These guys are super fast and extremely professional.Our sink had a leaky pipe, and we first had a handyman check it out. The handyman threw some adhesive on it and called it a day… Not Florida Empire! They’re techs instantly recognized the problem with how the piping was installed, and were able to replace and fix it within an hour.Highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs!

Our hot water stopped working and they were able to come out in the same day, replaced our garbage disposal at the same time, hot water is working! Very impressed with how fast they worked and they were very neat and clean. The communication was perfect.

David and Tim with Florida Empire Plumbing were called out to my apartment on an emergency call for a water leak. When they got here they could hear and see the damage was bad. The sheet rock was soaked and moldy and just collapsed when touched. I know it was late on a call, but I very much appreciated Tim and David coming out and doing what they do best and fix it. There’s still sheet rock to be repaired by the apartments, but they did a great job fixing the water leak. Thank you guys so much!!

Not only did they come out and fix my emergency (busted pipe in my master bathroom) but they cleaned up after themselves and were extremely professional the entire visit. It was cool to have plumbers that I could trust!

Recently moved to Jacksonville and the house I moved into needed some repairs. One of which was a leaky shower valve. My property management company has great reviews and its obvious why they chose this company to do work for them. Noah, the lead plumber, was fast, profesional, and super clean. He cut an access hole on a wall opposite of the shower valve with marksmanship accuarcy. His assistant Vlad was almost 2 steps ahead at every phase of the process which helped cut my down time tremendously. I was without water for less than 30 mins and when done they worked together to leave everything as clean and tidy as they found it. Im willing to bet if this is not the best team they have on their payroll its one of the best. If I am in need of any other repairs I will make sure to ask for these two by name. Steve and his partner (didnt catch his name) were incredible! I was busy taking care of my baby and toddler and Steve was on his hands and knees cleaning up my bathroom, took out my garbage and asked me if there is anything more he can do to help me get my bathroom back in order! Elvis’s team did great work on my house. I had a broken spigot on the outside of my house. His technicians responded timely and the issue was taken care of in less than an hour. The owner, Elvis, also fully reimbursed me with cash out of his own pocket for a piece of my own equipment that was inadvertently broken in the repair process. Can’t recommend them enough!
