This company is literally a blessing!! Long story short: I had a huge leak, they came out so fast they beat me to my house as I was driving home from work. They were so good about fitting me into their schedule, all the other companies could only make an appointment for later dates. Clayton was so quick to recognize the problem and super professional. The company is veteran owned and operated. They will have my full support from here on out. Highly recommend them!!!

These guys are awesome! Rick and his workmate (I apologize, I cannot remember his name) are professional, efficient and very reasonable. They were at our home within 30 mins and issue was fixed within an hour at a very reasonable price for the work entailed. Would highly recommend them to anyone!!! He made our day because of his assistance. We acquired a new refrigerator and were going to install it when we discovered that our water valve was leaking. I called a few plumbers, and he arrived in four hours and fixed the problem. They were very competent and assisted us with cleaning and installing the new refrigerator, so we are grateful. Finding you on Google Map was very pleasant, and the price was excellent and professional.

We rent our home and the homeowner contracts Drain Dawgs. They have been out multiple times, most recently for a hot water leak. They are always personable, professional and do a very thorough job. Always clean up after themselves as well. I can’t say enough good things! Matt and Trey were the guys that came out.

Drain Dawgs came out and removed roots from my main sewer line, it ended up being a beast of a job and Im so glad they were the ones to handle it! Rick even gave me a few calls in between visits just to make sure I wasnt having any issues! Drain Dawgs. Is the name of the LOCAL Veteran Owned Small Business. They performed a Meticulous, very detailed, no nonsense plumbing upgrade on All of my internal valves, back plates, copper fitments, installed new washer one piece box, with required pvc pipe, all associated back plates and new faucet chrome work for both full baths.I called 5 businesses and no one wanted to perform this work. Not one gave it a thought.Richard, accepted and quoted me a VERY REASONABLE OFFER, which at the end he deducted parts no longer required he obtained and were not usable for my upgrade. None the less, I was so happy and now my stress is gone. I have them coming back to do more work. Theyll invoice the work in a detailed manner showing the expense in parts as well in labor.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FAITHFULLY. They have fully restored my Faith in local tradesmen. Big Corporate Named Tradesmen cannot compete and honor such work ethic and expected project cost EXPERTLY managed byDrain Dawgs. Drain Dawgs have my business for LIFE.Alright, what more can I say about Rich and his Crew of Professionals.I will say that if you require any plumbing work of any kind, going outside of Drain Dawgs is simply FOLLY.

While his associate, Clayton, fixed the problem under my bathroom sink in no time at all, Rick addressed other concerns I had and answered all my questions and even offered some advice and maintenance tips. Punctual, personable, knowledgable, and courteous. He even took the time to drain sediment buildup in my water heater! These guys are awesome. I called these guys because one of my toilets was constantly clogging and the drains were making noise. He checked the septic and recommended a new hipressure flush toilet which solved the problem and he installed a hand held bidet at the same time, no more problems. Hes done other plumbing work for me too, great guy honest as the day is long and very reasonable.
