    James was professional and courteous. He did a wonderful job repairing a bathtub faucet leak (my main concern) and installed new fixtures for a fair price. He also inspected my hot water heater and made recommendations for when i am ready to have a new one installed and provided an estimate.     This Afternoon, I had a service technician by name of Kyle who was awesome I would recommend him to my friends and family. He was what I call the Three T’s thoughtful, Thorough, Truthful. He explained all the steps that he was doing. He took his time and checked my system. And gave very positive feedback on my system. He was very attentive to my questions.. this is the second technician from J&W that I have had a positive interaction kudos to the technician and the company.

    I was satisfied with the service on our A/C unit. Michael did a very thorough job checking and cleaning the units and explaining the readings and cleaning. I did find what appears to be a cover for an electrical component. Overall Im very satisfied with the service.

    Even though J&W did not arrive in the scheduled window, they kept constant communication throughout the day to keep me up to date on my appointment. Upon arrival, Dustin was very kind and courteous. He took the time to make sure I understood my system (new to me house), what he was doing during the visit and where I could make improvements, if I chose to do so. Dustin has clearly been doing this a long time and is very passionate about his work. I was very satisfied with the service and knowledge provided.

    Bryce was very knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to help me more than he needed to. He took the time to explain every detail about my water heater, and was even knowledgeable about electrician work. He is a jack of all trades.He arrived on time, and came back early the next day after working late with me the previous day to make sure my hot water was working again. What impressed me the most was Bryce’s attention to detail and quality of work. He didn’t just fix the initial problem, he went the extra mile to ensure everything was functioning optimally. He even offered helpful maintenance tips to keep my system running smoothly in the future. I would highly recommend this technician to anyone in need of services.

    This is a follow up review after the installation of our York brand A/C & heat pump last Friday. Jordan and his assistant Jorge did a great job with the installation. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and took his time to do the job right! The time estimate was spot on, with the job completed in less than 6 hours. Tommy was there too to support & supervise the installation. My husband is very meticulous and was pleased with the entire process!! I was not there for the installation but coordinated the appointment and wanted to give a shout out to Emma (in the office) was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the products you sell. When she didnt have an answer, she went and asked and got back to me right away! J & W truly impressed us in every way, was priced competitively and we will certainly consider them for future needs in our home! We are very happy so far with our new A/C!!Thank you!!

    Bryce was great. He came sooner than expected and that was wonderful as I had a water leak and couldn’t seem to stop it. He diagnosed the problem and offered the needed solution. He was done quickly. He even made a suggestion for the outside turnoff valve which was not working properly. I would recommend J&W Plumbing to anyone in need of a plumbing company. They are excellent.

Mr. Waycaster came out within the hour and taking no less than 1 hr. he got us up and running . He is very kind and professional. One thing I can say is J&W stands behind there work !!! I am still a Very Happy Customer 😊😊😊 and I will recommend them over and over again. Thank you !!! For a little less than $10,000 they replaced everything with a 10 maintenace warranty , you just cant beat it 👍👍👍

    Kyle was wonderful. He came and went to work. When he finished my service he went over everything he did and what he found. He was very thorough and had lots of pics and video of some issues.Next came Bert. I knew I needed a new system, Bert laid out several options and explained the difference in each. Because of his thorough explanation I was able to make the best decision for me.Thomas and John came next to install my new system. It was a long day for them but they didnt rush through it. They made sure I received a great installation and explained everything.Next came two gentlemen to clean my ductwork . They were very thorough and cleaned up behind themselves. They showed me pictures of their work as they went.I am very happy with the whole process from beginning to end and I look forward to many years as a J & W customer.

    Update: Still amazing, John was my tech today for some routine maintenance. He was so sweet and informed me of possible issues I could run into in the future, and what can help fix them.They are absolutely amazing, quick to answer the phone, and was able to get a technician out the same day. Robert was an absolute sweetheart and patient with me, and was able to diagnose and get the AC fixed within an hour! Well definitely be recommending this company and Robert to everyone I know!!

    Bryce explained all my different options and prices. I had to say farewell to my 20 year hot water heater! He was able to get me a great heater within my budget.     Johnathan was wonderful, kind, considerate, knowledgeable and walked me through resetting the thermostat after a power outage. He cleaned the drain and spent time doing a thorough check of the equipment. I was concerned since the power had gone off and on 14 consecutive times before it stayed on and then my thermostat was blank. Johnathan should be in management, training staff how to be super customer oriented! Very impressed with Johnathan.

    We were left to our own incompetence (by a company that closed its door with no notice) with how to handle an AC unit installed in our attic with difficult access, to say the least. Dustin with J&W spent the time to understand our dilemma, thoroughly inspected our system, and offered several options, including additional recommendations to improve the efficiency of the unit. I feel we chose a company that sincerely cares about the quality of work they do.

    Very pleased with todays checkup visit. Matt arrived early, performed a comprehensive review and explained the health of each part of the household cooling system, and recommended actions based on which items are more critical and which might be delayed a bit. Thats great when watching your budget. He is courteous, thorough, likable, and most importantly, honest. This company is much better than the national corporate counterparts. I will now use J&W, moving forward.

    Decided we needed to replace our 2 ton heat pump system. Bert from J & W did a very professional job of explaining our options and what his company could do for us. He laid out a few options and what was offered met our needs. Note we had two other proposals early that day. Based on price, warranties and proposed work we opted to go with J&W. I will update after I see if they live up to their promises.12/30 - J&W came to replace my 2 ton HVAC unit on Friday 27 Dec with a new York LX series 15 SEER system. The install crew was efficient and professional. They answered any questions I had as to what they were doing and in some cases went out of their way to show me things that were new to this install. Even though it was an attic install they completed it in the time defined, cleaned up all trash, took away old unit and double checked area for any screws or nails that could cause damage later on. The only issue we had was with the low pressure sensor that was faulty. They by by passed it for now and will be back Tuesday (they just confirmed schedule) to replace bad sensor and confirm coolant level. Overall I am very satisfied with appliance and team that did the install. Would recommend to anyone needing a new HVAC system.

I called my son and JD offered to speak to him and answer questions. He explained the solutions and I was able to make an informed decision. This is the kind of service you expect but seldom get.

    First of all I want to thank everyone for the awesome job they did installing our HVAC. We have a 130 year old home and there were a ton of challenges with this install. With some patience Bert and his team overcame these and made it right for us. The team was very professional and courteous. The install was very clean and professionally done. All the debris from tearing out the old ductwork was cleaned up so well you would not have known they were there.     On 10-16-24, J&W Heating & Air did a courtesy plumbing inspection of our house. Before Zach Kaufman, their representative, arrived we received an e-mail with picture ID identifying him.He entered our home with clean shoe covers. He inspected all inside and outside plumbing and fixtures. As he conducted the inspection, he explained what he observed and recommended.He was courteous, respectful and professional throughout.We did not need any repairs but would consider J&W Heating and Air a great choice for service.

    A first time experience with J&W. It was excellent in every way. It was Friday, very hot and we had no air. We called early Friday morning hoping for service. They were so helpful.     Kyle was my tech and he did a great job. He answered all my questions and gave tips and advice for moving forward. My unit was under warranty so they covered the cost of the part because of that, and all I had to pay was labor. I also like that they wear the shoe coverings as well.I signed up for their maintenance plan and that waved the diagnostic fee of $84. I am happy with the service I received and look forward to working with them moving forward.

    We were so pleased with the service from Eric and his co-installer (sorry we forgot his name). Both worked hard from start (arriving on time, unloading the equipment and getting right to work) to the finish (completing installation, testing the unit, removing all old equipment and cleaning up. Not to take away from the professional service they provided, but the materials provided by ecobee on how to set up the thermostat leaves a lot to be desired. Would appreciate someone coming by and showing us how to set it up. Thanks

    Absolutely outstanding service. I had 2 other AC companies assess my situation of a very hot upstairs. The other companies were here briefly and recommended new AC units (I have 2) but J&W spent a considerable amount of time with me documenting their findings of my attic AC with photos and a video. In addition, they made unique recommendations that I do some ductwork and add a return vent as these are inadequate in my 107 year old house. They were professional, polite and informative. Their technician Ross went above and beyond coming back to repair a water leak likely caused by one of the other companies. Their comfort advisor came separately and added to the discussion. I felt their prices were fair and transparent. When we are ready to proceed with AC replacement, which will be soon, we will certainly use J&W.

    Id like to leave this not because its customarily and usually done but because its so well deserved from beginning to end its been a long time since Ive called anyone in the service industry being a plumber or any other type of profession where you call upon them and they help you as best they can and take care of the problem. I called at around 9:00 in the morning briefly said what the problem was and the person scheduled me for an appointment this very day even though it was supposed to be later on in the afternoon by 10:30 this morning the guys arrived and they were very courteous and explain themselves in a very easy going and language that you can understand. I was told that they could fix it right away and although I didnt like the price I realize that I dont think it would have been any less expensive and certainly it wouldnt have had the quality that these guys put forth.     I would like to share my experience. First the company had what I needed in stock and schedule the replacement of both my air conditioning units fast. Earned Two stars!First thing I noticed that bothered me was the fins on the air handler were bent right out of the box. I noticed because I inspected them prior to installing. The installer did what he could to straighten them. Thank you installer!After installing the units I noticed the UV light wasn’t installed. I called the company to report the mistake. The guy on the phone told me my unit doesn’t need a UV light, (but didn’t say anything when I told him I wanted a light at time of purchase). I told him I wanted it anyway. I was told several times they were bringing it to my home. I took off work with no shows and no reason why the UV light wasn’t delivered. I even volunteered to install the light myself. Purchased units in September 2021; writing this post January 2022. They did reinstall the light I already had in the older unit, but ghosted me after several failed delivery promises. They will not answer my calls! They had every ability to earn extra stars and my recommendation of the use of this company, but failed without explanation. If the light wasn’t written into the package, just tell me. 16k investment $300.00 light missing. The UV light has been installed.ONE YEAR UPDATE:My family and I have enjoyed our new system. We purchased J&W service package; the service technicians are always professional, clean and knowledgeable. They have made recommendations that has improved the air quality inside my home. My wife and I are breathing better than ever before in our biggest investment. This company has proven, they stand behind their name. We had to reschedule the Install for Tomorrow 09/01. Called 2 other Plumbing Companies that were 24/7, they stated that the earliest they could come would be 09/03 to resolve the Issue. I stated No Worries, & contacted J & W Heating & Air + Plumbing. I spoke w/ Michelle, & she had one of their Technicians Jim out to our Home within 39 Minutes.     We made a decision to replace the old A/C unit with a new one, because the old unit was not running efficiently, and would likely fail soon as it was 10 years old and there were indications that the unit would fail soon. The team from J&W were exceptional, they know what they are doing. Francisco Louidort and his partner did an exceptional job with the new unit install, they were complete with installing around 1pm. On completion they went over the task list and answered questions regarding what size filter to use, etc.

    100% recommend. First off, I first got A/C estimates for replacement of my (then 20 year old) A/C system. While the competition tried selling me a bunch of stuff I didnt need, Daryl did not. In fact, he said if it aint broke--dont fix it. He advised, yes, a new system would be more energy efficient, but if I was happy with the system I had, just let it run until it breaks.Fast forward 5 years later....my system died a HORRIBLE death (unbeknownst to me/us, also taking my thermostat down with it (an ecobee only a few months old). So, after calling the first repair guy who could make it out (albeit a competitor), I got a quote from the competitor. And I dug up my paperwork/notes from 5 years ago, and texted Daryl to see if he was still with J&W--and he was! Even though it was late at night, he made time for me the very next day. He came over, walked me through the options, advised me that the competitor was quoting me a smaller system (that of course, would be cheaper), but I probably wouldnt be happy with. He sold me only what I needed and asked for--even though I showed him the competitors quote from 5 years ago...and hes like you have GREAT metal ducts and didnt see the need for any of those upgrades. Again, if I was happy with my old system, I didnt need anything crazy.Now...the installers Dustin and Will!!!! They were able to come out the same week, only a couple days later! They were on-time and extremely professional and polite. I 100% recommend them and felt safe with them being in my home working behind my back, even though Im a single female, living alone. I was able to continue my office work, including team teleconferences, in my living room while they worked away. They were very clean and efficient. They cleaned up everything, hauled it all away, including the mass of dirt/moss mess that had covered my old pad.Oh, yeah...and a bonus.... remember that thermostat that blew that we didnt know? They temporarily installed a cheap one to get me by, and let me buy a new/upgraded ecobee from Amazon, and they returned on Monday after their other call(s) were done, and installed it for me at no additional cost!!! Talk about service, especially when this wasnt part of the contract (because I was supposed to be using my existing thermostat). But, yes, they went out of their way to come back and take care of me. Again, Dustin and Will were efficient, polite and professional.You can feel safe for them to be in your home...And, P.S....I LOVE my new system!!! It definitely runs more efficiently, because it runs less often, and keeps my home very comfortable!

    I had the unfortunate luck of having my AC unit quit working in the middle of August 2023. After getting a few quotes from other companies, I met with Ian, the representative from J&W. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and provided me with excellent information regarding what type of unit would best suit my home. A few days later, Serge and his install team came out to install the unit. They were also very courteous and worked as fast as they possibly could in a house that was 93 degrees at 10 pm. The thermostat didnt work, but the following week Eric came out and installed the proper one. Again, very friendly and professional.In June of 2024, I learned that there was a leak in the lines and needed a new line set installed, due to the fact that the original lines are under my home and inaccessible. I called J&W and they were prompt in their response to come out and help remedy the problem. Eric once again was the tech who did the installation of the new line set, with another technician, who I didnt catch his name. They were both very polite, efficient and professional.I highly recommend J&W!

    JD completed my standard maintenance check as part of my service contract and truly went above and beyond! When my unit was showing some signs of potential issues, he took time to explain the technical components and made recommendations for all budget options. When I told him I was experiencing a temperature difference upstairs, he took the time to check the duct work, inspect each vent, and make sure the ceiling fans were spinning the correct direction. He found a closed vent and a ceiling fan that needed to be reversed, and then tested to make sure the temperature began to drop which it did.I highly recommend J&W and JD! Give him a request for excellent service!
