Shortly after buying a new house, we needed a sump pump put in due to floor drains being cemented shut. The techs that came out were awesome. They ran a snake to insure that was the issue so we didn’t have an unnecessary cost of a new sump pump. They did have to put in a new pump, which involved cutting out concrete, running electrical and plumbing, and placing the pump. The care taken to make sure there was no mess in our house was honestly unbelievable considering the work being done and the rainy weather outside. Highly recommend this company to everyone that asks. Also the customer service is top notch! Sara knows her stuff and prides herself on being polite, professional, and helpful however possible.

Great experience! Chris was quick and thorough with his quote and explaining what would work best in my situation. Dakota and crew did great job installing my new water heater along with modernizing the plumbing and electrical components. I work remotely from home and there was very little interruptions during my work day. The associated Aire Serv installed a new HVAC system at the same time, so between both businesses, they are a 1 stop shop for your plumbing as well as HVAC work. Would definitely recommend.

We had to have some major plumbing done to our sewer line right after we purchased our new house. Troy and Joe did a great job of explaining what we need to do and how much it would cost. It wasnt cheap, but we would rather pay for quality than have to have it done again in the future. They did a great job and we are going to give them a call when we replace the furnace.

Our sink/garbage disposal clogged in the middle of the holidays-really difficult time to get a plumber. HRI was super helpful and tried to get it done as fast as possible for us. Our previous sump pump drainage had not diverted flood water sufficiently far from the house, so it poured right back into the basement when there was a flash flood. HRI replaced our old drainage with an appropriate system that diverted the water 40 ft away from the house. There has not been significant rain since we had the work done, so it has not been put to the test, but we anticipate no problem. The workers were courteous, thoughtful, and prompt. The office staff and customer service were amazing. After the installation, a mysterious slow but continuous seepage drained into our basement. HRI came, and checked every possible source of the seepage, and discovered that I had accidentally taken the air-conditioner condensation hose 3 inches out of its spot draining into the sump pit. We just moved the hose back where it went, and the seepage stopped. HRI did not charge us for this last fix.

Yes this company knows Jill is the key to the success of their business. She was very kind, polite, and very understanding of my particular needs. She was very responsive and scheduled my appointment for the following afternoon. She thoroughly explained the charges and the difficulty predicting the availability of a technician. HRI sent a text of confirmation with the name and picture of the technician. They notified me that he could come earlier in the morning. The technician, Dave, was punctual and did a very high quality job. He was very personable and efficient to correct our problem. HRI is highly professional and very responsive. I worked with them remotely to help install a new sink faucet and under sink plumbing updates in my fathers home 150 miles away. I appreciated the ability to text, email, and pay online. They worked with my father who is also disabled to clearly communicate arrival and completion times working him through the entire process. This is the second time I’ve had HRI at his home to do work and they are one of the best plumbing companies I’ve ever worked with. Highly recommend.

Very satisfied with the quality of work and the professionalism demonstrated throughout the whole process. The owner Chris worked with me to ensure the scheduling of the work was a time I wanted. Chris and Troy did the installation and repairs and they did exactly what they said they would. What I thought was exceptional was they informed me throughout the job as to the progress of the work. When the job was complete you could never tell they were there except for the new water heater and the new plumbing in the utility room. Great job of cleaning up. I highly recommend Chris and the HRI team. I already have another job lined up for them.

I had a bad leak underneath my home which is on a slab. Jeremy came by the day after I called and walked me through my options. He helped me make the correct decision at a reasonable price. Jeremy and Troy both went above and beyond to help fix a major plumbing problem. I now have all new plumbing, exhaust fan, and toilet fittings which was completed in the time frame and quote we discussed. Would definitely recommend them based on their honesty, quality, and timeliness!

We had our water back up and first thought it was frozen but called Airserve HRI and they came out after hours for a decent fee. The plumer was so informative, understanding and nice. We found out it was clogged up with junk because the pipes where old. The plumer explained everything well and set up a repair plan and financing that night. They only took two days after that to come back and have the same plumber work on our issue all day to get it fixed. With this plan they used a camera that showed us there where roots and dirt coming into the pipes that is leading to more clogging. He then set up and appointment for us to have an estimatior come out and tell us how much to replace that section of pipe. I was very impressed and thankful for the amazing service they provided and am looking forward ti working with Airserve HRI in the future!

A few years ago we had HRI come out and do an inspection of our hvac system in our house. The technician that came out was very professional and courteous. He inspected our hvac unit and offered a couple of suggestions for the unit. He did not just do the things he suggested, but left it up to us to do these extra items on our own terms. He was very quick and thorough on his work and did not take much time to get his tasks completed. Will use again when needed.
