He also communicated everything clearly and did an outstanding job on the install. Hes a cool guy, and even waited around after the install to confirm that my hot water was working again. Jerry fixed my broken hot water line and even installed my new bathroom faucet (which I was attempting to do when the water line broke). The 35 year old water pipe was so brittle that when he tried to hook up my cold water line it broke too!! So he replaced that as well. His first words after the cold water line broke were that would have happened 5 minutes after I left if I didnt hook this up for you, and he is right.After not having water for 2 days over the weekend, Jerry had me up and running in less than 2 hours with new lines and a new bathroom faucet! If you want your problem solved call Jerry. I did, and Im sure glad I did.He also thanked me for my service 3 times while he was at the house. Im no war hero but he made me seem like one.Bottom line: good guy, good service, and good price. Glad I called Jerry!!

Home Depot misrepresented the time it would take for their contractors to replace my home water heater. Then contractor didnt even show up within the window they provided, gave a ridiculously expensive estimate and never followed up after leaving my house. Jerry with Everybodys Plumbing took my call and replaced my water heater in the same day for a very reasonable price. He was courteous, compassionate, punctual and competent. Very impressed. Would recommend hhim/his company to anyone.

Jerry Ward, owner of Everybodys Plumbing came to my home today, July 10, 2019 to fix 2 plumbing issues. Not only did he fix those issues he also went above and beyond and alleviated 2 other issues I had. I would recommend him to everyone. Hes honest, knows what hes doing and charges a fair price. Ill never call another plumber. Hes the best Ive ever used. Dont waste time with the other guys...call Jerry....hes GOOD!!! One last thing...if I could give him more than 5 stars I certainly would.

OK Cant say enough about Jerry from Everybodys Plumbing. I am an out of area owner with a young adult child living in a home in the area. Sewers were backed up everywhere and it was a crisis. My husband would have driven 5 hours each way to come deal with it but he is on a trip 3,000 miles away. Jerry was the only Plumber I called that even answered the phone. Left messages with at least 5 and am still waiting to hear back from any of them more than 24 hours later. At 3:45 yesterday I got him on the phone while he was with another client and he came right over after he was done there. Based on our conversation he did say the job may be too big for him if we needed to have a camera run to see where the issue was but said he would come check it out anyway. He showed up, called me and honestly referred me to bigger companies that would save me money if they had to do the camera scope. Did not charge me a dime for the assessment. Who does that? A great contractor, thats who. Honesty and integrity goes a long way. Fast forward to today one of the companies came out and handled our issue and he cared enough to ask me to update him. Cant thank him enough and will refer him to others whenever possible. Great guy!

Exceptional customer service! It was 5:00 pm Friday evening and I had just noticed a large leak from my 12-year-old hot water heater. I called Everybodys Plumbing Co. and got the owner, Jerry Ward. I explained what was going on and Jerry informed me that he was currently on another job, but hed come over right after he finished, in an hour or so. This was totally unexpected, as I figured Id be going the weekend without hot water, at the very least. Anyway, Jerry came over about 6:00 and within 2-hours had a new water heater installed--he was pleasant, professional, efficient, and his pricing was fair. I would call on Jerry and Everybodys Plumbing again without hesitation.

He did the work correctly and in a timely manner. He was concerned about protecting my home from any damage that might happen during the course of his work. I know about plumbing and he took no shortcuts. He is now my plumber and you should contact him because hell be your plumber too.

After finding out we had a slab leak in our home, we spoke with a few different plumbers on advice and quotes to repair or re-pipe. I got so many different opinions, and absurd quotes. Finally, spoke to Jerry at Everybodys Plumbing and he gave me great, honest advise right from the start. He was out to the house in just a couple hours from contact to asses the leak. Once I called him back to set up the appointment to repair, he fit us in right away. He was able to come even earlier than he thought and had the leak fixed much quicker than I anticipated. I had the good fortune to have Jerry at Everybidys Plumbing recommended to me several years ago. I have had plumbing issues and have called him to replace everything from faucets to garbage disposals. Jerry always answers promptly and has always been able to respond right away when we need him. I realize this might not always be the case depending on where he is or if he’s involved in another project, but he can always tell you when he can arrive.I have found the service call and repair charges to be very reasonable...more so than I experienced with others in the past before he was recommended to me. There is never anything messy or dirty when he leaves. He is pleasant to work with, takes time to explain what caused your problem and how to prevent the same problem in the future.He IS my plumber. I highly recommend Everybody’s Plumbing. I wouldn’t call anyone else.

We had a difficult plumbing job in our bathroom that Jerry tackled saving us a lot of money by working it so we didnt need to open a wall or remove tile. He also quickly installed a water shut-off valve in our garage. He is someone you can trust, a master licensed plumber. He will also give you the absolutely fairest price. I hired a handyman to install a new toilet. After 3 attempts over 2 weeks to seat the toilet, it continued to leak, and he quit responding to my texts. I went to AngiesList to search for a plumber. I selected Everybodys Plumbing Company primarily because it had an A rating and was nearby on the Westside. I received a reasonable estimate from Jerry and an appointment was scheduled. He determined the flange was cracked and some bolts had been assembled incorrectly. He fixed the problem and left. The next day I noticed some additional water, but it didn’t seem to be coming from underneath. I contacted Jerry and he came out again that afternoon. He quickly determined there was additional leaking between the back of the toilet and the base. He separated the two parts and found the seal was put on incorrectly. He re-manipulated the seal into its’ octagonal shape, reinstalled it, and reattached the back to the base. He also cleaned out the fill valve that had collected some debris causing the toilet to fill slowly. I was half-anticipating there would be an additional charge because the problems were not related and he made an extra trip. What I got was an apology from Jerry that he didn’t see the problem on his 1st trip. That’s refreshing. If you need an experienced plumber, someone dedicated to doing the job right, call or text Jerry.

Came over on a Saturday almost immediately to replace my entire bath/shower head and the valve in the wall. We couldn’t turn the water off so the entire house had to be shut off. Finished in 2.5 hours and rounded down to two hours on the price. Everything was done quickly and correct, and he took the time to replace the square he cut out from the opposite wall. Excellent experience.

Jerry was amazing! First off I needed a plumber to come out to my house same day because a pipe leading to my washer cracked (cold water) and because of this my water was shut off to my house from the street. Jerry was able to come out after he finished up another job. He arrived on scene and took a look and told me he had to go to the supply store to get the parts he needed to fix it. He came back and was thoughtful enough to grab an item that would fix both pipes (you know what they say, if an item is in pairs and one goes bad, the other isnt far behind). From there he continued to fix and replace the old parts all while keeping great conversation with me and giving me tips on places to check out around the area. Once it was said and done we turned the water back on, hooked up the washer and did a test cycle and everything worked like nothing had happened. Needless to say I definitely recommend Everybodys Plumbing Co. Jerry was amazing and helped me out in a bind!

I had a great experience with Everybodys Plumbing Company. I spoke with Jerry to make an appointment for my running toilet as I figured I needed to have my fill valve repaired or replaced because I knew it was just wasting water. Wasnt looking forward to paying that bill.Basically, Jerry and his partner came promptly to my house, diagnosed the issue, made a quick trip to Home Depot for the part they needed and did all of the repairs in under an hour. The only regret I have is that I wish I would have called them two months prior instead of putting it off for so long.My final bill was a flat $90 and well worth the time and money (plus aggravation) I would have spent watching Youtube videos on How to Fix a Toilet - Fill Valve Replacement and still not know what to do. In the end, it was money well spent and the repair has made a tremendous difference in my sewer/water bill.Professional and personable. Highly recommend Everybodys to E-V-E-R-Y-B-O-D-Y. :)

I used Larry Teagues plumbing for an entire re-pipe due to a slab leak at my home. During the re-pipe the input line to the water softener was damaged and began to leak. I contacted the number they left me in the event of any problems, and they attempted to repair the leak but instead placed the softener in bypass to stop the leak and asked that I order new o-rings and clips. Once the parts were received they spent over 4 hours trying to stop the leak, but were unsuccessful. Three months later, after receiving excuse after excuse why it cant be repaired, I got in contact with Jerry from everybodys plumbing, and the leak was repaired in less than 30 minutes. WOW!

Gerald is truly just a great guy. Sadly he was out of town when our garbage disposal went out but he talked to me over the phone and walked us through fixing it and saved us $200 in after hour charges from another plumbing company and however much else it would have been to actually fix the disposal. I would recommend anyone to him and the 24 hour service is great. The fact he took the time to help us free of charge over the weekend while he was spending time with his family says a lot about the guy. Very genuine and knowledgable 10/10, 5 stars. 100% WILL CALL AGAIN.
