    I had requested an estimate on a new heat pump and David arrived on time to complete the estimate. He was knowledgeable and professional. He not only checked the inside and outdoor unit but climbed into the attic to examine the duct work. We discussed the specs of different units and David answered my many questions and concerns putting me at ease and making the decision to contract with Buehler an easy one. The price was very competitive so I was not paying extra for quality. Unit is installed and we are very satisfied.

    I contacted Buehler A/C and Plumbing because of a clogged bathroom sink. They have a great value$99 drain clearing. I scheduled an appointment and the technician was ahead of schedule. The office called to see if he could arrive earlier than my appointment. I said of course.josh Dempsey was the technician. He did an inspection and explained that the problem was more involved. He showed me the difficulty, called the office to get adjustments and discounts to make the repair as affordable as possible. I agreed and he started work. He performed the work in a professional yet friendly manner. The repair was completed quickly showing Joshs competency and skill. I am well pleased with Buehler A/C and Plumbing and highly recommend them. I know I will contact them in the future if I have any other problems.

    Buehler was very good at scheduling my service appointment. It was very helpful that the text me reminders all the way up to the tech being on his way. My Tech Jerome was very clean, professional and friendly. Maintenance charge was very affordable. Pleasant experience all around. I highly recommend!

    Justin was very knowledgeable & professional. I liked that he was forward thinking. My job will be a little more steps than expected but worse if he just replaced the fixtures and a year later we needed things behind the wall replaced. My place is older so I appreciated the honesty and integrity for a job that will last!

    We had a great new unit install experience with Buehler. Matt E was very knowledgeable during the sales process and Jason Z made install look perfect, all while keeping me informed along the way.     I trust Buehler AC. Todays amazing technician was Michael Abbey. He was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He performed my 6-month service, after which he explained that there were some potential issues with the capacitor and well as the need for a start assist on the compressor. To avoid future problems, I took his advice and had him perform both recommended part installations. It is wonderful to feel that a company (Buehler) can be trusted to make legitimate recommendations and to perform the needed services.

    I woke up 1 day last week to a leak coming down through my ceiling in the hallway. At first I thought it was a roof leak but we hadnt had any rain....so my next thought was the air handler in the attic. I called the company who installed that unit and they came out the next day. Super nice and thorough but insisted I needed all new duct work upstairs. He explained the problem to me and I kept asking why they couldnt just fix the problem. Why do I need all new duct work if this thing RIGHT HERE is the problem. Well, it wouldnt be a good fix he insisted. He quoted me 8K. I called Buehler a couple of days later for a 2nd opinion and they came out immediately. Jared was super friendly and efficient...and confirmed what the other guy had said but assured me it could be completely fixed for a fraction of the price. Not a band aid but a complete fix....which is what I had wondered about the whole time. This was a Friday and they couldnt come back till Monday morning but they were there bright and early. (forgot the name of the man who helped him but he was super friendly and knowledgeable too). They repaired it exactly as he said he would and its working great!I just want to add too, that my husband passed away 3 years ago and its often hard to make these big decisions about repairs by yourself. You also dont know if youre getting the whole story or the best deal......but I truly felt I was with Buehler. I was just so impressed with the friendliness and attention to my problem that I received from the office and Jared. I also loved all the text messages and emails I got reminding me of the appointments. Im extremely grateful for this experience and know who to call from future problems.

My service tech (Andy) took me through all of his recommendations and broke everything down in a way that a layman like myself could understand. Pricing was more than reasonable.Its also worth noting Andys attitude. This guy showed up with a huge smile on his face and a can-do attitude. It was clear he really enjoys his job and enjoys talking with and educating customers. For any HVAC needs, Buehler Air Conditioning is worth a call.     Buehler technician performed a semi-annual inspection and servicing today. Showed-up on time. Very professional. Did a thorough job, checking both of my HVAC systems. Took about 2 hours, indicating that it was more than the perfunctory service some other Jacksonville AC companies provide. Everything checked out and there were no surprise charges.

    I called Buehler because my toilet flush mechanism had stopped working. They gave me an appointment quickly with a 4-hour window. On the day of, Shawn Jackson called me to advise that he would arrive in 25 minutes, which he did. He checked the toilet, explained the problem to me, wrote a quote for the parts and labor to repair the toilet, and I accepted it. He then put in the new parts and repaired the toilet so that it now works like new. It was a pleasure dealing with Shawn, and I will be sure to call him if other plumbing issues arise in the future.

    If you need a repair replacement or new install, I promise you can’t go wrong with AC MASTERS! They are unlike any other Jacksonville HVAC company, yes they are honest and hard working! The “24/7” HVAC companies wouldn’t even come give me an estimate and couldn’t help me until Monday and maybe get me up and running by Tuesday or Wednesday.So I reached out to AC Masters. Mind you it was a Sunday night after 8pm, I was just hoping to get a message in so they could get with me in the morning. Then to my shock Steve with AC masters is calling me and asking what is going on with my system. He could have just made an appointment for Monday and not gotten me back cooling until Tuesday but that wasn’t good enough for Steve. He had me take pictures of my old unit and then he worked up a bunch of quotes at this point it was past 10pm. After explaining the quotes to me he told me that he would stop by first thing in the morning so he could check it all out in person, this way they could have us cooling that same day. Steve is a man of his word he was at my house first thing and he had the crew out to install the new unit less that two hours.AC Masters likes to use Trane units. It is known that they are the best in class for HVAC systems! Other companies will tell you that it would be so expensive to get a Trane. That may be true for Fenwick, McGowans, Buehlers, and even Lickety split because they have inflated their prices to near double! The quote AC Masters showed me is exactly what I paid and it was the lowest quote that I received! Except the quotes from other companies were for lesser cheaper units like Lenox , Carrier even Amana!! AC Masters had the best price and the best equipment!I would like to thank the owner for assembling a team that has great customer service and who actually care about the people they serve. Thank you Steve for not just being ok to put me off until the next day even though you were on your own time. Steve you went above and beyond to help someone you don’t even know and the blessing is that I could actually sense that you truly cared! That is rare these days! Also thank you to my installers John and Colby! Both men were professional, clean, thorough and great at what they do! Seth and his helper Jorge stayed until 5 pm, to ensure the system was just right for our house hold.The next day for duct replacement, Seth and helper Jorge, again where back on the property early and stayed until around 630 pm, ensuring everything was clean as they found it and even stayed around to make sure the AC system came back on the right way.In all my time in Florida and even as a service member, I have not seen this much dedication from a company. In this day in age, its hard to find people even a company to trust.I know in my heart that I have found that company. I will only do business with AC Masters here on out.I wanted to say Thank you to Steve Toney and his team.

    Incredibly professional high-end installation. Ken’s team communicated well throughout the process. They where clean and thoughtful regarding our interiors at all times. This install included complete ductwork replacement, tying in a whole home dehumidifier with wifi connected controllers that monitor and control humidity as well. We chose the high efficiency filter system as we already have this in our downstairs system. This work was all done in a second floor attic space in a 1930’s home. The price was competitive and worth every penny. We are highly satisfied.

    AC Masters has been a great HVAC company. In February, they installed a new TRANE system in my home. When I was not able to be home for the install, we were able to complete the entire transaction through emails. Recently, the unit needed repair because the AC plumbing lines became clogged. The technician, Adam, came out twice that day to make sure my unit was working properly. He also showed me how to quarterly use a wet vac to pull out the gunk myself in the future, saving me money! I did business with them before the installation and they were great then, also. I would recommend them as a reliable, reasonably priced full-service HVAC company.

    Was super stressed about replacing my ac unit... Ken came out and the proposals were so fair I was in shock...was thankful we had been having cooler temps but knew those warm ones were coming! Accepted the proposal on a friday and Shefe- the tech was at my house at 830am Monday! He was very polite and professional and made me feel comfortable from the start! Adam, came later to help and set up thermostat.
