    Our condo got flooded the day before Christmas Eve. They sent Nick out on Christmas Eve to fix the problem and he did an amazing job. Friendly staff, thorough job for the invoice for our insurance company and fair prices. I cant recommend this company enough!

    Heath was absolutely wonderful. He called and sent me a text to let me know he was on the way and showed up on time for our appointment. He tested and fixed issue timely and explained everything he was doing. He also stayed until.the water cycled through the water heater and tested everything water source in the house to ensure that heated water was being received and the flow stream was strong. If I have to have another plumber appointment I will be calling Harry Hayes Plumbing and asking for Heath.

    Job well done. Very pleased with the work. It was a serious job changing the pipes out and replacing the hot water heater.This is the 2nd time they have taken care of our plumbing needs.     I had to call Harry Hayes for an emergency water leak. Eric was amazing. Not only did he take care of the issue, he went above and beyond, cleaning up a piping nightmare in my utility closet. So thankful for the amazing customer service and his professional work. Thankful they will also take care of some of the nagging other plumbing issues in my house so I can finally get those off my list too. Highly recommend!

    Had an emergency on a weekend and someone was at my house in 40 minutes from when I called. We’ve used Harry Hayes a few times before as well and are always happy with their work.     Our kitchen sink drain was clogged. We called Harry Hayes Plumbing and they were able to send Heath G to us right away, EVEN with a hurricane coming!He worked to unclog the drain from the vent stack on the roof for over an hour! He wouldn’t give up until he got the very stubborn clog cleared.We both commented after Heath left, we truly wish more companies had employees like Heath! Harry Hayes Plumbing was absolutely phenomenal getting someone to us so quickly and so helpful and friendly!We will be calling them again for any of our plumbing needs. What a great company we found in a time of true need.

    This company was recommended to me by a friend. I called to make the appointment and Sara was so helpful and kind. I was able to schedule an appointment super quick. My techs Eric and Nathan were great! Very knowledgeable and helpful.     I moved into a house to find that the entire sewage system continued to get clogged and after a couple month I noticed a real bad odor. Conner came out and mad fast work to find that my main sewage line was clogged and he made fast work to get the system flowing again and cleaned the mess with OCD perfection! Then Conner and Jacob came back to replace my entire pipes that was damaged due to the massive clog they found. This team of plumbers are the most professional and effective company. I highly recommend them!

    Harry Hayes was the third place I called this morning for a plumbing service in Jacksonville - the first two had expensive pricing and were unable to come out on this date, which was important to me as it was my only day off for a week. Sara called me within a few minutes of me placing an online request, and was pleasant and extremely helpful. Heath was my technician and was here, completed the job, and cleaned up within an hour of the initial call from Sara. He worked quickly, efficiently, and answered all of my questions. The cost was still significantly cheaper than the other two services I contacted. I hope I don’t have another plumbing need in the near future, but if I do, I will be calling Harry Hayes back.     My mothers bathtub was draining slowly. I called and requested next day and they accommodated. Texted me 1 hour before arrival and sent a picture of the tech, which as a woman, I thoroughly appreciate. Jacob and his associate were very friendly and professional. Also clean and neat. In addition, since it only took about 15 minutes of their billed hour service call to clear the drain, they asked about other possible issues and checked other drains/faucets around the house. Found a leaking hose bibb and tightened it up. Looked at a possible leaking toilet. I felt like my money was well spent and in the realm of plumbing, was a reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend.

    We bought a 1926 historic home in need of a fairly major restoration- including removal of cracked and corroded cast iron pipes from upstairs bathrooms. We could not be more appreciative and thankful to have Jacob from Harry Hayes as our lead technician replacing pipes and ensuring the entire plumbing system is optimal for modern use and appliances. It’s definitely been a process (as expected) but we are so glad to have a thoughtful team that not only know what they are doing and are installing things properly but also actually communicate with us about their process and next steps AND are respectful of a historic home and making minimal, clean cuts into the plaster only as needed. Hands down phenomenal service. Highly recommend especially to those also with historic homes.

    My kitchen sink would not drain. I called Harry Hayes Plumbing because I pass by their shop every day. They were at my house in about 1 hour. Justin and Jack found the problem almost immediately and cleaned out the P-trap. I suffered a bit of sticker shock over the bill but they gave me a senior discount. There was a minimum one-hour labor charge plus the dispatch fee. Justin and Jack were very nice about helping me with a small unrelated task. I will probably call them again if needed.

    Nathan and Jacob came to our home to replace a drain line that was leaking. This turned into a partial repipe due to unforeseen circumstances, but even with the unique situation, they handled it quickly and showed confidence in their work. All at a great value. (After extensive water damage, the family is rightfully now paranoid of leaks.)     Had a kitchen & bathroom sink leaking. Service techs Erick & Nick called ahead to let me know they were on their way and arrived when they said at beginning of time window given at scheduling booking. They were both polite, friendly and professional. Took care of first sink (kitchen) within minutes of being there. Gave me a description of what they found & correction made. Moved on to next sink (bathroom), assessed what needed to be done, got what they needed to fix it, which included a trip for a part (old sink, broken part), and fixed it in a timely manner which included in both jobs cleaning up afterwards & putting everything back in place. I have nothing negative to say about anything they did. Everything is so costly nowadays & I definitely appreciate their knowledge & skill in completing the job quickly & done well. I wish the company rolled the callout fee of $99 as the first hour charge if they do the work; however, they don’t, which means an hourly fee (with a minimum of 1 hour) of $150 + $99= $249 is the minimum amount you pay plus any parts. This was another reason I appreciated the quick & efficient work of Erick & Nick! I also appreciated the seniors discount! It helped! Also, when I initially called the office to make the appointment I reached a young lady who was very friendly, cheerful and articulate. She quickly booked an appointment within a few days of my call & was also an asset to the company! I would not hesitate to recommend Harry Hayes Plumbing to family, friends or anyone !!

    Started out calling Harry Hayes Plumbing to get an estimate for replacing my toilet & bathroom faucet. A service charge applies for coming out just to give an estimate, which apparently is common with all plumbers & still charged whether they do the work or not. Justin came out & advised the toilet had a broken flange & could be replaced in lieu of replacing the toilet. Have him the go ahead to do it right then. He changed out the flange, which saved me around $400! Did a great job! The faucet just needed a new aerator but he did not have one for my faucet with him. He found it on Home Depots website for me. Going to pick that up today & install myself. Glad I called this firm. Thank you for doing a neat professional job.

    This is the best customer service I have received in years! I was a little skeptical because there was a dispatch fee of $125, but it was well worth it. Justin was on time, we got a text he was on his way and a phone call to my realtor who referred me. Justin was able to detect the issue with the supply line then found a leaking faucet outside.     I cannot say enough about how awesome this plumbing company is especially the plumber Jacob P. He solved our problem right away. We had Other plumbers come to the house and they couldnt figure out why the septic odor was backing up into the house. They suggested adding studor venting. Jacob P. found that a pipe in the wall was cracked and fixed it, no venting necessary. Had we just gone with venting we would have continued getting water in our walls when it rained and it would have become very costly to fix. This plumbing company is the best!

    We had 60 year old + plumbing in the wall between both bathrooms that needed to be renovated. Jacob was able to evaluate the condition of the pipes and give us an estimate. We had to replace the old pipes and knew it meant going through some tiles and the wall. He had to replace pipes all the wall to the venting and T joint which meant moving the toilet, (if I explained that correctly.) Jacob was able to save every tile but one, so we can place those back. He covered the open wall with a piece of wood and made sure it would stay in place until we could repair the tile. He was clean and courteous and cleaned up after the work was done. The cost was $2200 which made us swallow very hard, but we knew it had to be done. I would recommend Harry Hayes Plumbing. They will give you an estimate before any work is done. And if you choose not to use them, you only have to pay a service fee.

    I called 3 plumbers for estimates on replacing cast iron plumbing in my crawl space. Harry Hayes was the only one that would come take a look without charging me for the estimate. Jacob was on time, a great communicator, and crawled all over the crawlspace to photograph the problem areas in need of replacement. He explained to me in detail the scope of the work needed and I felt he was honest with me and eager to do the job to correct all the issues. Im not sure yet if this estimate is the lowest however, I would not mind spending a little more with this company based on their awesome customer service and ability to provide an on the spot estimate. Side note: It has been 48 hours and Im still waiting to receive the estimate from the company that I paid $125 to come take a look :(

    Installed washing machine vent and new pipe, fixed/repaired washing machine drain. The prior owner had some questionable plumbing work done, skipped the installation of a vent and used hoses instead of pipes in some areas. There was an 8 ft rubber hose from the washing machine drain to another line that should have been PVC pipe. The drain was also at an odd angle causing some smell/drainage issues.I dealt with four techs - the first two (Jacob and another nice man) visited to troubleshoot the problem because at first, I thought it was just a leak. As the issue was more involved, they could not fix immediately. They made sure I understood the problem completely, showed me photos from under the house and gave me a quote. There is a service fee to have them come look as with most plumbing companies. Booking a follow up appointment was easy. The work would have been completed the following day, but one of the techs had a medical emergency so my appointment had to be rescheduled. It was Labor Day weekend the job was not critical so I waited four more days for an appointment. Not a big deal for me - things happen. I do believe if it was a shower, toilet or flooding issue, they would have found a way to come out sooner.Jason and Connor came to do the repair and they were very nice, polite and respectful. The work was done well , they cleaned up after themselves and gave me a few pointers on some other not plumbing related work. I have full confidence in Harry Hayes and would certainly use them again for other jobs. They are not the most economical, but you can be sure they will do the job the right way and the service is great!

    I cant say enough about what a great company this is! We had some minor plumbing work done by a neighborhood handyman that had been recommended to us to replace the faucets in our bathroom tub, thinking it would cost less to use this person. Within 2 weeks one of the faucets actually fell off! What was worse we realized that the pipes in the wall had been leaking and spraying water inside the walls every time we turned the water on! I called Harry Hayes Plumbing and the wonderful lady that spoke with me on the phone (I cant remember her name) was so sweet and said they could get someone out by the next day. The repairmen (Erick & Joey) came promptly at the scheduled time, had gloves and masks on for our safety, and were very friendly and knowledgeable. They got the job done quickly and efficiently and even repaired our toilet that had not been sealed or bolted properly by the prior handyman.I was thrilled with their work and the price was much lower than I could ever have expected! My husband, who has a hard time coming to terms with his age and inability to do these type things any longer, was so happy with the experience and how nice the repairmen were that he thanked them profusely and then thanked me several times the rest of the day that I had called Harry Hayes Plumbing! Everyone at this house is very happy today!

    Had an issue with our drainpipe from a recently remodeled bathroom that Mr. Conner came out to take a look at. He was up front about what he expected the issue to be, didn’t bs us at all, and when he removed the toilet to confirm what the problem was he had accurately identified the source of the water.     I had quite a bit of work done in February of 2019. Jacob did an exceptional job. I was very pleased with the whole experience. I had to call them again recently. Eric came out and fixed my leaking toilet.I had to call them again recently when it appeared that I had a plumbing problem. The problem was that my septic tank was backed up. The guy with Jacob dug up the ground where the lid to my septic tank was. Jacob put a metal rod that was like a needle, but thicker down into it and told me it was full without having to remove the lid.I called the septic tank company that he recommended as I had just had my septic tank pumped out October 31, 2019 and it shouldnt have been full making me think the company that I used didnt do a good job. I called the service he recommended and was told it would be a week before they could get to me. Jacob called the office and asked them to call the septic tank company and ask for an immediate appointment for me. They got two men from that company to come out that day and pump out my septic tank.I found out that I had a problem because the inspector from the Department of Health came out to inspect the drain lines of my septic tank. He told me when I called the plumber to tell them to bring lime salt for the sewage that had leaked out. Jacob brought one bag, but he didnt think I had as much sewage leaked out as I did.I recently had spinal surgery. I have a 20 lb weight limit on what I can lift. Under normal circumstances, I could have gone to Home Depot or Lowes and bought more lime salt myself. I just couldnt do it with my weight restriction. I called Harry Hayes back and explained the problem. They went and bought a 50 lb bag of lime salt and had a man bring it out to my house that same day and spread it out for me as I had to do the cleanup of the sewage with the lime salt ASAP for the inspector.Overall, Harry Hayes Plumbing went above and beyond for me. Their prices are fair and competitive with current market prices for plumbers. I will only use them again in the future for my plumbing needs.

    Had a drain clog up over weekend, decided it was worth the pay for the emergency callout for a Sunday, called and left message, and signed up for a appointment on Sunday. Never heard from them. When I called this morning, they sent a plumber right out to fix the clog. Very happy to have clog cleared. Just wish they had a better weekend callout notification.
