Was able to receive a quote for a new hot water heater and book an appointment same day. The technicians were on time, very professional and friendly. The install turned out great and they left everything neat and tidy. Fair pricing and good, honest work… not easy to find. This was my first experience with Hall & Sons and couldn’t be happier. I’ll be calling them for all future plumbing needs.

Gary and the entire crew at Hall and Sons Plumbing are the best in town. They are fair, honest and provide high quality/trustworthy work. We purchased home (new to us) and it is on well. We had some issues with the existing filter system and water heater. After much diagnosing and time to figure out what the issues were, Hall and Sons did not give up and resolved it. They took care of our family not only with the issue, but took care of us on the cost to do the work as well.We cannot recommend them enough. They are the best. If you want to work with a local group, that is fair, trustworthy and treats you like family, then look no further. Hall and Sons is the BEST.

Great service! Very friendly, polite and professional staff. They were very considerate of our dog. They explained everything they were going to do and cleaned up nicely. I had some 4 cast iron drainpipe removed and replaced with PVC and had several drains tied in. I definitely recommend Hall and Sons Plumbing. It is hard to get residential plumbing work done. Seems like most work is commercial. Hall and Sons came out quickly to give an estimate and worked with my timeline. Was notified when they were on their way. Will surely use them again in the future.

They were on time, efficient, clean and quick to action when one of the valves under our sink was defective and broke during the repair. Donnie stayed calm and the water was cleaned up in no time. Stan and his partner were wonderful. Great solution to my problem, as well as suggestions for how to best accomplish additional projects I showed him. Update: I hated the shower head in my bathroom so I hired Stan again from Hall & Sons and not only he give me excellent advice on what and where to buy the apparatus but he did a perfect installation. This guy is a superstar of his profession. Update 7-3-24: Again had Stan out to help with some clog issues, which he not only easily solved, but showed me some great easy fixes to keep this from happening again. Hall and Sons are definitely customer service oriented. I will always turn to them for any plumbing issues.

Our grinder pump high-water level alarm & light went off at 3am. Contacted Gary Hall (Owner of Hall & Sons Plumbing) who I can always count on for professional plumbing expertise. Gary sent out John and Kyle who completely rebuilt our grinder pump and had it back in operation with 1.5 hours. Gary also contacted pump manufacturer due to warranty near expiration and was able to have all parts covered under warranty work. This company is outstanding! Gary visited first to assess our 1968 home’s plumbing needs and worked to get us scheduled quickly.The original galvanized pipes hadn’t yet failed but were corroded with rust and minerals (which is no surprise for that age).Tyler and Evan began work April 8th.We went with pex pipes which they ran to 6 sinks, 3 showers, 3 toilets, washing machine, and ice dispenser with minimal drywall access points and as little water shut off down-time as possible. For the finale they reworked the outside irrigation and replaced hose bibs, which also turned out excellent! The process took roughly 5 days. Both employees were personable and willing to please while dealing with tight attic space and warm weather. They cleaned up very well after each days work and kept an eye out for our escape artist pets along the way.We now have water pressure in our old home and couldn’t be more excited for it!A military discount was provided, which we are grateful for. Thanks to all!

We used them back in March for an emergency leak in our kitchen. After calling other companies that couldn’t fit us in late on a Friday afternoon, Hunter and another plumber from Hall and Sons Plumbing came and quickly fixed our kitchen sink. They were great! I was referred to Hall & Sons Plumbing from a local Facebook group and it was a great recommendation. I called first thing Wednesday morning for a leak under my sink. Mr. Hall answered and told me he would be able to get someone out the same day but needed a little while to get a specific time. Once a time was figured out, I was sent a text notification that gave me the estimated arrival window and who I could expect to show up (name and picture). The crew (Jeremy and an assistant) showed up on time, were very polite and professional, and worked quietly (important with two napping kids!!). They ended up needing to come back on Thursday to make a tweak but that too was simple and professional - with the same text updates and an email detailing the job/services provided. The price was fair, the work was good, and I would highly recommend using this company. Great experience.

Service is scheduled quickly and when they say there going to be there between 8-830. They will be there between 8-830. No huge 1/2 day wait windows then get a no show.3. The guys that respond have always been courteous, work fast, and give you real answers. They don’t try to up sell you.So in my mind there is no better option. Som of these other company’s have gotten to big for there pants especially with all the new construction and for got about just everyday people. They were so honest and they told me up front that it could turn into a really extensive demo job that would involve a good amount of time and money. However, they recognize my financial situation and assured me they would do everything they could to fix it. I had particles in my hot water line. I talked to a few plumbers and other peoples with backgrounds in plumbing. And they thought it might be a break in the waterline in my slab. I talked to Gary Hall, explain to him what was going on, he asked me a question: by chance do you have a tankless hot water heater. The answer was yes. My water is so hard that the minerals were being cooked by my tankless hot water heater and creating particles. They came in and cleaned out the tankless hot water heater, and installed a water conditioner. The water conditioner should remove all the minerals, plus the water taste better. They did a great job, prices were very reasonable, and the people explained everything that they were doing for me.They just came back for a follow up, checked up on me, and they refused to take any money from me. What a fantastic outfit.
