    I want to thank the hvac tech mat for his professionalism and knowledge on my system, and pat for helping me with my new water heater and water softener. Bailey and Josh did a great job with installation. It took a week to finish my water softener install due to lack of communication. There was no confirmation as to when to expect works which was frustrating as a customer. Overall, I would recommend this company as a local business. They make a effort to fix mistakes if there are any. Ill hire this team againUpdate- after the drain was installed and the clear coat dried you can see the damage to the stucco that was sealed up

    Michael did a fantastic job pumping out our septic tanks today. It’s Christmas Eve and he had the best positive attitude, and assured us he would get us taken care of. I really appreciate the customer service and quick call out to get to us. Great company with great employees. Even the call when I originally called to get scheduled an appointment was lovely. Michael spoke very highly of the company itself, and I could tell he really enjoyed working there. Great experience, thanks again. Merry Christmas!

    Melvin and David did an awesome job on a complete replacement of our old cast iron pipes. Showed us before and after pictures as they finished sections. Did a great job on interior re-plumbing of laundry room and replacing a toilet. Both demonstrated quality workmanship, professionalism and pride in their work. Very nice and considerate gentlemen. They make a great team. Ask for them by name.

    My plumbers was great. Unfortunately they had to come out when it was during all this rain so it took longer then expected to start and finish the project. The scheduling was horrible, hours later then I was originally told but my plumbers was amazing. They did what they needed to and even came back and checked up on their work. They also called and made sure I was happy with what they did. Very kind and thoughtful. I highly recommend Kristopher Baxter and Joshua Martin. Both was amazing and knew what they was talking about. Had the ac tech come out to look at my ac Justin salmon was amazing and informed me of issues I had. Very kind and respectful and knew what he was talking about

    Daniel & Chris came out and worked with us for an hour to get our main drain snaked. The work they did and the resolution they provided was outstanding. Beyond thankful for their hard work at 9pm in 35° weather. Friendly, fast and super convenient! Also provided a camera confirmation of the issue so we fully know the issue and are able to proceed with fixing it.

    This company has the best customer service I have encountered in Florida. Their electricians are prompt, skilled, and perform quality work. The company is willing to discuss their fees and reach a mutually agreed upon rate. I could not be happier with the installation of my beautiful new kitchen fixture. The light is beautiful and the electricians left everything clean, neat and in order. I plan to use them in the future and will recommend them to my friends and family!

    I called Lickety Split this afternoon after my son recommended them. I spoke with Pam on the phone & explained my situation that I was experiencing mildew in one of my closets & was pretty sure there was an interior leak in one of my walls. She dispatched Luke Emerson & he was at my house within the hour!!! Luke was very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. He went above & beyond my expectations on several levels.     Christmas day miracle - no hot water.Called at 8am the day after and Lickety Split was able to get us an appointment with Dalton.Found out hes new to the company but able to service gas water heaters. He was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient.We had hot water before the sun set the day after the holiday. And not the easiest of jobs. So appreciative!

    *Update 10/18 - Lickety Split came out for an AC service and the tech was very professional and explained everything very well for me to understand my system needs. It was a great experience.*UPDATE: Lickety Split reached out and I worked with a guy named Chad in the office that coordinated a resolution on all the problems that were found on the initial visits. Chad helped greatly to get the issues resolved and made it feel like he cared to meet a resolution for my benefit. Thank you Chad for helping getting everything sorted out.The original review issues: The tub faucet is hanging off the wall. The shower arm is wobbly and the cover fell off the wall as well with a large hole showing. They tore open the back side of the wall to get to the pipes. Currently, all the original issues has been resolved except having the dry wall patched up but based on the experience with working with Chad, I have faith they will follow through with getting the drywall patched. I will update the review when the drywall is patched.

    My technician was Eugene Lewis. He was so polite and did an excellent job servicing my air conditioning unit. I have switched companies many times and he has been the most thorough of anyone that has been at my house in the past. My first time using lickety split but it wont be the last. What fantastic service I received today!

    Three techs came to my home over a two day period. They were very professional, competent and informed me every step of the way regarding my issue. I have no complaints toward them. Their names are Matt, Dalton and Josiah. I would welcome them into my home again any time. However I find this companies prices are in my opinion extremely high which the techs have no control over. At the end of the day my sink was fixed and we have no more issues.

    Our toilet and shower backed up. We called Lickety Split at 9:30 am and they arrived at at around 2 pm the same day. Michael and Bryan were friendly and professional and did a fantastic job on our septic tank cleanout. We would highly recommend Lickety Split and will definitely use them again.

    We had a sewage backup in our home. After trying several different plumbers to help, our friends recommended your company. Your professionals arrived at 8:00 pm and quickly went to work. After two hours our drain clog was cleared. Dalton and Hamza were professional, skilled and very likable guys. They explained everything they were doing and even let me look as they scoped our drain. These fine gentlemen turned an ugly day around for us. Don’t hesitate to call these folks. Great service!

    Lickety Split would be recommended by me to anyone who needs any type of repair regarding HVAC or plumbing. Curtis came out to diagnose the issue and made it easy to understand what was wrong, and there was a lot wrong from the previous HVAC that was installed. Having spoken to Aaron regarding financing, he made a tough situation a littler better. Easy to talk to and compassionate to the situation we were in. The owner John was able to help as he to made a large purchase seem not so large.The installers Austin and Mike were here 2 and half days replacing every element of a HVAC unit. From the outside unit to the inside unit to the ducts to the registers. Very professional, courteous and pleasant. They left no mess behind and did a fantastic job.We now have a brand new HVAC unit and new water heater thanks to the amazing team of Lickety Split.Austin and Brandon did a great job explaining everything, came my 4 month old system a clean bill of health.Desean did not disappoint, which is the usual for this company. I was in a bit of a hurry so I needed service earlier in my service window and they made it happen. Everything was explained in detail and I was impressed.

    Richie was my technician. He was wonderful. He gave me a heads up call prior to getting to my house and arrived right on time. He communicated well and explained everything he would be doing. Then explained how the new mechanism on my toilet worked. He was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I join the Lickety-Split membership back in May 2024 and so glad I did. The savings are excellent! Definitely worth it!

    These guys were great. They put shoe protection on before entering my home, amazing. They proceeded to repair my repair efforts with great success. At first they thought they would need to remove my tub enclosure but resolved the problem without a major expense. Happy with the experience.

    Previous Septic company went out of business. Called Lickety Split as they had good reviews and was not disappointed. Was just for a semi annual pump out of our Septic no issues but at 5pm 2 days before Thanksgiving they were out and gone before 7pm. The two guys that showed up were nice and courteous and couldnt have done after job! The price was great too!

    I called Lickety Split today to inquire about a new water heater and they had someone out to my house within a couple hours of me calling! Luke came out to my house and I was very happy with his knowledge and the time he spent on my home. He was not rushed and checked EVERYTHING out for me, from the underground pipes, the water pressure to the house, and every sink drain and valves. The prices are very reasonable as well. I ended up going with them for my water heater and Luke is setting it up tomorrow! Such quick service! Overall, I highly recommend this company for any issues you may have. They are very quick to get out to your house but take their time once at your house to ensure things are done properly, they are priced reasonably, and they are friendly and professional.

    WOW!! I bought a new unit three years ago and have a maintenance plan with another company who has been pretty much scamming me for the entire three years! I called Lickety-Split because I was referred by a neighbor, and from the moment Vanessa answered the phone, to the moment Justin S. arrived at my home, I have had nothing but an amazing experience. Justin not only took his time, was incredibly thorough, is super knowledgeable, but also polite and respectful to the point he put the shoe covers on immediately once he saw we don’t wear shoes in my home. Additionally, the way that he explained what I needed & why I needed it, and then showed me the evidence that he found proving that I needed this service was thorough and detailed! Beyond the fact that this company and Justin were amazing to deal with, I didn’t feel at any point like I was trying to be upsold on any products/services, there wasn’t even any mention of purchasing extra products or services… In fact, I was offered discounts and preventative measures free of charge in order to prevent any further issues which btw, has never happened with the other HVAC company I previously utilized. I have never been more pleased with any technician, I did not feel manipulated, as I’m a single woman in my household, so I often have to be leery of situations where I feel I may be taken advantage of for lack of proper knowledge, and I never for a moment felt like I was being lied to or manipulated. With the previous company I dealt with, every time they came out, I was put into panic mode for fear of something that may happen to a three year-old unit that essentially should have no issues as of yet, and I was once told by the previous company (Snyder) that if I didn’t do a couple thousand dollar job immediately, my unit would be compromised, turned out to be untrue. I am incredibly pleased with the results today, and I would recommend lickety-split, and Justin as a technician, to anyone. In fact, I did recommend them to my mother and she is also now switching from her company to a lickety-split membership plan. To touch base on the membership plan, I found their pricing was about average, but included many more perks and incentives than any of the other plans of competitors. Safe to say, I am very pleased, and confident in the work that was done today, and I’m sure anybody that chooses lickety-split will have the same experience! Great company, thank you guys so much, and thank you Justin S. for doing such an excellent job today!

    We cannot say enough, good things about Matthew Hahn! He absolutely knew what to do, explained what he was going to do, and showed us the video of what his camera saw in the waste pipe going to the city sewer. After he gave us a quote, we agreed to move forward. He spent quite a bit of time and care as he did the work, then showed us a new video of how everything looked. Before he left, he went through every bathroom and two additional utility sinks to make sure all was good. Since my husband was in construction and built several large homes, we asked a lot of questions. Matt was very patient and continued to explain until we were satisfied. We think your company should clone Matt Hahn. He is the type of employee you want facing your customers.

    Oscar was awesome ! He was dedicated to finding the solution to why my HVAC wasnt working properly.. and throughout the process he educated me on everything that was going on with my AC Unit.     Justin came today for an AC tune up. We were called and notified hed be at the house within 30 minutes. He was prompt, professional and courteous. Answered questions as my husband asked.     Austin, has completed the service on my A/C unit. He has suggested a few options for me to think about. The Start/Run Capacitor is failing its optimal service, the air handler is at .6 and that would require a modification to my unit as it would have a better airflow. Austin suggested to have a regular maintenance plan on the system to be able have an efficient Air Conditioner. Austin took his time and inspected the whole unit was operating in good condition. Austin’s customer service skills were great, I could have not had a better tech come out today.

    I can’t say enough good things about my first experience with this company. I wanted to get a second bid on a new A/C unit and they immediately responded the next day. Jordan came out and surveyed what was needed and worked with Kevin to submit a detailed price. Their price was very competitive and included a parts and labor warranty. The deal breaker for me was the customer service attitude of everyone that I talked to. Andrew the service manager called to let me know when the two installers Edrick and Mike would be there. Both guys were extremely courteous and professional during the installation of the unit. The only slight snag was when the electrician Rich arrived to find that there was an issue running the electrical from the far side of the house. He called Andrew and they came up with a solution that required some extra work but turned out better. The two electricians Rich & Steven returned to complete the electrical work and get the unit up and running. Both guys were also super professional and courteous. I will definitely be calling on them again when the need arises.

    What can I say? Melvin and David are an awesome team! They arrived on time which illuminates integrity. Melvin is the BEST when it comes to repairing leaks. Melvin also does quality work like no other. Also, David did an excellent job with the dig out so that my yard still looked good when the job was over. Which lead to an appointment, Chris was the tech who was sent out to access the situation with John. The work started on August 26th &27th by Melvin and Luke. The team of people working on our busted pipe are so professional and friendly. They explained everything from the situation to repair. I learned so much from these 4 men!     The two technicians that came over and did the work. Alex and bob were wonderful. They were the best ever worked with. I fired my old AC company just because these guys of upper management was terrible. Communication was terrible – line of operations manager from Wick split but Alex and bob were the best and they saved the whole company by their knowledge by the Installation figured out my problem.     Dylan is a new handyman with Lickety Split and it was right on time for me. I had this wonky little attic access point that no one could fit through comfortably. One of their guys actually almost fell through it and scared me and my wife half to death. So I contacted Arron Braswell from the company and we came up with a plan to install a hydraulic attic system with metal stairs to ensure the safety of anyone going up in our attic gave us piece of mind! We also had drywall that had to be repaired from electrical and HVAC work we had the company do. Dylan worked diligently for two days to put our attic stairs up with beautiful molding around it. He also did such good work on our drywall that you can’t even tell there was ever a hole in our ceiling and walls. He painted everything he fixed and his attention to detail was impressive. Did I mention he did it all by himself! He went above and beyond for us and it will never be forgotten. Lickety Split has been a lifesaver for us this year so going forward the only company I will count on is them! Go cheap if you want to but you will pay for it later!

    Lickety Split was there for us in our time of need. We needed someone to come after hours to inspect our AC unit that was leaking. They arrived that same night, diagnosed the problem, set us up with some type of window contraption so that we stayed cool throughout the night and replaced our AC unit the next day.     Lickety Split has been wonderful to deal with so far! We called them with an emergency when our plumbing started backing up. We talked with Matt prior to our technician arriving and he helped get us all set up for a technician to come out. Despite the pouring rain and the lateness of the hour of technician, Chris, was amazing from start to finish and offered some great advice. The initial job was a much bigger problem than excepted, and we found out that it had been caused by another company that had come to do work on the property earlier in the week. Finding that out really put a damper on the entire situation, but I received such great care from Chris and Lickety Split that it really made the situation a lot more bearable. It’s never fun to have to deal with, or pay for, something you aren’t expecting, but I would highly recommend Lickity Split for their incredible customer service and professionalism. It’s very evident they make sure to hire people who embody these attributes, as our technician Chris made us feel incredibly cared for, heard, and taken care of the entire time he was there. I would 100% use them again and recommend them immensely.

    Bruce did a great job of scoping the pipes under the house to detect the problem, then powerwashing to remove the blockage and to clean out the pipes. I know Im not using the proper terms but very happy with the results. Bruce said putting egg shells down the disposal is like putting glass down there. Who knew?? Bruce did!!!

    I had a water leak in my garage and Water Company had said that I was going through a lot of gallons of water. I called lickety-split plumbing to come. Give me an estimate. I had a technician Chris came out. He spent three hours in my home diagnosing to get to the root of the problem. He checked all my toilets. Chris did not mind getting dirty. He got down in deep got the meter out. It was very muddy. But he took his time making sure that he was diagnosing the problem so it was the toilets that I need to replace very professional and explain to me everything that was going on in my home. I recommend everyone to call that has any kind of water leak problem in their homes for diagnosis, I had other company come prior and they totally misdiagnosed the problem but Chris took his time and he got it right

The first technicians call was caught in the automatic spam filter and he left a voicemail. I called back and got a rude lady on the phone. Only after I posted this review.Update #2 - Jacob called me back an apologized for the way it was handled and offered conscenions.
