After contacting several plumbers only to be told, our weak water pressure was as good it was going to get, these guys came out, upgraded our water softening system, transferred the old system to a rental for us and got every issue of water and water flow better than ever! I just moved to ST John’s Florida and purchased the non electric Kinetico product. I had Kinetico in my old house and loved it. I expect this to be the same. The sales man was polite and knowledgeable. The installer was excellent, and did very good work.I would have rated the entire experience as a 5 star, accept that they charged for the 10 year warranty. If the product is as good as they say it is, I believe they should warrant the product for it. Outside of that, it was an excellent experience!

My aunt is an elder lady by herself in Jacksonville, I am not close to her to give her any assistance, but the CGC Plumbing team was great in helping me from afar and assisted her with a terrible overflowing toilet situation. I was able to call them and schedule an appointment within the same day. Their plumbers were really good, and called me from site to explain me what needed to be done for my aunties plumbing problem, and as I approved they took care of it right the way.CGC Plumbing is really service centered and it was a great experience! I will definitely recommend their plumbers, very serious, very responsible! Thank you again!

Weve had a terrific experience with CGC Water!! Ronnie provided all the information we needed to make a decision, and he also answered all of our questions. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and professional.We purchased two new systems to replace our existing CGC systems. The installer, Will, came this morning to install them. He worked for almost 6 hours, and then explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. He was extremely meticulous, making sure that everything was perfect before he left. He even tested some things more than once to be absolutely sure that they were perfect. Will, like Ronnie, is very knowledgeable, personable, and professional.We highly recommend CGC Water!!

CGC is an excellent company with extremely fair pricing for water softening and filtering systems. We bought a system in April and had a minor issue with the faucet being loose in October. It is under warranty and scheduling was very easy. The technician that came out, Ronnie, was on time, friendly, and even replaced a pipe that was kinked. When companies are proactive to avoid future problems, its a good sign that youre working with a solid company. It makes sense but so many companies and technicians just let things go and ignore minor issues that turn into major malfunctions. We have been very happy with our system and the company, from the salesman to the phone operator to our technician today

Dale was wonderful and have no issues with his performance. It is very concerning, however, that there was not a comprehensive installation conversation prior to being in the middle of it. The preferred installation should have included cutting into the concrete to get the pipes closer to the exterior wall. To do so, I learned for the first, time would cost an extra $750 - $1000 to accomplish. I declined. So, at this point my pipes are about 2 feet from the exterior wall and very noticeable as it in my driveway. Mike, the salesman, took pictures so it was evident prior to installation there was the possibility of needing to cut into the concrete due to the location of the water shutoff valve, but it was not discussed nor the exorbitant additional cost to do so. Armed with that knowledge up front I may have made a different decision about the actual water softener company I selected.I would appreciate a conversation with management to offer a solution.UPDATE: I am very pleased with the positive response from this company. After a phone call from them, the issue was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. They were kind and courteous in their approach. The pipes were moved and the gentlemen who did the work were efficient and kind. It is great to deal with a company willing to resolve customer issues professionally. Thank you.

He worked diligently to get our old unit out and the new unit snugged in tight to the wall. The plumbing work is impeccable. William fully explained operation for the filter change out along with the other (minimal) maintenance needs. He was professional, personable and patient!Our entire experience, from Abel first coming out to check our old unit, to William installing our new one is why we will always use CGC for servicing and any other plumbing needs.

I moved to St John’s, Florida, and purchased the nonelectric Kinetico product. I had never had Kinetico in my house, so I expect this to be the same. The salesman, Michael Hill, was polite and knowledgeable. The installer was good and did a very good install except for the final connection with the reverse osmoses hook-up and which was delayed.I would have rated the entire experience as a 5-star, except that they charged for the 10-year warranty and delayed hook-up. If the product is as good as they say it is, they should warrant the product for it.

CGC is a very professional company from top to bottom. The initial salesman came out and analyzed my water, and came to the same conclusion two other companies had that I got estimates from. The solution was clear and they gave me a few options from a pricing standpoint. I went with a Kinetico system which is rated as one of the best, if not the best to not only filter my water with the K5, but alsoa sulfur guard to get rid of the sulfur smell. The installer William was very professional beyond his years, and managed to fit everything just where I had hoped he could in the garage. He answered my questions and instructed me on how to do the limited maintenance the system would need. Later as a follow-up Caleb who is there service manager came out to make sure everything was ok on the plumbing from the well to the pressure pumps. He also answered all my questions.So I cannot say anything better about this company, and as long as my system performs they way they assured me it would with the solid warranty to back it up, I will be able to continue to recommend them.

Everyone I have dealt with from all aspects of this store has been fantastic. When I purchased my home it came with a system installed by this store when it was Clearwater Systems and I went to them for advice about my system. They were kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. After 20 years of the system in service we decided to upgrade and I knew exactly who I wanted to give my business to. They did an excellent job installing the system and walking me through all the new features. They installed a tankless hot water system for us and when we complained that the water wasn’t readily hot; was no better than the one we had replaced. CSG immediately determined the water heater was defective and replaced it within a few days. That’s what I call great service!I had assumed when we replaced our tankless water heater in 2022 that we were getting that year’s model, but CSG showed us that the company had installed a 2017 model. I will never use that company again. Will always use CSG for all my plumbing needs. The workers were respectful of the items in our garage and they were great to work with.We knew about this company because the previous owner had installed a water softener system with them. We received great service from them over the years and when we needed a new soft water system we didn’t hesitate to buy one from them. We’re receiving the same great service from them on our water softener system. They bend over backwards to do the right thing.

This company has been top notch from the beginning to current. Abraham Rukab handled the sales portion. He did not pressure us; unlike some other vendors. So I called CGC because the original company that I’ve used for years never has service appointments within a reasonable time. My entire house smelled like sulfur for a week and I couldnt stand it any longer, I needed someone out immediately. I called them and the receptionist was extremely nice! I told her my problem and asked if I could get someone out quickly. She placed me on hold and called the dispatcher and asked if they’d take another job. I was super excited when she came back to the line to tell me a technician would be out THAT MORNING. I almost cried. The technician came out, told me the problem and the price. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and so understanding of my needs. He said he would try to fit me in for a new install same day and he did just that, even going on to say he’d ask for overtime to complete my install. Ronnie was amazing! The entire experience from beginning to end just shows there are great companies and decent human being out here that care about other people! My water is working properly, the sulfur smell Is gone, and I no longer feel nauseous from inhaling that smell. I highly recommended this company. They treated me like family and that goes a long way. I will continue to give my business to them moving forward. Thank you again CGC and Ronnie for the amazing customer experience!

The salesman, Abraham, was great and confirmed what we already knew was extremely hard chlorinated city water in Jacksonville. We decided to go with their flagship softener and RO system. The installer, Dale, was personable, kind, and a genuinely hard working individual. Appreciate the respect he showed my family and our home. Really went the extra mile to educate us on maintenance. The softener was just installed no more than an hour ago and we already notice a significant decrease in the chlorine smell and the feel/taste of our water. Cannot speak to the durability of this system but from what I’ve researched about Kinetico it’s the highest quality and most efficient system on the market. You get what you pay for, albeit not cheap, but I’m happy. Furthermore, it’s all made and maintained in the USA and that makes us feel great about the purchase. Highly recommend CGC - Thank You.

When Dale arrived for my appointment I was in the process of writing a 1 star review of Kinetico. He was polite and patient. He explained everything he was doing and how it all worked together. His positive attitude and knowledge of the system and the company is beyond reproach. When I first purchased the system I was told that there was no maintenance involved ever. Which is why I chose this system. Now it needs to be serviced once every 2-4 years. The salesman lied. It’s that simple. As I understand, those people are long gone. Good riddance.
