I contacted Florida Water Technologies (FWT) after buying a home with one of their softener systems, which wasn’t working properly. They promptly sent a technician, who thoroughly checked and reset the system. When the issue continued, they quickly responded each time I called and eventually replaced the faulty controller at no cost, which resolved the problem.Even though my home was a resale, FWT stood behind their product and installation. Their service is outstanding, with punctual, efficient, and courteous technicians. Ms. Shawn, the service coordinator, is great, staying on top of the issue until resolved.Kudos to this company for their customer-focused and exceptional service!

Outstanding product and service. I got quotes from several water softener companies in NE Florida. I met with Brad the owner of FWT and he was without a doubt the most knowledgeable of all the vendors I talked to in terms of product details and specifications. Every component that goes into their systems is tested and screened by Brad and meet all the major water softener system NSF standards. Their website contains a wealth of information for the informed buyer. The installer was on time and did a great job on the install. I know if I have any issues with the system FWT will stand behind their products. On pricing they offered the highest quality product for the lowest price.

Recently had their Hydro Steel 032 Softener system installed. System works very well. The Sales Rep. Brad thoroughly explained the system during the initial visit & a followup visit. The installer team of Ty & Tim were experienced & efficient, having to dig over 25 feet of trench to position the equipment out of sight, but still accessible. Ty explained the basic functions, controls, and how to add salt before leaving. Overall, the level of experience you would expect from a top rated company

Florida Water Technologies did some work for us. Professional, timely and reasonably priced. All well and good. Several weeks later, we noticed an issue when we used hot water. The Hot water tank was replaced by another service provider. The owner of FWT showed up the day we called, told us what part to order from Amazon (no up charging there) and had someone at our house to install it as soon as it came it. And we were not charged for this service all. Above and beyond in terms of service and expertise! in addition, a genuine understanding of the importance to the home owners. I can’t say enough Great Things about this company!

Great service and super knowledgeable! Everyone from our initial consultant to the installers and the customer service over the phone has been outstanding. Was quoted a very fair price for install and results were immediate! After having had the system installed for just over a year, I received a call pro-actively from FL Water Technologies to schedule time for a follow up check of the system, which is outstanding customer service in and of itself. What absolutely blew me away was that I received a personal visit from the owner himself who had come out to test the water quality and verify how everything was going. I couldn’t be happier that I went with FL Water Technologies and they definitely have a customer for life. Excellent Water system, I had my system for 4 years with no issues what so ever. The Clack valve utilized in this system is awesome and the system is at a very reasonable price. The service manager contacted me with out me reaching out to them to do my 4 year service at no cost. This is better than Culligans system 5 times over, at a much more reasonable price. We emailed them on a Saturday, was reached out to buy a rep Sunday, and he was out at our house on the Monday! Their team is so kind and easy to work with. We were lucky they could install our water softener on the Tuesday and within a week my eczema cleared up completely. They are very affordable, too! The water softener and filtration system had to go outside but they made it as appealing as possible and even dug the tank into the ground a bit so it was less visible. Their products also come with a lifetime warranty and periodic check ups.Thanks guys!!

I recently had my water softener replaced by Florida Water Technologies and I have to say so far my experience with them has been great. Brad who came to evaluate what I currently had was very professional and honest and recommended what was best considering the situation we had with our water (super stinky smell). Unlike the other company I had originally called he did have a water testing kit. He scheduled me right away to have my old water softener replaced within a couple days, would have probably been sooner if it wasnt for the weekend that fell in between. I thought the great experience had ended there but to my surprise the person who came on Monday (Josh) to replace it was amazing, very professional great attitude and very patient. He explained every little detail I had questions on, he was very thorough. So far our water has no smell at all runs super clean and Josh tested it again before he left after installing our water softener, they even shocked our pipes and made sure they were free of any bacteria. I recommend them 100%!!!And forgot to mention that Brad contacted me probably less than 10 minutes after I had submitted my request online for a quote and he came by and didnt charge me for the service call.

We bought a 3M Water System through Florida Water Technologies about a year ago. When we made that purchase, we were told that we would receive a 1 year courtesy inspection at no charge to make sure everything was running properly and that there were no issues with our system. We were happy to find that this company stood behind what they sold us. I got a notice in the mail that it was time for the inspection, I called and Chris scheduled the appointment very promptly and when the service man came out he tested the system, answered my questions in detail and the best part.....gave me an invoice marked NO CHARGE just as promised! Let’s start with the fact that my old water softener was installed in 2004 by someone other than FWT. So here we go; I submitted an online request with FWT over a weekend and they called me by 0930 Monday morning. I was able to schedule a salesperson to come out that afternoon and was able to get a whole new system that Thursday. Please forgive me that I can’t remember every person who I spoke to but from the first phone call that Monday the office/customer support staff was very friendly. The sales person was knowledgeable, friendly, and provided great insight to the entire process. Our installer(Dustin) was awesome. These days it is rare that every single step in a multi-step process was flawless but this one was. So hats off to all of you at Florida Water Technologies. HIGHLY RECOMMEND - Top quality customer service.The team at Florida Water Technologies installed a system at my house (which comes from a well) and did an excellent job.The primary reason for getting the water system was to eliminate a sulfur smell that was coming from my taps. After the install the smell went away for about a month but then came back. I called up the team at Florida Water and they came out the next day to problem solve and eventually fix the issue. I now have 0 issues with my water!

After doing extensive research, we chose to have Water Technologies install our 3M water softening salt system. Now its 4 years later and weve never had any issues with our system. Water Technologies was nice enough to come out and do a 4yr courtesy inspection of our system recently. Many companies would forget by now that you even purchased a system and would never offer a courtesy check this long after installation. Cant say enough of how impressed we were with their customer service from installation to now. There was such an improvement of water quality and a major reduction of lime and calcium build up on our plumbing fixtures.

Impressive. Quick response to set up appointment to review what types of water softener offered. Was able to take out old Culligan Gold unit and replace with a new unit. Really impressed of the neat plumbing install instead of old unit having plumbing pvc pipes all over the place. Once installed they walk you through how it works, offer salt sales and delivery, or purchase salt at Lowe’s or Sam’s club what ever is more convenient for the consumer. Contacted Florida Water Technologies INC knowing that I would be dealing with professionals. I was not aware that I would get to deal with the owner himself. Brad is incredible. If you want to be in good hands, you need to have your water softener installed by FWT Inc. The meeting was professional meaning he arrived in a clean vehicle, button up 3M shirt (proud product ownership), and as well groomed. His knowledge was incredible and he explained every detail about our water as a free lab test was done in home. He had interactive software on a portable laptop. As we conducted a test, I feared that I would need the most expensive system but was quickly assured that unless my water was above 1ppt of Chlorine, that I should not even consider the next step up. My test came out to .13 on Chlorine which was a relief. You can trust these guys to make sure YOU and YOUR FAMILY are well taken care of. I am a 27 year old Active Duty guy in the Navy. My word is good.

Professional from the start. We had a system installed today and I wish every home project could be as smooth a process as this. For the initial appointment, Brad Berdon, the sales rep, actually called and communicated that he was running late due to a traffic on 9A (I already knew about it). He tested the water, didnt try to sell me something I didnt need, and answered all of my questions without acting like he had to be somewhere else. Setting the appointment for installation was easy and they showed up on time. The installer accidentally hit the sprinkler pipe when he was digging. Hey...stuff happens. He came to the door, told my wife what he had done, and that he was going to fix it. Hmmm. Kinda makes you wonder if that other water softener company youre thinking about using would have done that.After the installation, my wife had 101 questions which he fielded with ease and without talking down to her (he needs an official attaboy for that). So, the installer leaves the house and comes back 15-20 minutes later because he wasnt sure he had opened a valve. He could have called and we would have gladly opened it to save him the trip, but he did what he felt was the proper thing to do. Let that resonate. Shouldnt all home improvement professionals be like that?I started to install a water softening system years back, but I got really frustrated with almost every company I called. Two came out for testing. I just felt their companies were a little....skeezy, and I think you know what I mean. We had the TOTAL OPPOSITE impression during our interactions with Brad and his team at Florida Water Technologies.Look, either you need a water softener or you dont. Last June, they replaced my aging home water softer with a modern version plus a home house filter. The system was installed professionally and worked well.A month ago, a defect in the whole home water filter caused the filter cartridge to disintegrate and sent little broken pieces of cartridge throughout my home plus it destroyed the water softener mechanism.I am pleased to say Florida Water Technologies responded quickly to the problem. They replaced the filter cartridge plus the water softener internal mechanism. They also made sure all my faucets and toilets were functioning perfectly.This is a company that stands behind their product. The technicians here are amazing! Take a look at my install. These guys buried the unit half-way down to provide a clean low-profile look. By far the best looking unit in our neighborhood. All the wires and pipes are routed perfect and they relocated the water shut-off valve, so I can access it easier. We also had them install the RO system under the kitchen sink. We changed from another well known company (WKC) to Florida Water Technologies, Inc. Why ? We had called to have the Carbon and Resin changed out in our system as chlorine was becoming noticeable. Upon arrival, WKC advised they no longer “service” my model. The only options were to “rebuild” the current system for about $2,500 (which only had a 1 year warranty on the rebuild) or replace it for about $5,000. Without even determining if the system itself was ok.. that was the options. They attempted the standard sales tactic (“The 25% off sale ends at the end of the month”). Thus, I called and spoke with a manager who was going to check and get back with me. Needless to say I had to call back. After which, I received a call a few days later stating they could do what I originally requested for $899.After researching, I called FWT and had them remove the old system and replace it with their premium system which has a lifetime warranty on all parts and 5 years on labor at the same cost of the other companys “rebuild”. Water is great now ☺

I have a Culligan under the sink RO filter and Culligan wanted to charge me more than $250 to change the filters and replace the leaking faucet. This company did the job for only $140. They were very professional and knew all about this type of system.
