Thank you P Walter. He was fast and silent. Got my toilet fixed fast. I can’t believe he was able to switch out the broken part in my toilet so quickly and efficiently and the service all together was fast, like less than 24hrs type stuff. I’m so glade a real repair man (P Walter) picked my home to perform the repairs needed to make my bathroom a BathRoom once more.

They worked with me to ensure I had a quality replacement kitchen faucet and even returned at no cost to diagnose a disposal issue that turned out to be very minor. We recently moved into our house and the kitchen sink started draining slowly and eventually stop draining. Informed our home warranty company and they had Northeast Florida Contractors and Maintenance dispatch Anthony to clear out the clogged drain. Anthony came in and he was very pleasant to speak with. He explained the process and also mentioned some products that we can look into. He maintained his work area clean at all times and also did a thorough cleaning of the sink and his work area before he left. Overall we are very satisfied with Northeast Florida Contractors and Maintenance.

It was the fastest hot water repair in the history of hot water. The technician was like a plumbing ninja. Looked at it, he sensed in the force what was wrong with it. Said “Ill be back” in his best Arnold Swartsenager voice. Said he needed tools. 2 minutes later . . . Problem solved. They were early, fast as lightning, courteous, explained the issue, and complimented me on my dog. You cant get better than that. 6 stars for petting the dog.

GREAT service. Highly recommend. We had been having an issue with slow toilet flushing, kitchen sink issues and what brought them out this time was gurgling in the tub. Well Aaron found the culprit. It was a pencil that was probably in our toilet for about 6 months or so. We could not figure out why the toilets kept stopping up. Soooooo happy he found the issue and fixed it. Great company

I highly recommend this business. If you have AHS as your home warranty company refuse all other plumbers/contractors and insist on this company. They have been to my home 2 times for 2 different services and have been responsive, professional and always got the job completed timely. We live in a much older home, lead pipes were replaced inside the house before we moved in, but not from the home to the street. We did not know that at the time, but constantly had to call plumbers for backup issues. About a year ago Northeast diagnosed the underlying problems with special cameras. They fixed the major issues. Every so often we have minor unrelated issues (home flippers dont necessarily do everything well) and Northeast always sends excellent plumbing professionals. No matter which plumber comes for a fix, they are all professional, courteous, kind, and persistent in producing the diagnosis and fix.
