    After a bad experience with another company I reached out to Justin the Plumber. Every part of my interaction was wonderful. Scheduled me for next day to replace a toilet and garbage disposal. Alex was the technician. He was amazing. Communicated with me and showed up right on time. Courteous and efficient. He was respectful of my property and went above and beyond to make sure the toilet fit properly. Really cant say enough about his impressed i was with the entire experience. Highly recommend.

    Justin the plumber is a wonderful company.     Jonathan was our expert plumber a couple weeks ago. He was very professional, friendly and well- trained. We had to have Jonathan redo the work of a previous plumber.     I was very impressed with how professional and easy it was for my shower to be repaired by Justin the plumber.The day of the appointment, I was sent a text message with the name, a brief bio, and a picture of the Service Tech that was on the way to help me out. When he arrived, Alex greeted me with a handshake and removed his shoes before entering my home. He let me watch / ask questions while he was troubleshooting and Alex did a great job explaining what the issue could be, along with the potential paths forward.He had to run out to the store to pick up the necessary replacement part (to ensure perfect fit) and my shower was all fixed up before Noon. Thanks Alex!

    We couldn’t be happier with their service and professionalism! *I’ve included pictures, but note the plumber didn’t add the spray foam behind the pipes, that was us. Never buy a house from Offer Pad* Alex was very professional throughout the job and worked to remove a blockage from our tub drain that two other companies said would require *us* to tear out our vanity and wall for them to fix it.He also brought our sink drains up to code (Offer Pad installed RV tubes that somehow passed inspection) all in a timely manner. We would highly recommend their services, and suggest you ask for Alex!

    I couldnt have been more happy with experience of having Justin the Plumber LLC service our commercial bathroom. It was hard finding a company that would help us but the moment I got on the phone with this company, the woman who assisted me was kind and reassuring and informed of services and costs and policies.Once the day came (the next day) for the service tech to come out to us, he informed us through text that he was on the way, sent us a photo of himself and a small bio to let me know who was coming to the store. As a femme presenting person, its reassuring to have this extra information and instantly made me more comfortable interacting with him. He was kind and considerate and fully informed as well. Alex completed the job perfectly with minimal distraction to our business operations. He worked quickly and was in and out in under 30 mins. Im so impressed with his service and customer engagement.Ive never hired a plumber before so I dont know if their prices are on par with the rest of the community but as far as providing our business with a quick and thorough solution, Im forever grateful.

    I called last week for an appointment for our house in Mandarin. It needed several things done. The nice lady on the phone made us an appointment for Wednesday afternoon and then she called back and said I have an opening on Monday afternoon that we can get to you will that work? I said absolutely, they text us. Let us know when to expect the technician we were told his schedule of how long before he would be there. We got a text on that. Alex was our technician and he did an excellent job. He came and evaluated what we needed, left to get parts that he needed to do the job came back and completed our repairs efficiently quickly And very very polite.     Can’t say enough about Jonathan. He was early, he was professional but friendly. He didn’t make a mess but wiped everything down anyway. He also tested the new disposal and checked thoroughly for leaks before he left. The price was right! I’m a happy customer and Justin The Plumber is my new plumber. Not only was he informative and answered all my questions and concerns, he was also so courteous making sure he didn’t leave a mess and even removed his shoes before walking in my house (I do not require shoes be removed but he did it).     By far this is the BEST plumbing company I’ve ever used ! From start to finish, everything was so smooth. The communication through email and phone was flawless, Jenna is absolutely the sweetest and most helpful! The gentleman that gave the quote was so informative and helpful ! I contacted them very first thing in the morning with water over flowing and they sent a tech out right away. I had just purchased the house a week before and they found collapsed piping in the front yard. Did a complete pipe in the front yard the same day.     We have found our new Plumber!!! I was referred to Justin The Plumber by our window company. Yes, I call great companies that I do business with to get their recommendations. Alex did an exceptional job today and I couldnt be more pleased! He worked so hard and picked the perfect faucets for the house. I will be having them do our bathroom renovation next Spring.     I have been using Justin The Plumber since he started on his own, just him and a truck. I have always been overly impressed with him and all of his employees from punctuality to quality of work. There has been times where I have let him or his employees in remotely without worry but the one thing I’ve been so confident with is the pricing! I’ve never once felt like I overpaid and they’ve always been honest! This is the only plumbing company that I will ever use again.

    Our first experience w/ Justin the Plumber was fantastic! From the first phone call to schedule a visit, to Alex coming out to diagnose the issue, it was pleasant all the way through.We had new plumbing work done in our kitchen, and the sink water was draining very slowly. Alex and his partner came out, unclogged what he could (which wasn’t much since it was all new), and tested the drain afterwards. The water drained quicker than before, but it was still lagging after ~30secs of running the water. Alex suggested it might be the vent pipe, so he recommended we reach out to his Supervisor to get a better diagnosis for a more permanent fix, but I didn’t get a chance to get around to it. Well, it’s been a few days since Alex’s visit and I’m happy to report the water is draining properly now.As a bonus, I also appreciated the value-add service of getting a text msg before the visit, with Alex’s bio and picture. Super neat!Finally, last add for transparency of pricing: The overall cost of the visit was $170 (150 for labor + 20 for materials used). We haven’t dealt with plumbing issues for a few years, so not sure if this is high/low compared to other companies.

    Had a sewage grinder pump and basin installed when switching over from a septic tank to the County sewer line. They had a few delays due to the weather, but they made sure it was done right. Great people to deal with, and very trustworthy. I am very pleased with the work they did, and I highly recommend them!Used them once again, 2 years after my previous review. Called them due to a clogged drain, and once again, they did a fantastic job! Spoke with Jenna and she said that the earliest appointment was the next day, but she called me back in a few hours to let me know there was a truck on its way. Dalton and Caleb showed up right on time, and got the job done. This is a great company to do business with, and I could not be more pleased.

    Wonderful job! I have an old house that had some questionable repairs done by a previous owner and these guys came out and completely re-piped the house and installed a new water softener system (not the average salt water softener). There were some challenges along the way (like the small space they had access under my house) but they got it done and were punctual, tidy, and very respectful. I would highly recommend!06/05/24 Edit:Moved into a different home a few years ago and have continued to get amazing service from this company. We have used them multiple times in our new home and the employees are on-time, polite, up front with kind of repair and equipped with tech that allows me to track their trucks and offers pictures of the techs coming to me house.     I hired Justin the Plumber twice. The guys he sent were professional, efficient and got the job done. I feel his prices are fair and the work was well done. They suggested a repair that was a more cost effective solution than what I thought I needed. Over both visits they fixed leaky hose bibs, fixed a leaking shower, replaced faucets and installed a new cut-off valve for my house. I wouldnt hesitate to call them again.
