    Betros plumbing deserves 5++ stars for their quality of service, friendliness, reliability, honesty and knowledge and skills to repair and install all things plumbing. Gerald showed up at 10pm at night with complete professionalism and kindness to help us with a leak. He was diligent to repair the leak completely before leaving, assuring us that everything was working properly before he left. I asked him to come back to install several toilets, hookup a couple of vanities and faucets and repair a water shutoff. Betros scheduled him right away and he arrived with Onner to knock everything off the list. Once again, 5++ star service all around. Willy also stopped in to bring supplies and help. They are the best! I am calling Betros tomorrow to request for more plumbing help. I’m so thankful to have stumbled on them during an emergency google search. I highly recommend Betros Plumbing!

    Well me and my wife have a 1 year old baby and a water line blew. Mr Will the man got out here first thing this morning and was absolutely the most professional gentleman you could meet. His professionalism was impeccable. Very quick, extremely thorough, and did to leave til he checked every square inch of this house and all the pipes. I have never been more impressed. Will be having you guys and Will come back out to help with another project next week. But the emergency service and first class customer service provided by Will and your team is as good as it gets.     I am so very happy with the service that I received from Betros Plumbing! Will and Tino work diligently to finish repairing the valve in my shower/tub. They never gave up, even though it proved somewhat difficult with calcium buildup. They had the best attitude. Such professionalism. I am a customer for life. I have already told family members and friends. Thank you again.

    Issue was fixed but it shouldn’t have been an issue if it was verified before they left on Friday. Apparently no one checked. Also the massive Sheetrock hole on my kitchen was unacceptable . It went from one issue to a larger issue. It’s a puzzle to put back together. Looks like it wasn’t measured correctly.

    Will and two other young men (I wish I remembered their names) but they did a wonderful job working on my plumbing. I really like that Betros hires qualified courteous young men to work in this profession which shows me they are investing in futures and ensuring the trade knowledge is passed along.     I had a leak under ground in my yard and David Kinell did a great job of finding and repairing the leak without having to rip up my entire yard. This was done in a timely fashion as I have huge oak tree root system that had to be dealt with. I would highly recommend.

    Called this morning and was scheduled immediately. Gerald and Onner were here on time. Took care of the issues for my bathroom sinks and found out what was leaking on my garage ceiling. Very pleased with the whole process. Bad experiences with other plumbing companies so was very surprised with the attitude from everyone and the work!!

    I usually don’t rate companies for work I have done, but in this instance I’m making an exception. I couldn’t be happier with the work I just had done. It turned out to be a relatively easy problem to fix although it could go either way. It took 10-15 minutes to fix and they asked if I had any other problems as I was paying for an hour. Did find one other issue and they took care of it. Next time I need a plumber I will call and ask for Andy and Travis by name.

    We are very lucky to have found this company and Allen. What a great experience and amazing assistance. Alan came out in 1 day for a non emergency request. In 10 minutes had figured out what was wrong and fixed it. Love these guys.Update 10/21, Again this company has gone above and beyond came out on a Saturday to reconnect our water in the Kitchen after a remodel that started in APRIL. Cody and Gavin fixed a hot water problem we were having with our shower. We have Hot water, woo hoo! Cody also discovered a hidden problem with our Kitchen sink drain which is probably the cause of another issue we have been having. The drain pipe was actually angled down back to the sink. Gotta love a 1917 house. Cody was also great with explaining everything he was doing to Gavin, his helper. I really lobe that anout this company. Jamal came out on Monday, corrected it and finished installing the sink, disposal, dishwasher, etc. Oh and all of this at a very reasonable price. Not going anywhere else.

    The 2 young men were on time, and very sharp. They took the time to explain the job thoroughly and did great work. They kept everything clean and came in under my quote.     Well Andy &Travis showed up to change out the hotwater tank when they were supposed to. The were very professional in representing Bethros to take care of the task that was ahead of them. They did the whole job in two hours start to finish. Im very satisfied with their work and would not hesitate to call them again to do a job for me in the future!

    I had a reverse osmosis system moved from one home and installed in another after moving. It wasn’t a straight forward swap, and the dimensions under the sink in the new house were smaller.     Oh my goodness, 1.5 years of hassle fixed. Why didnt we call Betros Plumbing the first or second time!!?!? From the first person to schedule the same day service to the outstanding young men Will and Britt who worked a miracle both timely and professionally, success.     Really great experience from start to finish. Customer service rep as well as technicians, Kyle and Jimmy, were very kind and courteous. They arrived at my house within just a couple hours of my call. Kyle and Jimmy inspected my meter and plumbing and took time to explain everything. They fixed a corroded valve and provided an estimate right away for potential future work. They were very knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me something that wasn’t necessary. Appreciate their efficient work and honesty.

    Update: 6/11/24So, once again, Betros for the win!We knew our shut-off valve was busted and needed to be fixed, so we finally had a Betros Tech come out. We were on a time crunch and Will did an amazing job, very efficiently. This young man, only 21, was so professional and competent.It’s never fun spending money on repairs, but when you find a company that’s reliable, knowledgeable, professional and always available - it’s a win.Well done, Will & Betros.Update 2 weeks later for a different issue:Needed some pipes re-plumbed for a floating vanity, in a very tight space. Justin came out and really impressed us with his breadth of knowledge and attention to detail. He pointed out a broken ball valve shutoff and gave out contractor some really great tips, related to the other work in the bathroom. Pretty impressed with the 2 visits we’ve had and the 2 techs we’ve gotten. Well done!This is an easy review to write because Betros exceeded our expectations. Shawn was professional, polite and really smart. He immediately found our problem (which was created by another plumbing company and could’ve resulted in a fire) and fixed it. After he left we called the office to tell them how fantastic Shawn was, and they told us he was working on his day off and in agony with a wisdom tooth.     Thank you Alan S for providing excellent service to my solar hot water heater. He arrived promptly as stated. The work performed was completed correctly. The price was affordable considering I had not had it serviced since 2017 I would highly recommend this company if you have a solar hot water heater that needs to be repaired.

    Called Betros Plumbing this morning about dirty water backing up in my bathtub and toilet when I ran the washing machine yesterday. Had someone here today. His name was Jay Wade. Very professional & seemed concerned about my problem but said he was here to fix it. Was very reassuring to me. He was very patient with me as I asked all my questions & explained things in layman’s terms. Turned out the clog had resolved itself but he stayed until I felt comfortable that the clog was gone. I will definitely call Betros Plumbing for all my future plumbing problems (but hopefully don’t have anymore) & I will always ask for Jay.

    Just had Shawn come out and respond to a low water pressure issue I had at my home. If you’re looking for a plumber don’t even keep searching. Go ahead and call Betros because they were amazing.     Shaun and Willie were very nice and helpful. They replaced a garbage disposal, cleaned up and left it spotless .Dan Shott was very responsive. We had a broken pipe that forced us to have to turn off the water to our entire house.     After being denied a claim from my home warranty company for repairing my downstairs bathroom toilet that backed up I called Betros Plumbing. My first contractor came out removed the toilet and ran the line trying to bust the clog. What he discovered was that I had a sewage pump for the house addition that had become unplugged. We plugged the system back up and like magic the backup cleared immediately. Fast forward 8 days when I got around to cleaning the shower. The shower began to back up once again. I called and Betros plumbing came back out to investigate the problem. The two techs Jay and Solomon were professional and got right to work. They assessed that something was wrong with the switch that activated the pump. They realized the activator float had come unattached as wasn’t able to send a signal to the pump to turn on. They quickly and expertly reattached the float so that it would properly activate. They were quick and efficient. I highly recommend this company and these guys.     I was getting ready for bed and went into the kitchen. I heard water dripping. I looked under the sink and found a flood. The garbage disposal was leaking bad. (fyi - your dishwasher empties into the disposal) I knew it was too late to deal with it so I threw a bunch of towels under the sink and went to bed.     Mackey came out in the rain a couple of weeks ago and managed to relieve a clog in my drains all the way out by the street. Unfortunately it appeared he had merely poked a hole in the clog because it backed up again 2 or 3 weeks later. I called again on Sunday and was told it could be covered under warranty even though technically it was beyond the typical warranty period. Jay was out here within an hour and had us cleared up and cleaned up quickly. I managed to find the access point for the drains out in the yard this time, so Jay didnt have to use all 100 feet of the snake just to get to the clog, so Im more confident that he was able to clear the blockage better this time.     I needed a new faucet installed. Will and Karlton came out. They were very nice and got the job done in an hour. We are super happy with them and Betros.I had a problem trying to self repair a faucet. Tylor Willhitz came out the next day. Tylor was super nice. He saw that it was a faulty part. He had me look on Moen site but they didnt sell that part. Since there was nothing he could do they offered to waive the charge until they came out to install the new faucet. I was willing to pay for their time but they were really great about it. EVERYONE should use BETROS PLUMBING.They quoted a price when I called. The plumber was actually early. He was friendly and very professional. The cost was very reasonable. We were very happy with the experience.

    This was a huge job and the plumbers worked very very hard to reroute my outdoor water line around a huge oak tree. Because of the huge tree roots, just getting to the water line was no easy task. Evan though they did not locate the leak, because of the roots, they made a very smart decision just to reroute the line. This took care of the problem and I am very satisfied. The men did a great job of filling in the trenches and over all clean up. ThanksPat

    After having the pipe break that is attached to our toilet in the master bathroom, we were frantically searching for an emergency plumber who could come out to our home.     I had a kitchen sink clog that I couldnt get cleared on my own. I sent a message for contact online and someone called me with in 15 minutes. They were going to do same day service on Saturday but this could wait till today so I set up a window between 8 and 10.     I called Betros Plumbing to troubleshoot and repair an issue I was having with my septic tank pump. A plumber was able to come the same day that I called for service; thank goodness because it was a FRIDAY afternoon and I really did not want to wait until Monday for service!!! The employee that came was on-time, listened to my concerns, courteous and was able to correct the problem in a timely matter.     Jay and Tyler made a very horrible Monday much better. I had a serious blockage in my main drain line since Saturday morning that was causing two toilets and 2 showers to backup, and a lot of sludge and water on the floor left by another plumbing company that came this morning but was not able to resolve the issue. When Jay arrived, he went right to the main problem area and did not stop until he pulled the shower drain open, pulled the toilet, and accessed the clean-out outside. He kept at it until he had some success and had Tyler come to work with him on the jet cleaning of the line to clear out all the sludge and resolve the blockage completely. I was even kindly consoled with a hug when I was near tears thinking it was going to cost more than I expected. They completely cleaned up all the mess and left me with working toilets and showers, no stinky sludge or water on my floors and a sense of calm. I would highly recommend this company, and if you can get my Jay and Tyler, you will be truly pleased with the outcome. Thank you so much Jay and Tyler - this grandma truly appreciates you and your kindness and patience with me and my 3 little grandsons.

    Betros is best plumbing company I have ever worked with. Working in the construction industry myself I know the time and effort that is needed for a streamline process and Betros made it look easy. We made a call to Betros on Monday morning because we had no water to our house - within a few hours their technician, Jay Wade, was at our house ready to diagnose the problem. Jay was easy to work with, and fixed our HUGE issue quickly and efficiently.
