, and soon enough they will make you feel like part of their family. We have called on them for years to help us when plumbing needs arise. Theyve installed a vanity and numerous faucets and chased away two moaning pipes to make life here a bit quieter. Most recently, we had a water softener installed and Eddie was measuring with a tape measure the distance between the brackets because that is just how detail oriented he is. I appreciate that. They are the only plumbers we call and I highly suggest that you give them a try! Thank you Premier Plumbing!

Yesterday I called Premier Plumbing after we received an astronomical quote from another big-name company here in jacksonville. I figured it was in our best interest to get a second opinion so I forwarded all the info that I had with photographs over to cindy. She was on top of it! She was able to get some of the technicians to look the issue but still decided we best to get actual eyes on the job. I let them know I would discuss it with my spouse and call them back. A little bit later I received a call from the owner of premiere, after he personally looked at the obnoxious quote and said he could get it done for a fraction and the other place was overcharging to Simply make money. And boy was he right. They had David out within 2 hours from the phone call and he fixed it and another hour and 45 minutes. David did a great job, he explained everything. He was extremely professional and courteous and quick! Thank you to Premier plumbing and your team. You guys really saved these new homeowners some money. We will recommend you guys to everyone! They literally saved us over $1,000 at minimum.

I need y’all to hear me on something important. This man Eddie not only hooked me up with EXCEPTIONAL service, but he ALSO prayed and used scripture verses to calm my anxious heart. He was EXTREMELY cost conscious and did everything to keep my cost down, he cleaned up every little thing, helped me with a couple other things that only took him a little extra time but were big frustrations I’ve dealt with for years, filled in the holes that I made, was quick, and kept me appraised of every single thing. Jesse was amazing and helped her fix the faucet in the kitchen which was spraying and it only took like ten minutes and the shower took like 5 minutes to fix and now everything is working perfectly! He even told us how to help prevent mold from water damage which was really helpful since we have a six month old baby! He was super friendly and helpful and would definitely recommend him and the company! Everything works great!

Premier was recommended to me by my neighbors. I was not disappointed. I chose them to install a hybrid water heater that is not readily available in local supply houses. They handled the factory order, shipping, and installation and met the schedule they promised.I cannot say enough about the installation team. They worked out all the details and custom fit the unit to my unique location. I am totally satisfied with their work. The installation is neat and the work area was left clean. I doubt you can find other plumbers as eager to please as Beau and Eddie.If you are worried about costs, I believe you will get a very competitive price.

I called Premier Plumbing on 8/26 to replace my water heater. The woman on the phone was extremely kind and scheduled me for that day. David Nelson showed up not only on time but early. Mr. Nelson was also friendly, kind and professional. I did have to call Premier back on Tuesday to fix a problem , however, Mr. Nelson showed up the next day and fixed everything and was in and out in 30 minutes. A very professional company . I’ve used them before and everyone I’ve dealt with is professional but also kind and friendly.

We are truly blessed. We had the good fortune of having Gabriella, in one of her first projects with Premier, and Eddie install a new water heater, recirculating pump and water softner in our home. Absolutely the best Ive dealt with in 5 years in the Jacksonville/St. Johns area. They were responsive every step of the way, had the best and most transparent pricing, and performed top-notch work (work performed by Eddie, if I recall correctly) the way you just rarely see down this way with all pipes secured as well as possible.I had a Rheem ProTerra Hybrid 50G water heater installed. While many companies seemed uncertain about how to install a hybrid (reluctantly admitting they werent sure after numerous questioning), Beau and his team at Premier Plumbing were experts at such installations. I could not possibly be happier with the outcome!

My experience with Premier Plumbing was exceptional from start to finish. I have to start with my first call. I have been obsessing about my water for almost a year and a half. I called a few places that quoted astronomical numbers, but after doing a few google searches I found Premier Plumbing. I can’t remember who I talked to, but she was so nice and was able to get the Lead Plumber Eddie to come a few days later to come provide an estimate for a water softener and RO system.Moving on to my interaction with Eddie. This guy is so professional and stands on the products that he installs. He made me feel confident in my decision to use Premier Plumbing. After our first meet, I didn’t have to ponder if I was making the right decision. I felt ready to get this improvement on my home. Eddie installed a water softener for me in addition to a laundry sink. My water softener turned out to be very difficult to install because my newer house was not built pre-plumbed for a softener. Eddie worked really hard for two days to figure out how to get the softener installed. He wouldnt give up even when I told him to Forget it. I can live without a water softener. He was not going to be defeated by my problematic house - lol! I give him a lot of credit for that. Overall, Premier was fairly priced, honest, and did great work. I will definitely call them again in the future.

While taking care of the initial problem he actually identified an additional underground leak and didn’t hesitate to resolve that as well. Bought my house about 7 years ago and come to find out after the fact that many things were a DIY job including the water heater and water softener. These were plumbed incorrectly that caused the water softener to fail and dump the brine into my main water line. Clogging faucets and damaging the water heater.Premier Plumbing to the rescue! Eddie was very knowledgeable and explained all the work he would be doing to fix the issue. Once complete he even took the time to walk through my home and ensure all my fixtures were working and no longer clogged. Because he took the time to test everything and ensure that the brine was no longer impacting my house, he was able to discover that the brine had also clogged my main drain line. He was able to clear this for me prior to leaving to ensure I was all set. I greatly appreciate all the information he left me with me. I would 100% call them again for any plumbing needs.

I was a bit dissatisfied at first due to a scheduling mixup. However, the next day Josh arrived on time and with great energy. I needed to have the faucet in my shower fixed but he earned my trust by doing great work and not pressuring me. He gave me options I didn’t know I had so that I could research & make informed decisions on things that had seemed too daunting to have addressed for years. I then set another appointment to have all of my toilets replaced, garbage disposal removed, a set of shower fixtures replaced-and Josh even quickly resolved a bad odor that was coming from a drain in my laundry closet for years that myself and family had unsuccessfully tried to resolve. Man I was in a bind and called premier plumbing. I was lucky enough to talk to one of the owners, Beau. It was Friday at 1:30 pm and my gas water heater was leaking. Beau had 2 teams out, one to remove the old water heater and cap the gas line, and the other to install a new one. All that was complete by end of day on a FRIDAY! Cold showers all weekend doesn’t fly well at our household. Beau even made a call on my behalf to an electrician to have them install a new plug on a Saturday. No other company would get all that done on Friday afternoon. The install team of Jesse and Doug were prompt, professional and walked me through how to use/troubleshoot the new heater. Will be saving Tyler’s name and Premier Plumbing to my trusted contacts for future use. Can’t find enough good things to say about my recent experience with Premier Plumbing. After getting price gauged on a quote to replace a broken shower valve by another (to remain unnamed) plumbing company, Premier Plumbing was very responsive in providing a much more reasonable quote, and Tyler came out to repair the broken valve. He thoroughly explained the scope of the project and estimated time frame. The work was done exceptionally well, with Tyler even adding a 2x4 piece of wood to brace the new valve to the existing studs to help prevent any future damage to the CPVC pipes attached to the valve. Everything feels very well secured and he even added sealant to the new shower handle, shower head, and tub spout. My kids are excited to have their new shower fixtures in working order. Can’t express enough how pleased I am with the scope of work that was done and the communication along the way. Thankful to have a plumber and company I can trust for any future needs, going forward.
