After 2 other quotes and no body realy want to fix our heat . Humphrey heating and cooling came through for us .We got our prize and our unit that we needed and it all fixed in 1 day. They are fabulous cleaned up the yard when they were done. The new unit wad put in nice and neatly . Jason kept me up on progress all day . This is a wonderful group to work with. Humphrey Heating & A/C gave us a 24 hour notice before coming to replace our broken down Central Air unit. The appointment was for 8:30am, and both, James & Joe were here EXACTLY @ 8:30! I liked the fact that they were PROMPT! James & Joe introduced themselves to me and then went straight to work on the issue at hand!!Before I Knew it.....These Gentlemen had taken the broken Unit out, and put the new one in!! FAST & ACCURATE!!I would recommend this Company AND the 2 technicians, James & Joe!Thank you, for the Amazing job and work ethic! I would recommend this business again and again ! From the time I called and talked to Tiffany which she has fantastic people skills , she had a technician come the very same day and let me tell you , they Jeremy was an amazing technician! He found the problem and worked to fix it AND the best part he researched and found that it would still be under warranty . I would not of known that but Jeremy cared enough to go the extra mile and we are so very grateful ! It is so refreshing to have a business that actually has employees that care and that go the distance! They came and took a look at my old unit. I told them I was interested in a new installation so they got me an estimate that day and installed it a week later. They were finished before 2pm. They were all professional and respectful. What else is the to ask for?Its been 2 years and things are going good. I had my system stop yesterday and called them. They came out today and I just had a clogged drain pipe. He fixed it in minutes.

Had a great experience with this company! Rich helped us find our leaks and replace a cracked water pump on our trailer. He was extremely professional and had great customer service skills. He explained and communicated thoroughly what was wrong and was able to fix all our issues. Highly recommend this company and will go here for all my future needs!

We called Humphrey’s heating and air after using another company in the area and not fixing the issue. Humphreys sent a technician out, he also couldn’t find anything wrong. The issue occurred again shortly after they left. They sent another technician out right away on a Friday afternoon. The tech wanted to try a few things for over the week and see if it did it again. Another tech came out Saturday and got the issue fixed!! Ryan and Robert both went above and beyond to get the problem fixed. Would def recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality hvac company in Jacksonville area.

The sales representative was very informative and helped make the selection & buying process a breeze. The installation team showed up on time & prepared for the job. The process from the first phone call to installation was wonderful. The gentleman I spoke with my first call was exceedingly helpful, an appointment for an estimate was promptly set, and shortly thereafter installation was scheduled. The technicians who did the installation were really great. One even saved a young bird that I believe was being attacked by a cat and helped it fly away safely.

A bit of a wait for compressor replacement parts but that can be expected in the high demand time in June. The bottom line is they provide good service.

Called about 5 other AC repair companies Humphreys was the only one that could come same day! Within 2 hrs.the tech came fixed my problem! I highly recommend them for AC repair. My AC went out it was 80 degrees in my home but thanks to Kevin the tech my AC is back in service.I cant thank Humphrey s enough.What a blessing they are.

I called Humphrey Heating and Air because my air conditioner would not cool. They came out that same day to checked it. Good news and some bad news.... The bad news, I needed a new coil. I had been a loyal customer to another local HVAC company and Ive had to call them every year for the last 3 years for the same problem, but instead of fixing the problem, they would just use bandaids on it. Humphreys technician was so polite, very clean, and extremely efficient and knowledgeable. He explained to me the part I needed would take a couple of days to come in, so in the meantime he used a bandaid to help cool my house until the coil was delivered. The good news was THEY DID NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR THAT!I have fallen in love with Humphrey Heating and Air! I recommend them to EVERYONE!

We have great technicians. Our home is older, we have an annual warranty. The team gets in and out. Very professional, and only have to come once to get the job done! They come and service my system twice a year. Clear the pump, clean the coils, and make sure my fans are working outside.

From phone support to technician, Humpheys did a wonderful job repairing our AC unit with inconvenience only being on the technicians side: JB had to wait for me to return from Lowes and was waiting at my home. He took the time to diagnose all issues with our unit and get it up and running. JB even shared that we likely need to plan because one issue that he cannot repair (rust over time in the unit) means we will have to replace it later. He even shared consumer information so we dont waste money. I cannot say enough good about this company. They will be my go-to.Now I have to add the rest of the story:This company is outstanding. My family have not been the best customers. We got military orders assigning us to Okinawa Japan and they have been more considerate and compassionate than we deserve. Communication between continents on opposite sides of the International Dateline has been challenging. We are so thankful for their outstanding service and commitment to excellence. For HVAC repair/replacement they are the very best.

My ac went out over the weekend. Humphrey s made sure there was a technician at my home Monday morning. They communicated very all along the way on parts and a return visit. The technician made sure all my questions were answered. A couple weeks later I had a different problem and they responded in the same manner. I have now left my old company and Humphrey s will be my go to.

Jacksonville- I have had multiple contracts on my homes with Humphrey Heating.They are Professional and kind and seem to hear you out when you have the littlest of concerns.Their 6-month maintenance contract is priority for me!! The feeling is so nice knowing these gentlemen are keeping my new and old heat/ac units in their best condition.Had a recent klunk sound problem. I had thought the 1st serviceman fixed the original issue and changed out my thermostat and possibly had left something loose in the outside unit. 2nd Serviceman came and after 30+minutes finally tried an experiment and it recreated the klunk sound I had grown to hate over these couple weeks waking me at 0400 and other times of the night and happening during the day. Harmless sound. Both servicemen, Jermaine and ? were professionals and allowed me to speak my concerns. Called this morning because of an error message with the Infinity system. Got a technician within two hours. Took care of the problem, and had the initiative to check for further problems. Found the capacitor was out of specs and replaced that as well. Saved us problems in the future. Have been very pleased with the service for many, many years.

I have had the semi-annual maintenance contract with Humphrey Heating and AC for my HVAC units for over 20 years. I have been very pleased with the service they provide. I strongly feel this has contributed to the length of time I have had both units functioning . Fortunately, when I have had an issue, it has been minor and because I have the maintenance contract, if necessary I am able to call after hours and on weekends for assistance. They are generally, depending on the issue, able to get me back in service promptly, or by the next business day. The employees are always professional and respectful. I highly recommend.

We had the pleasure of doing business with Humphrey Heating and Air. This review stands collectively for all the people we came in contact with, starting with the always helpful people answering the phone, I have to mention Alison as the person we were dealing with. She will make sure that you walk away with either an appointment or with a follow up and she is always willing to help. Moving on to the technician Jaysen Walten who has the responsibility of finding out what the problem is, he definitelyknows everything HVAC! We have had problems for almost a year not having air in many of our rooms, but he found the problem and they are working on getting it fixed all the way. He explained the problem to us and he also sent us a written report that reflects what he did. We love his competence and non threatening approach in conveying the message to non HVAC people so they understand. Next is the actually team that came out for the repairs. They were on time, called ahead, and courtesy is their middle initial. I want to mention Andrew since I communicated with him. He is taking his time explaining things, making sure there are no questions and when we had a little hiccup, he came right back in once more to double check everything. Kevin and Jimmy were on his side for part of the repairs and they were equally great! This is a prime example of a great experience when working with a great Company, thank you Humphreys for this experience!
