I called late on a Friday evening with a septic emergency, but not knowing what was causing it. They were here by 2 PM on Saturday, pumped my tank which did not fix the problem, then went over and above, found the blockage and corrected that as well. They did excellent work, went over and above and were here less than 1 hour! Very professional, excellent work at a reasonable price. I did check pricing for Saturdays and this Co was as much as $300.00 less! I cant praise every employee I spoke with, as well as the company in general, enough for the wonderful experience they created for me out of a disaster.

My technician, Ryder, arrived at my house within an hour after I called for emergency service on a Sunday afternoon. He was very polite, he came in and assessed my issue. He had to leave to go get parts, but once he got back, he got right to work, and did a fantastic job on my repair. It was quite involved. All of his work was expertly done and looks nice. And, I’m pretty sure he gave me an exceptionally good price for what he had to do! This was the first time I used Duck Duck Rooter, but I will definitely be calling them if I ever need any more plumbing services! Being retired and on a fixed income, it’s nice knowing I wasn’t taken advantage of! Thank you again, Ryder!!!!!

A company really has to really go above and beyond for me to carve out time in my busy schedule to leave a review. That being said Duck Duck Rooter as a company is the best in the industry my opinion. Their technicians are professional and really care about their customers. Ive had 2 separate occasions where Ive called for service and each time was a situation of panic. They were able to send their technician and fix the problem. Edward was our most recent technician. He was sent out to help my mother n law who had just lust her husband. He was so sweet and treated her situation mixed with her emotions so fragile and took care of her. We’ve had a frustrating mystery clog in one of our drain pipes for quite a while, annd finally decided to call Duck Duck. Allen arrived and after a bit of discussion zeroed in on the problem right away. He was very friendly and communicative along the way - I had quite a few questions and he was more than happy to answer them all and help educate me on what was going on. He clearly knew his stuff and didn’t waste time. I really enjoyed the whole Duck service, and will be calling them first for any future similar issues. Oh, and DRAIN CLEARED!! 😃

I had used Duck Duck Rooter before and it was a good experience so when i had septic issues, they came, diagnosed and after permitting they recently replaced my whole system. A big project indeed but i was very happy with their process, listening to concerns, and in 3 days it was done. Ginger came by more than once explaining everything, answering all questions. They had to reschedule a couple times on me, but I understand that these fixes arent always fast. Needless to say once they arrived, they quickly identified the issue, a simply clog between the house and the tank.. and in fact identified another problem with my pump that hadnt caused issues yet, but certainly would have eventually. Duck Duck Rooter provided service for me today relating to clogged up air conditioning condensate lines. The service from the time of making the appointment, to the completion of the actual work, was a pleasant experience. The technician was able to navigate within the raised crawl space located between the ground and the underside of the first floor to confirm the installation. He also made some piping modifications to the two condensate lines which will most likely prevent this problem from happening again. Reasonable pricing, fast service (day after I placed the call) and very satisfactory work performance.

I’ve used other plumbing companies in Jacksonville for different jobs, and this is the first time I didn’t feel like I got taken for a ride on the pricing. I’ll definitely be using them for future plumbing needs.

I think Josh and jordan took care of me. I went from having to wait to flush the toilet because water was coming back up my shower to running all three sinks, both showers, and flushing both toilets at the same time and not hearing even the tiniest of gurgles. First off, I may have gotten lucky that there wasn’t more needed other than some intense labor and know how, but the price was amazing!! My reasonably, hourly-priced heroes. I did some review searches first and other well known companies in town would have been multiple times more expensive. I live in an older home with a crawl space and most things happening under there. In the past, I’ve called AC companies that either didn’t want to do the work or complained the whole time, like I built the house in 1933. These guys didn’t care and were under the house within five minutes of arriving and just handled it. Great work!!! Can’t recommend them enough.

After working with another company that did a very poor job assessing our issue, Duck Duck Rooter was able to come in and literally save the day. What we thought was just a routine septic pumping ended up turning into us needing to have our whole septic system and drain field replaced. We got quotes from at least 6 different companies and they were able to beat the competition in pricing and did a great quality job completing the work. The owner, Jeff, and his staff provided great communication and were very personable. Always available to help answer any questions we needed. We will definitely be back for any future plumbing, septic or AC needs.

I would typically never think of writing a review for a septic tank pump out, but the service I received deserves a review. I have two older septic tanks on my property. The house was built in 1948, so the tanks and drain field are antiques. I called a competitor who was recommended to me, and was left waiting all day with zero communication. Thankfully, the competitor didnt show up, as their prices were almost $200 more than Duck Duck Rooter.After being stood up by the other company, I called Duck Duck Rooter at 6:30 last night. They said that they could have a team at my house in the morning before 10. I got a phone call saying that the team was on their way, and less than 5 mins later Mark and Jordan arrived at my door.I explained the situation I was having and they were both courteous and professional as they pumped out my tanks. I was concerned that the company would try to tell me that I needed a new tank and just make a sell. I wasnt looking to spend $30K on a new tank. That wasnt the case, they werent pushy at all. They explained what they were seeing in the tanks, and that yes, I would need a new tank, but I might have a few years left out of the original tank.They also provided some tips to help my system last longer and did an outstanding job of cleaning up the patio from any mess that had been made from digging the hole.Thank you Duck Duck Rooter for an outstanding job at a great price! The truck operator was knowledgeable and thoughtful enough not to drive down our long fragile concrete driveway.This approach required the use of a very log hose which required an additional charge and it turns out we also needed plumbing work inside the house. Had William and Dillon out from DDR for a line that kept backing up. They were able to pinpoint exactly where the issue was using a camera. I then scheduled the work and they arrived on time, did exactly what they said they were going to do, fixed the line, and cleaned up. They finished quicker than I expected and left the room with minimal evidence they did anything (contained within about a 3x2 section). I highly recommend these guys. William and Dillon were both very courteous and professional.

Excellent experience for full residential septic system replacement with Duck Duck Rooter! From the first communication with the owner Jeff on through to the project manager Buddy, installer Russell and his amazing crew Kim, Jesse, Steve, Scott & Carlos... I want to call out everyones name involved because this entire team did an amazing job with our septic replacement/repair. Ours was a unique situation that required some extra attention to detail and solutions. The crew worked diligently to address these issues while protecting many existing underground irrigation/drainage pipes, landscape lighting, etc. and limiting disruption to any part of our yard outside of what was needed for the installation. They were beyond patient with my concerns and answered any questions I had on installation and operation of the system and all components. I highly recommend Duck Duck Rooter for any septic needs for their extremely professional, courteous and timely workmanship and overall attention to customer satisfaction throughout the entire process. We had a sump pump problem. We had issues with our home warranty and Lea from the office was super helpful in making sure things went smoothly. Even after the first initial fix, which was the flapper, was replaced all was good then the pump died! They were able to get out quickly and replaced the pump. Everyone who came to our home for the repair was kind and friendly and explained in good detail about what was going on. If we have another problem in the future we will be using them again.
