Had an amazing experience with Jesse and Fenwick Home Services yesterday. Woke up to my water softener and filter leaking in my garage. Jesse and his partner were able to come out that same day to take a look at it. They did a wonderful job of walking me through what was happening and how best to fix the problem. I really appreciated him answering all my questions and explaining how the new system worked. His friendly demeanor made the entire process enjoyable, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about getting the job done right. This is only my second time using Fenwick, and I can tell you that it wont be the last!

My water heater broke in the early hours of the morning. I called Fenwick Home Services and they were able to send someone out very timely. My plumbers name was Steve Hancock and he went above and beyond. The water heater was in a very low-ceilinged closet in the garage. He cleaned everything out, removed the old water heater and installed the new one, all the while with a great attitude and work ethic. Will definitely be using them again for my plumbing needs. Excellent experience!

John Atnip was the bomb 💣 dot com! Not only was he professional and courteous but also knowledgeable about the service he was providing. He came in, was able to unclog my drains and had us up and running. He continuously checked behind himself to make sure sure that the work was done prior to taking payment. He provided me with an estimate and captured my signature prior to starting the job and explained everything to me. This is my 2nd time utilizing Fenwick and because of the consistency in quality services that I received, I’m going to have them do additional work for my future group home. Hands down, the price is right, the service is good, and you won’t be disappointed with the technicians. John was not only good looking but very respectful and down to earth. Fenwick is lucky to have such talented people on their team. New fridge delivered and the faucet behind it was leaking when we hooked up the water line. Called Fenwick at 11:30 on a Saturday and they said theyd have someone out between 12 and 4. Dayngel showed up at 2, had the issue diagnosed and quoted in less than 10 minutes. Less than an hour later the job was done and our new Fridge is in full working order. Dayngel was knowledgeable, friendly and performed a very clean and tidy repair. Dayngel is the man!!!

Technician took the entire day to complete the job because he was along. he had to put together two new toilets plus switch an old one from one bath room to another and disposed one. The home had just placed the entire first floor with engineered laminate floors. Of course he placed floor mats to protect the new floors. He left the house a spotless as he found it, we had a cleaning service just before he arrived. Of course he made sure all toilets were working the way they should. Excellent job.!!!

Zach quickly assessed the situation, explained the necessary repairs, and resolved the issue within 10 minutes. The professionalism and rapid response time were by far the best weve ever experienced. We recently purchased our home and knew from inspections that our tankless water heater was in need of repair or replacement being 10 years old. I researched plumbing companies, including going to TECO referral page and Fenwick came up in a few places with good reviews. I called and they were able to come out same day and quote a price for fixes and replacement. Ultimately we went with replacement and it was all said and done by the end of the day. MICHAEL BOWEN and Fenwick are our new go-to plumbers! We will call and request Michael to come replace our kitchen faucet and a few other smaller repairs around the house. He was friendly, patient while I asked questions and enjoyable to talk with.

Dayngel Fernández was the technician sent to do our assessment and repair. He was patient and explained everything to our understanding. He took care and repaired our plumbing issue then cleaned up after checking that everything was in proper working order. There were a few unexpected issues during his repair job but he handled them professionally and calmly. I appreciated greatly that he did his work carefully and to ensure that it would be properly completed. Because of this experience with Mr. Fernandez, I would recommend him and Fenwick Services for any plumbing job.

I am a General Contractor…and I use Matt Gray to do all of my plumbing and gas work. I have been in this line of work for approx 27 years now…and I can honestly say’s that Matt is without a doubt the best plumber that I have ever worked with. He is extremely knowledgeable of the field and of code. He is extremely meticulous and will not leave the job site until everything is as perfect as it can be in this line of work. He also works well with all of my other sub contractors to make sure that all aspects of the work are coordinated together. I appreciate and respect him. I could not recommend him more. Paul Golden works along side Matt on all of my projects as well. He has been a great addition to the team. He is a great plumber and is also very conscientious. He does great work. I am very happy to have both of these guys working with our team.

A name and company you can trust for plumbing, heating and air.Living in Orange Park Florida, you know Florida weather can be bipolar during the winter. One day you’re running heat and the next you’re running your AC.I kicked on my AC on Saturday only to discover it wasn’t blowing cold air. I immediately jumped online and scheduled for a technician to come out.Always available and not outrageous for a weekend service check.Ryan was my technician for a scheduled appointment Sunday to determine issue and showed up at schedule window.Knowing the unit is 24 years old much of the parts and items have become obsolete and you can’t bandaid things any longer.Now to have estimate for getting things back in running order without issues.I called upon them for replacing AC on my deceased sisters home where my nieces reside. I’ve had them replace my water heater when that went out. Now I trust in them for my own AC/heating needs.

We were very impressed with Fenwick Home Service. We had a pipe break in a wall in our guest bath and the only way to stop it was to shut the water down in the entire house. I was able to call at 2:00 am in the morning and set up an appointment for the next day which was such a relief. Dale Willis was the plumber that arrived, on time and we were very impressed with his skills and professionalism. A problem that we thought would take days to resolve was fixed and our water was back on by the follwing afternoon. We cant thank Dale enough and will definitely reach out to Fenwick again and recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

I would like to give a shout out to Fenwick Home Services for a plumbing issue I encountered yesterday. I couldnt get my shower to turn off. My shower has a one handle controller, pull to turn on, push to turn off, rotate left or right for hot or cold water. The round plastic handle came loose when I attempted to turn off the water. I attempted to turn off the water at the street, but was unable to do so. I couldnt access the water shut-off in the garage. I called Fenwick and requested emergency plumbing services. I explained the problem. Matthew Webb arrived a few hours later. He turned off the water at the street, took the handle off and checked the cartridge. The cartridge was ok, but the handle apparently was the original from 1978 when the house was built. It has tabs on the underside rim which some apparently broke off, and was the only replacement needed. Matthew had to leave to get the part, but was back in 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, listened to my non-plumber explanations, and was very attentive to my questions. I enjoyed talking to him and wanted you to know that you have a great employee on your team. I couldnt be more pleased!

My issue being no warm/hot air coming out of my ceiling vents when I had my thermostat set to “heat” at a set temp. The unit would run but blow cool (to my hand) air. Sparing some details about further troubleshooting, I did some research about the issue and then decided to call Fenwick.I was able to get a technician sent to me during the same day that I called.Dylan, the technician (friendly & knowledgable), quickly evaluated the cause and determined that there was a leak in my refrigerant line based on a pressure test showing no pressure whatsoever. He did a test on the line by filling it with nitrogen (if I remember correctly) and revealed the location of the leak based on hearing the audible hiss from the coils in my indoor unit.Having identified the issue, we discussed solutions where I was presented several options.He determined that the parts were under factory warranty and provided me an estimate for the repair. The cost was unfortunately much more than I was expecting (basing expectations on: the original cost of my unit w/ installation when I bought it new and that it is not near the end-of-expected-lifecycle based on manufacturer info) for labor and other non-factory warranty covered costs included a (new/different) warranty for the repair done by them.Seeing as I had this current ac unit installed 5 or so years ago (purchased and installed by a different company) I expect that I should have another 5 years or so of reliability with this unit.Dylan, understanding my perspective regarding weighing my options, set me up with an appointment for a free estimate for potentially replacing the entire unit in case that might be a more ideal solution.He left me with a few tips in the meantime while I continue the process of determining the best route forward.It was a very timely and useful diagnostic appt and the technician was knowledgable and quick to understand my perspective.I was charged exactly what was previously discussed during my initial call with the company for a diagnostic check.I’m a happy customer with Fenwick and have leveraged their services for AC as well as plumbing in the past.With that in consideration and to no fault to Fenwick in particular, the cost of this particular repair warrants additional research before making a decision.

We had never had problems with the toilet but all of a sudden it wouldn’t flush. We used a little narrow snake. That didn’t work. My son came over with a 20 foot-long snake. The toilet still would not flush. Time to call the experts Fenwick! Chris came to our home used a bigger better auger, but it still didn’t work. He took the toilet off and he saw the rubber seal and the wax part dissolved and clogging up the toilet. He cleaned everything up and put a new rubber seal on and bolts the toilet. I was happy it flushed, but the bowl was all scratched up from the 20 foot snake. Chris showed me how to take sand paper and gently sand out the scratches. It worked! I would give a 5 star rating for the work the technician did but every time I use your services you quote a price on my email and when the technician finishes the work he states there is no way (No Code) that will allow him to charge that amount quoted and they say they have to charge a higher cost or try to give discounts to get my bill close to the quoted cost. The cost always ends up being more than the quote. This is something you need to correct. If you email me stating it will be $212 to flush out my water heater that is the price I expect to pay and should be charged. You need to work out the coding issue on your end.

Fenwick sent Joshua S. out to provide initial estimate, diagnostic work, and repair. I am 100% certain that Fenwick saved me hundreds of dollars on the cut out and repair of defective piping within a shared wall between kitchen and bath sink. Joshua noticed that he could access faulty bath sink drain piping through a panel under the kitchen sink. A competitor wanted to rip out my bathroom tile, wall, etc. to access the pipe. Softener went bad. Craig Rock came out and really went above and beyond on the repairs. My filter had busted sending carbon throughout the lines in the house. He took every aerator off the faucets, disassembled the shower heads, and purge all the lines. He was remarkable and saved me the time of having to do it.
