    I recently used Metro rooters services with a septic clean out and was pleased. A few weeks later we had an issue with the septic tank backing up. When I contacted the office David W. scheduled his tech Chansi P. to go back and re-inspect to find out the root of the issue without charging me again. Both guys were very understanding and explaining all that it entails and gave me tips on keeping proper maintenance. Sometimes its how a company acts/treats you when theres a problem that determines their true character. I appreciated it.

    Daniel Brady was amazing! Helped us out so much! We just moved here and they claimed they empty the tank and they did not but a huge thanks to Daniel for helping us out and saving the day!     Junior was so kind and helpful, he took the time to explain everything to us thoroughly. He also did a very good job changing our pump.     Thank God for Metro Rooter and Chansi Pelzer.Chansi came out to pump our septic. I had given him a back story about when Duck Duck Rooter came out. They had told us our tank was obsolete and they would have to tear up our walk way just to get to it. Come to find out, that was all lies. So they actually pumped our neighbors septicšŸ˜­Chansi found access with no problem. Thank goodness we still have honest people. Hes kind and answered any questions I had.We are completely happy with todays service and he was able to clear up any confusion we had about our septic system.In the photos you can clearly see that there was access.

    So my septic tank was completely full and something was definitely wrong, so I gave these guys a call and at first, Darrell came out and pumped out everything and found out the problem immediately, and it was very clear that you could tell that the pump was badā€¦ Darrell was EXTREMELY cool and super nice and I just could not ask for a better person to come.Right when Darrell left, I called right back and told them that I needed to get a new pump and literally in 15 minutes another gentleman named Junior came by and showed me everything, talked to me about everything and I was just blown away because he was also EXTREMELY cool and also Super nice lol.I donā€™t think I couldā€™ve asked for better service and I just am very thankful for these guys and I was watching for a bit and it looks like a ā€œcrappyā€ jobā€¦ lolI genuinely donā€™t know who could be better than these guys so Iā€™m very thankful and highly recommended.

    Patrick, the technician who resolved our septic tank issues, did an outstanding job! He was enthusiastic, highly competent, and was a genuine pleasure to talk with as he finished installing the new concrete cover on our septic tank. Due to a design feature of the pvc plumbing and wiring location, Patrick had to make some minor changes to the shape of the cover in order for it to fit properly over the tank and to prevent dirt from ingressing into the tank. His ingenuity and attention to detail was exemplary and a nice reflection to his attention to detail and professionalism. Please thank him for the good work that he performs for Metro Rooter.

    My water heater was leaking and we called metro rooter. There were a lil disconnect to begin but Justin R stepped up and in no time found me a replacement and get it running in no time. Thank you Justin for a prompt response and solving the problem. Way to set an example.

    For the love of all things good. I have had slow drains in both showers and I have had plumbers come out from 4 companies. Snaked by all with hand held snakes only for temporary relief; always backing up again. I had professionals charge me for no relief. Iā€™ve had professionals certain I needed to have my septic tank replaced, or my floors banged up to get to the pipes beneath my house. I was looking at around $20,000. Well, thank you Metro Rooter for Tony and Jacob. These two fixed my problem and it was in fact needing to be snaked. Tony brought in the mega beast like no other, snaked, and now my drains are clear. Now maybe heā€™ll have to come out every six months but I donā€™t care. Just yesterday I almost had a company start the process of replacing my septic tank. Canceled that, thank God! Today I spent $600 instead of unnecessary thousands because these guys listened to the whole story and I have what I need. And basically 3/4 of the professionals out there are not reliable.

    Patrik and Frank did Awesome job while replacing my septic tank covers. Patrik explained me everything about what to expect so very politely and the work was completed in a few hours. Both guys never complained about anything and their job is extremely hard and dangerous. Price was in the middle range from other places. Iā€™m still amazed that it was completed so quickly. They practically did impossible, because my septic tank is very old and placed so inconveniently, not too many people would want to work on it.Thank you so much to patrik and Frank!!!

    These guys (Cody) did a great job on an urgent matter with my septic and went out of their way to ensure the muddy yard here in Middleburg did not. As pumping turned out to be only step one, next day very good coordination and detective work by Chansi to solve tough problems and find a really well hidden tank between their techs in different parts of the septic and plumbing business and the office with next day or late night scheduling. Extremely helpful and impressive with a serious mystery to trouble shoot and very fair billing when they could have taken advantage of the challenge in figuring out the problem due numerous visits. I really appreciated being told its my job to solve the problem for the least amount of time and money for you by someone who truly meant it. I cant recall the last time I heard that from anyone. It was a such a pleasure to do business with these folks.

    9/2024 BACK FOR ANOTHER GREAT SHOUT OUT!!!When that red pump alarm goes off and you dont panic its because you know you have a trustworthy crew to call! It happened this week and after I finished all the troubleshooting steps Chansi gave me last time, I calmly made the call to my crew and set my appointment. PATRICK came out today and quickly finished the troubleshooting for me, explained what went wrong and gave me 1 more trick to add to my diy tools before fixing the problem. He was as awesome as before and took care of the yard like he knew his wife would be inspecting it after! Lol. Thank you PATRICK! Having to spend unexpected money always hurts less when the experience is so comfortable and stress-free!6/2023 - SHOUT OUT TO CHANSI AND PATRICK.Thank you to Donald T as well!They all have great attitudes and are very willing to educate and answer customer questions.CHANSI spent his morning here on an emergency call, after another company left me feeling less than trusting of their work. He was great about helping me understand my septic system, the possible failures and solutions involved. He knows his stuff! Chansi made me feel comfortable enough with his work to say yes to the next purchase...feeling good about spending the kind of cash I just dropped on this tank clean out and pump replacement is a big deal!!! He was careful about my house and making sure things looked good after the necessary destruction. I am very happy with the results!!!PATRICK came in for the next phase - pump replacement. He had to correct some lazy work from another companys installation so it took him a long time. He was a rockstar about it though. Made sure the new pump was raised up and the electrical was run through pvc - which meant he had to dig a trench. He made sure it was pretty in the end, you can barely tell my grass was disturbed.DONALD thank you for taking my call this morning and getting me set on the right path.     Our toilets started bubbling and we originally called a plumber and they had confirmed our issue was our septic system. I had used Metro Rooter before for septic maintenance and they were great. I called them to see if they could make it out to our house same day. It was already late in the afternoon but they sent one person to get the septic all empty and got an emergency person lined up for the septic pump replacement in the meantime. We had Patrick do our replacement and he was wonderful. He called me to talk to me and understand what was going on. Then called me back with costs so I was informed. He was timely and just a great person to talk to. His work was fantastic as well. He cleaned up his workspace and explained the guarantees for parts and labor.     The technicians Tony Palatsidis and his assistant Justin are among the most professional and friendly people Ive ever encountered in the service industry unfortunately I cant give a good review to the company cuz in my opinion they screwed us over. 3 years ago they installed a brand new drain field and septic tanks and made a mistake in the installation and it took this long for them to fix it and still charged for a pump out when it didnt need a pump out 2 years ago not happy dont recommend them. Its a shame because it only took Tony and Justin an hour to find and repair the issue thanks Tony and Justin sorry I cant speak highly for the people you work for but you guys are excellent. Make no mistake the five stars are for the technicians Tony and Justin not the company thanks for reading ,ciao

    We kept having our sewer line backing up, called Metro Rooter to come out and run a camera into our sewer line to see what was causing the blockage, and the plumber that came out Donald Anderson, was able to determine where there was a blockage, and in detail explained what the options were in order to resolve the issue. This resulted in Donald cutting out the section of sewer pipe and replacing it with a new clean out. He was very professional and detailed in his work and we are very pleased

    Update- received a call within 3 hours of posting this review from the parent company. Issue resolve. Great recovery. It takes a lot for a company to admit they made an error and apologize. Iā€™m updating my star review from 1 to 4. Iā€™ll use Metro Rooter again.Iā€™ve been a very satisfied customer of Metro Rooter since 2016. Iā€™ve used them exclusively for my septic system and water well issues and every time theyā€™ve communicated well, arrived on time, and been more than helpful. So when my irrigation pump went out I had no idea that this time would be so different. Two weeks ago I called to schedule a service call. As this was not an emergent issue, I was fine with whenever they could fit me in their schedule. We settled on 8:00 the morning of May 26th. I was told Iā€™d be the ā€œfirst stop of the day.ā€ I took the day off work so I could be here when they arrived. Itā€™s now 2:15pm. Iā€™ve called the customer service line 3 times (10:00, 11:00 and 1:00) now. It seems like that personalized service weā€™ve had for the last seven years is gone under the new ownership. Iā€™d love to hear from someone that could address this and Iā€™d be more than willing to edit my review with an update after that call but right now it seems Iā€™ve wasted a vacation day and will probably have to use another to get my issue fixed.

We have had to call them about 7-8 over the years and every single time was a good experience. Today, was no exception. We had a sump pump issue and we needed a new pump. I cannot say enough about the technician, Kyle Mills, who came out to take care of the issue. He was by far the most knowledgeable and skilled technician I have ever seen. He apparently had experience and training in several other areas other than plumbing and standard septic tank issues. He went far above and beyond to help us with our septic issues and even took the time to educate me about the system. This guy is not your average Joe. I also want to say that Ms. Johnny is very professional and friendly and also went out of her way to handle our emergency. I just cannot say enough about these two Metro Rooter employees.     Our plumbers recommended metro rooters emergency services to resolve a stoppage at our facility. After 2 technicians came out to fix it the first two times, the problem was still recurring days later. Working at a healthcare facility, we were having several issues without easily accessible running water or toilets for 24hrs. After speaking with the dispatcher, again, and slightly upset this time- she escalated the issue to the plumbing supervisor. The dispatchers- Stephanie, Sandy, and Kelly were great- although they were probably tired of hearing from me! Attentive and proactive with resolving my issues and handling my frustrations with the field techs. After Kelly escalated our situation, Tony, the supervisor, came out. He spent 7 hours to resolve our issue and provided clear, easily understandable, explanations as to what caused the issue and how he was able to fix it.Hopefully we wonā€™t be needing them again, but if we do- I know they will do whatever they need to get it done!!Thank you all!-Precision Imaging Team

    Charles Inscoe arrived and introduced himself to me. We then went to look at the work that needed to be done. Charles explained what needed to be done and gave me an estimate on the time to complete the work. Once we agreed as to what needed to be done Charles went to work getting it done. He worked steady and would ask me if it looked like we had agreed on. He was spot on every time and completed the work well within the time he gave me. After the culvert was cleaned out we ran water thru it and evaluated the water flow to the main drainage lines for our community. Charles did not stop until he had the line flowing properly thru the drainage ditches.If I have any problems at my house Charles will be the person I will request when I call Metro-Rooter to repair the problem I have. I highly recommend Metro-Rooter because the quality of their people and their service.

    On Sunday, my old well pump, which had been failing for some time, finally quit. I called Dan at Metro Rooter and he set me up for an appointment the next day. Technician Mike Small came out to the house, assessed the damage, gave me a full tutorial on the problem, what needed to be repaired, and how to protect my system better in the future.     Cindy, the office staff person that took my call was extremely friendly and helpful. She set my appointment for the next morning and as promised I was called by the driver 20 minutes before arrival. Rob, the service technician was also extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Since we are dealing with the current pandemic he maintained social distancing and wore a mask to protect us both. He did an excellent job and quickly found the cap to the septic tank, pumped it out, flushed the tank out very well and then explained the benefit of using their bio-chem product to prevent sludge going into the drain field which would cost thousands of dollars to repair. He also recommended another product to keep the system maintained and healthy. I would highly recommend Metro Rooter if you require this service.

    I am so glad that I called Metro-Rooter. Everyone that I dealt with was professional, personable and had amazing work ethics. From Rousseau who replaced the bad sump pump, to Chanzi who pumped out our tanks in both the front and side yards, to Dan the branch manager. They were all beyond kind and pleasant to work with even though the work ended up being much more than originally thought. They all had the same attitude that they would make it work and get everything done; even though additional work was required, and it was late in the day and I am sure they wanted to get home. It was very evident that teamwork and customer service were their ultimate goals. I have always felt that managers that donā€™t mind getting in the trenches make the best leaders. Dan exemplified that behavior. I highly recommend this company for your septic tank needs.

    Kyle is always on time, if not early! He does a very good job at emptying our grease trap. Efficient and clean. And he is so nice and polite. A real pleasure with work with.     Needed service in a hurry. Spoke to John in dispatch and he advised he would have a tech onsite in 2 hours. 30 minutes later John called back to say everything was as scheduled. 1 hour later the same call again...everything on schedule. 30 minutes before they were to arrive the tech called to say he would be there on time. Sure enough...showed up exactly as scheduled. Work performed was intense as we had to redo a complete sewer line system so I stayed and observed. Excellent work and true professionalism. Now get this...they actually called back a couple of hours after work was completed just to check to make sure we were happy and the tech left his personal cell so we could call anytime if any problems. Again, work was intense so I was expecting an intense invoice...but was surprised again as the total cost was very reasonable. If every vendor we worked with was as competent as these guys my job would be very easy. Thanks John and Metro Rooter. As you already know...we have used you several times since and you are now our go to plumbers!!!

Conducted his own testing to ensure he was correcting the issue and discovered it was a previous technicians error causing our problem. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done in order to fix the issue. He was quick and honest about not having parts necessary to complete the job but stated he would be back tomorrow.
