My outside unit started making a terrible noise, I contacted the AC company that installed the unit 3 1/2 years ago only to be told that my compressor was bad. I called air engineers to get a second opinion, and received a service call the same day. Roger, my service tech did a fantastic job! He was very thorough in trying to determine what the problem was. My compressor was not bad I had a loose wire. Roger saved me $2000 in unnecessary repairs. Thank you!!! I signed up for the maintenance plan and look forward to doing business with Air engineers in the future.

Air Engineers replaced my unit in 2007 and after 17 years it was time to replace it. I originally called for service and unfortunately it was time to replace. Wally and Jarrett gave me my options and I added in replacing my hot water heater and added a water softener. Luke A. was the plumbing technician. All 3 were extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was particular struck by Luke and his professionalism and knowledge for such a young man.I also want to acknowledge Carol in the main office who was exceptional as she worked with me to make multiple credit card payments.A companys reputation is built on the quality of their employees. Having done business with them for over 17 years, Id say theyve done a great job hiring qualified professionals.

I must say, the experience was simply outstanding! I recently had my air conditioning maintenance performed by Wally and Jarrett, who are truly exceptional technicians. Their professionalism, extensive knowledge, and amiable demeanor made for a pleasant working experience. They meticulously detailed the services provided and anticipated what I could expect during my next service appointment. They even supplied the specific part and provided an estimated cost for it. Furthermore, they were incredibly patient with me, as I had several inquiries regarding the operation of the unit.I also want to acknowledge Laura, who answered my call. She was not only friendly but also managed to schedule my appointment for the very next day. Josh G. was my service technician to unclog my A/C unit. I highly recommend Josh. This was the best A/C experience I have had. Josh is polite and friendly. He explains the work he is going to do and explains the condition of the A/C in understandable conversation. He put everything back the way it should be put together. MY A/C is unclogged and working great. I think everything was done the best way.

After discussing an issue with a leak at the base of my toilet, he diagnosed the issue and repaired the necessary parts. He was cheerful and professional even though it was much later than he had anticipated and made sure we were satisfied before leaving! Every experience we have with Air Engineers, including the staff on the phone, has been wonderful! He offered options for products, costs, installation and payment methods. Not once did he attempt to pressure me, nor did he insinuate there might possibly be some problems if I did not sign on the dotted line immediately. Everything was was done quickly, professionally and with assurance that Air Engineers stands behind their service and is available to address any issues or questions. They are at the top of my go to list for plumbing, heating/air conditioning, duct cleaning and equipment maintenance.

We’ve used Air Engineers for 25+ years and my parents even longer. In addition to having new AC systems installed, we’ve always kept a maintenance contract with them, too. Techs are always polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Our old AC stopped working yesterday afternoon. They were here in less than two hours. We decided to replace rather than repair. They came out early this morning and by 1:15 PM, we are up and running. Nothing is cheap when it comes to AC, but we feel they have fair and competitive pricing.

They also helped with ordering new filters and explained why my son needed a special type due to having a dog and cat. I would highly recommend them for anyone wanting to have their heat pump units serviced. The two technicians sent (Jarrett & Ethan) showed up on time and were prepared to work. For this service I decided to watch the whole process to get a better idea of what a service consisted of. These two gentleman were more than happy that I tagged along and quickly and professionally answered all my questions as I watched them work. Even though I am sure I slowed them down with a barrage of questions they did their jobs quickly and efficiently. In addition when I mentioned the humidity in the house seemed high, they came in and showed me how to adjust the thermostat to handle humidity. In addition they showed me how to manage thermostat using phone app (super cool). I would highly recommended Air Engineers service to all folks. Hoping to see Jarrett and Ethan again at the next semi annual service.

We made the difficult and costly decision to replace the existing AC unit when we discovered, following up on a water leak, extensive rust and mold on the coils and surrounding internal areas of the air handler. Air Engineers came previously to replace a thermostat so we called them. It seemed like the whole team arrived, and got right to work. They also replaced the outdated water heater at the same time. Two teams working simultaneously. VERY professional, friendly and considerate of my time and comfort. I would highly recommend them. They have various plans for payment, they will work with you however they possibly can. The specific teams were: Luke-611 and Chris-818 for the water heater, Hector-743, Fikret-56 and Anthony-54 for the total AC unit and damper installation. Great teams. Great attitudes about their work. Call them.Update:Today, 9-4-24, David and Juraj came out to check the unit due to my call about high humidity readings. They thoroughly checked the unit, replaced the filter, checked all pressure, and also climbed around in the attic, checking the existing ductwork for deficiency. While up there, David discovered 2 holes in our roof! It had just recently been replaced. Had he not gone into the attic, we wouldnt have known! Plus, the ductwork issues were thoroughly explained and options suggested. We are grateful for the exceptional service, knowledge, consideration, and professionalism of these representatives.
