My first time using Encore Plumbing today: Was recommended by a nice neighbor. They were very helpful and positive and responsive on the phone, and helped guide me through my options with an outside sewer pipe issue. They came the very next morning, and were very friendly and supportive, explaining things to me as they went. They gave lots of useful info and advice, and they resolved the issue successfully. Very personable and down to earth, and they really went the extra mile to explain options and possibilities, in the immediate, near, and distant future. Overall, a great service experience with great folks. Would highly recommend.

10/10 recommend these guys. They help me find a leak in our pool plumbing. Very professional and thorough. They made sure I understood everything through the whole process. Nobody ever wants to call the plumber 🤑, but I look forward to using these guys again!
